Dejligt hotel som er lige til. Vi var rigtig glade for opholdet og selve hotellet var som nyt med dejlig kælder til Bilen. Eneste minus og ønske er at man ikke kan få noget at spise om aften.

It is a nice and comfortable hotel. Nicely designed with comfortable and space rooms. It’s very clean. I had a room on the second floor and looked directly onto a building. On the higher floors the view is much nicer. It is close to the railway station what’s of course is convenient but it makes in the night also a lot of noise. The breakfast is over priced! €18,- is to much. There are cheaper options close to the hotel. The lobby and bar are nice. The staff is friendly and to the point. There is a convenience center on the fourth floor with washing machines and dryers. There are vending machines for food and drinks. You can also get clean towels, tableware and cutlery. In the basement is a ski room where you can store your ski’s/snowboard and leave your ski shoes in a heated rack. That is if thee is some place left… You can park in the underground parking garage against a fee. You can get a discount of €5,- per day if you choose not to let clean your room. I loved my stay in Harry’s home!

This is a perfect location for those wanting to have a base and venture out and about. The rooms are perfect with tea and coffee facilities for that cuppa when you just need a drink. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom/wet room is fantastic with toiletries provided. Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options. The hotel has a bar with a great selection and excellent prices. There is a sauna which is available to guests. Highly recommend 👌.

Two night stay whilst hiking in the area. Convenient underground parking, spotlessly clean room, excellent facilities, friendly staff, refreshing approach to recycling. Only negative being classic Northern European hotel air-conditioning that won’t go below 16 degrees or act as a fan. When the weather is 23 degrees outside with no wind, guests need air conditioning.

기차역 인근에 위치한 호텔입니다. 새로 지은 지 얼마 되지 않아서 시설이 모두 깨끗하고 좋은 상태를 유지하고 있습니다. 호텔 정문 쪽이 차량 진입 금지라 처음엔 좀 헤맸지만, 체크인을 위해 잠시 짐을 내리기 위해서는 차량 진입이 가능합니다. 체크인 시 직원은 친절했고, 필요한 사항을 모두 잘 알려주었습니다. 주차는 호텔 지하에 유료로 할 수 있고, 제가 방문했을 때는 주차 공간이 넉넉한 편이었습니다. 배정받은 방은 4인실로, 작은 주방이 딸려 있었고 발코니도 있어서 기차역을 바라보며 간단하게 차를 마실 수 있었습니다. 근처 마트는 대부분 오후 7시에 문을 닫기 때문에, 필요한 것들은 미리 준비하는 것이 좋습니다. 저희는 7시 바로 넘어서 도착해서 마트가 모두 문 닫은 상태였습니다. 다행히도 호텔 4층에 있는 자판기를 통해 간단한 스낵이나 술 종류를 구입할 수 있었네요. 세탁기와 건조기도 구비되어 있어 빨래를 할 수 있는 장점도 있습니다. 전체적으로 좋은 인상을 받은 호텔이었습니다.

Food left in cupboards and we told reception but they still didn’t clean and remove it. Room otherwise was lovely and modern. Room was very warm which was great when you got in from a cold chilly day but too warm overnight so we had the windows open. Great location near the railway station.

The staff was nice and the parking was really convenient. Unfortunately the room I was staying in had an infestation of bed bugs. Upon notifying the front desk, I was offered a new room. I won’t be staying there again.

Fint och fräscht hotel. Lite långsam incheckning där ett pappersformulär behövde fyllas i. Sådant borde kunna skötas digitalt. Bodde i en lägenhet som var stor och jättefin. Tyvärr gick det inte att duscha då det var stopp i avloppet alternativt för dålig avrinning. Golvet i duschen förvandlades snabbt till ett badkar. Den kökshandduk som fanns i lägenheten var alldeles blöt när vi kom vilket inte kändes så trevligt. I övrigt väldigt nöjd med vistelsen

On our 2 week trip in Bavarian Germany, Austria, and Switzerland this was probably our best hotel we stayed in. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, great on site parking, and the breakfast was excellent as well.

Der Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe, von den unfähigen Mitarbeiterinnen angefangen bis hin zu unfreundlichen Äußerungen. Auf die Nachfrage nach der nächsten Ladesäule wurde mir ein solcher Blödsinn erzählt. Ich müsse nachts um 23:30 Uhr das Auto aus der Garage fahren weil ich sonst Strafe bezahlen müsse usw. Wir hatten das Standardzimmer gebucht, auf den Fotos ist ein schönes Bad und eine kleine Küche abgebildet. Weder das schöne Bad noch die kleine Küche fanden wir vor, man hat uns, beide über 1,80m ein behinderten Zimmer gegeben, Lichtschalter auf 1,20m, im Spiegel kann man sich nur sehen wenn man sich bückt usw. Zudem War das Bad schmutzig, der Duschvorhang unten rötlich gelb, kein Klodeckel und nach der kurzen Dusche in der Früh stand das ganze Bad unter Wasser weil das Wasser nicht abgelaufen ist und der Abfluss verstopft. Die Klimaanlage bzw Lüftung ging ebenfalls nicht, entweder bei offenem Fenster den Lärm vom Bahnhof und die Blicke vom Nachbarhaus direkt ins Bett oder es ist halt ohne jegliche Lüftungsmöglichkeit einfach zu warm zum schlafen.

