Very nice room for solo traveler. Clean/ Japanese style room. I don't think I would've liked it as much if I had to share the space with someone else as there was really only enough room for one suitcase (when opened up). The gym has a nice view. I forget the name of the girls who work the first floor elevators but they were really pleasant and nice. I was greeted with a smile whenever I came down the elevator and came back to the hotel. If I travel alone again, I'd def come back and stay here.

Nice hotel. Disappointment at being told rooftop bar was open until 12:00 but then found last order were 11:00, we showed up at 11:03! We only had one night but overall was fine. Wanchai didn’t open until after 11:00

Stort plus att de har en lounge vid receptionen öppen till 20.00 med enklare snacks och dryck + restaurang en trappa ner med toppenmat + en rooftop bar, många alternativ. Nära till MTR och färja från Wan Chai Ferry Pier till Tsim Sha Tsui. Enda som egentligen inte var 10/10 är storleken på rummen. Vårt Superior Room Harbourside upplevdes trångt när man gick in, öppnar man var sin kabinväska på golvet har man knappt plats att röra sig på. Men det är möjligt att hotellrum generellt är mindre i Hongkong (?).

Great location - very close to Wan Chai MTR and also the bus stop of one of the AirPort Express bus (A11). Walkable to causeway bay. very nice bar on the top floor - good ambience, interesting cocktail menu. Gym - nice views across harbour from the machines, towels and water available, clean, wasn't busy when we used it. Room - chose the tatami style room, had enough room for our luggage, spacious bathroom, Japanese toilet, tea and coffee available. great views from our floor. Floor to ceiling windows. Malin & Goetz products. Friendly and welcoming staff, we had a welcome drink at the downstairs bar.

A relaxing short stay, in a convenient location. A super clean modern room. Good in-room facilities, eg. good coffee/tea in room and monitor available for work. A welcoming concierge service. The bonus is a bar on top floor. Things that may not suit some people? the rooms are overlooked, yet blinds are an all or nothing. It would have been better if the blinds had greater transparency (like a net curtain). Overall, I had a great stay, it delivers a top room and great service. I recommend.

This hotel is chic and modern. Our room was an engineering marvel. The amenities are 5 star. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Especially Brian the concierge. So convenient and walkable. Plenty of taxis and close to all transit options. Don’t miss the fabulous view from the Whiskey bar on the top floor, or their fabulous bartenders making unique and delicious cocktails!

Absolutely superb service and facilities. The room was small but it was designed so aethetically and ergonomically well that I enjoyed being in the space very much. The staff are so helpful and kind. Their gentleness takes the "edge" off being in Hong Kong.

I really wanted to like this place BUT the inconvenience of the elevator where you need to get off and change elevator’s everytime you go to your room is ridiculous. The bathroom was not clean and had a sewer smell and the overall room size is tiny. It’s HK so I know to expect smaller rooms but even for me this was cramped .

Sängen var superskön och jag sov gott. Frukosten var god. Och servicen mycket bra. Men några saker levde inte upp till förväntningarna och priset. Man måste logga in för wifi och för att få snabbare uppkoppling måste man bli medlem. När man är trött vill man bara kunna koppla upp sig. Det fanns endast två eluttag varav det ena var på golvet vid dörren. Jag saknade ett kylskåp. Det fanns inget kaffepulver, endast te. Det fanns fläckar på den klädda dynan vid fönstret. Jag tycker nog att rummet var för dyrt i förhållande till vad jag fick. Vid incheckningen drog de mitt kreditkort trots att det inte fanns någon minibar på rummet. De flesta hotell har slutat att kräva kreditkort vid incheckningen så jag blev lite förvånad. Dock ett mycket bra läge i förhållande till flygbussen A11. Smidigt.

AKI is excellent in terms of service, cleanliness, staff and room layout. However the rooms are v small and I had a room facing rather old buildings. So no view and curtains had to be down most of the time which made room looked dark as a couple of lights were not working. Also not the most convenient location in terms of shopping. Other than that it’s a great hotel.

This is a very attractive hotel in a convenient location. I spent a little extra for a room with a view and it was completely worth it! From my corner room on an upper floor I could see from the harbor to the hills. My friend had a more basic room with not much view but still nice. The rooms are beautifully designed with sliding doors, automatic shades, rain shower, and nice built-ins. My only complaint is the lack of outlets by beds. The staff were helpful on several fronts. I would definitely stay here again.

Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker ontbijt maar niet uitgebreid. Voor ons was de kamer veel te klein ( je kan maar via 1 kant het bed instappen) en nergens je bagage kwijt. Wel goede ligging

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff with friendly and professional. They went out of their way to help provide an early check in since I arrived at 7:00am and was able to provide a room within 1-2 hours while I had breakfast and waited. It was greatly appreciated!

Most services satisfied me. However, there was one thing I was frustrated about. When I returned to my room in the afternoon, there were two unknown luggage. They were wrongly delivered to my room. I called room service, and reception to pick them up. (actually, I had to do it three times until staff came to my room.) and no apologies for it.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Every aspect of the stay was faultless - helpful and friendly reception, clean modern rooms made up daily, great breakfast options, excellent location within walking distance to HKCEC, restaurants and shops.

Fantastiskt fint hotell i Wan Chai. Hotellet är rent och snyggt, närvarande personal och hög service. Stort plus att de har en lounge vid receptionen öppen till 20.00 med enklare snacks och dryck + restaurang en trappa ner med toppenmat + en rooftop bar, många alternativ. Nära till MTR och färja från Wan Chai Ferry Pier till Tsim Sha Tsui. Enda som egentligen inte var 10/10 är storleken på rummen. Vårt Superior Room Harbourside upplevdes trångt när man gick in, öppnar man var sin kabinväska på golvet har man knappt plats att röra sig på. Men det är möjligt att hotellrum generellt är mindre i Hongkong (?).

Walkable to causeway bay. very nice bar on the top floor - good ambience, interesting cocktail menu. Gym - nice views across harbour from the machines, towels and water available, clean, wasn't busy when we used it. Room - chose the tatami style room, had enough room for our luggage, spacious bathroom, Japanese toilet, tea and coffee available. great views from our floor. Floor to ceiling windows. Malin & Goetz products. Friendly and welcoming staff, we had a welcome drink at the downstairs bar.

Sängen var superskön och jag sov gott. Frukosten var god. Och servicen mycket bra. Men några saker levde inte upp till förväntningarna och priset. Man måste logga in för wifi och för att få snabbare uppkoppling måste man bli medlem. När man är trött vill man bara kunna koppla upp sig. Det fanns endast två eluttag varav det ena var på golvet vid dörren. Jag saknade ett kylskåp. Det fanns inget kaffepulver, endast te. Det fanns fläckar på den klädda dynan vid fönstret. Jag tycker nog att rummet var för dyrt i förhållande till vad jag fick. Vid incheckningen drog de mitt kreditkort trots att det inte fanns någon minibar på rummet. De flesta hotell har slutat att kräva kreditkort vid incheckningen så jag blev lite förvånad. Dock ett mycket bra läge i förhållande till flygbussen A11. Smidigt.

AKI is excellent in terms of service, cleanliness, staff and room layout. However the rooms are v small and I had a room facing rather old buildings. So no view and curtains had to be down most of the time which made room looked dark as a couple of lights were not working. Also not the most convenient location in terms of shopping. Other than that it’s a great hotel.

This hotel is chic and modern. Our room was an engineering marvel. The amenities are 5 star. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Especially Brian the concierge. So convenient and walkable. Plenty of taxis and close to all transit options. Don’t miss the fabulous view from the Whiskey bar on the top floor, or their fabulous bartenders making unique and delicious cocktails!

Nice hotel. Disappointment at being told rooftop bar was open until 12:00 but then found last order were 11:00, we showed up at 11:03! We only had one night but overall was fine. Wanchai didn’t open until after 11:00

Tolles Hotel in guter Umgebung. Sehr sauber und modern. Zimmer etwas klein für 2 Personen mit viel Gepäck. Einziger Kritikpunkt. Zum Frühstück kann aus der Karte nur 1 Essen ausgewählt werden. Wir hätten gerne ergänzend zur Eierspeise auch mal ein süßes Frühstück aus der Karte getestet.

5 stars - The staff were wonderful! Very respectful and kind. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Maybe the best included breakfast I’ve had. Hotel is in a great location for activities. I got the Japanese style room and it was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend would stay here again!

Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker ontbijt maar niet uitgebreid. Voor ons was de kamer veel te klein ( je kan maar via 1 kant het bed instappen) en nergens je bagage kwijt. Wel goede ligging
