I like the room and the location. I didn't like how if you need water you have to pay for it :(. Its water it should be included in room service. For such hotel this should not be a big deal for the amount of money I paid for the room.

Amazing service,staff and food The breakfast staff is excellent...Neveen, Ragab, Mohamed, Ahmed, Laila, all the chefs really everyone of them .as well as the supervisors ...can't remember all the names but outstanding staff and service. All what this hotel need is to renovate the rooms that are still have carpets and change the windows and curtains in the rooms Bathrooms as well need renovation in the rooms