Das Hotel ist direkt neben einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. In den Zimmern ist es sehr heiß. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und war nur laut. Sauna kostet extra.

Ambienti moderni e completamente ristrutturati. Ottima pulizia. Stanza molto ampia e letti molto comodi. Ampia cabina armadio, con molti scaffali. L'hotel si trova vicino all'inizio della strada principale di Bischofshofen, dove ci sono negozi, supermercato, bar e ristoranti. Parcheggio di proprietà della struttura a pagamento.

Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet. Super Frühstück. Einziger negativer Punkt: Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Man versteht jedes Wort des Nachbarzimmers. Wir kommen trotzdem immer wieder ;)

Good staff, very helpfull also on the phone as in the hotel itself. Late arrival not a problem. Nice room, good and spacious, for 3 persons. Very good WiFi and good parking available (paid).

The hotel was great. Definitely a good spot if you are planning to stay for a longer amount of time. Room was plenty big for 3 of us which is hard to find in Europe. Decor and style was very clean and modern. There was a nice laundry room on site which was helpful too. We had a car and parking was very convenient. Close drive to the areas we wanted to visit in Werfen. Would stay here again.

Ficamos no apto 601 ( fundos ) com linda vista para a estação de trem, estrada e montanhas nevadas. Atendimento bom e eficiente. Quarto amplo, silencioso, com cama confortável. Banheiro limpo e com ducha quentinha deliciosa. Hotel bem localizado, na continuação da rua principal, perto da estação de trem, de lojas, supermercado e restaurantes. Para um rápido check in, estacionamos em frente ao hotel. Estacionamento coberto no subsolo com valor de EUR 12.00 por diária. Quando voltarmos a Bischofshofen, certamente ficaremos nesse hotel novamente.

A questa struttura do un bel 10. Bellissima, curata, pulita, con spazi enormi e ben organizzati. In centro e comoda a tutto. Colazione super. Il mio voto va soprattutto alla professionalità della ragazza che mi ha fatto il ceck in, in quanto Expedia, dopo aver comunque prelevato il pagamento dalla mia carta, non ha comunicato alla struttura la mia prenotazione e la mia camera non c' era. Per fortuna l' addetta all' accoglienza si è mostrata molto competente e professionale e ha trovato una stanza per me. Io viaggio molto, uso tante piattaforme e non mi era mai capitato di non avere la prenotazione confermata. Ho contattato Expedia che è stato contento che qualcun altro avesse risolto il problema.... Das hotel liegt gut als Ausgangspunkt für Touren im Salzburger Umland. Die Studios sind modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der größte Pluspunkt für das Hotel. Das Frühstück war immer frisch und sehr lecker. Wirklich jeder fand den Robokellner fürs Geschirr amüsant. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Der Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe, von den unfähigen Mitarbeiterinnen angefangen bis hin zu unfreundlichen Äußerungen. Auf die Nachfrage nach der nächsten Ladesäule wurde mir ein solcher Blödsinn erzählt. Ich müsse nachts um 23:30 Uhr das Auto aus der Garage fahren weil ich sonst Strafe bezahlen müsse usw. Wir hatten das Standardzimmer gebucht, auf den Fotos ist ein schönes Bad und eine kleine Küche abgebildet. Weder das schöne Bad noch die kleine Küche fanden wir vor, man hat uns, beide über 1,80m ein behinderten Zimmer gegeben, Lichtschalter auf 1,20m, im Spiegel kann man sich nur sehen wenn man sich bückt usw. Zudem War das Bad schmutzig, der Duschvorhang unten rötlich gelb, kein Klodeckel und nach der kurzen Dusche in der Früh stand das ganze Bad unter Wasser weil das Wasser nicht abgelaufen ist und der Abfluss verstopft. Die Klimaanlage bzw Lüftung ging ebenfalls nicht, entweder bei offenem Fenster den Lärm vom Bahnhof und die Blicke vom Nachbarhaus direkt ins Bett oder es ist halt ohne jegliche Lüftungsmöglichkeit einfach zu warm zum schlafen.

There was a young man hotel clerk that was just kind of a jerk. I had booked through Expedia and not everything was clear during the booking. I had booked three rooms for a large travel group. I had missed two young adults during booking. He made such a big deal of not including them. He wanted extra payment. Of course, we were going to pay. However, he never delivered the extra towels or bedding that was included in that payment.

Sehr arrogante Personal , sehr unfreundlich ! Zimmer sehr laut , man hat es Gefühl dass man auf der nah gelegene Bahnhof schläft! Am nächsten Tag nach Reklamation , wurde platt gesagt : wir sind ausgebucht !!! In den zwei Tagen haben wir 5 anderen Gäste nur gesehen ! Das Hotel war leer !!! Die Umgebung ist leider nicht so toll! Direkt an der Hauptstraße und am Bahnhof mit Güterzügen, die die ganze Nacht fahren. Die Fenster sind zwar gut isoliert, aber blenden den Lärm trotzdem nicht ganz aus! Dafür sind die Zimmer wirklich sehr schön und geräumig und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für diese Region wirklich sehr gut!

Dejligt hotel som er lige til. Vi var rigtig glade for opholdet og selve hotellet var som nyt med dejlig kælder til Bilen. Eneste minus og ønske er at man ikke kan få noget at spise om aften.

It is a nice and comfortable hotel. Nicely designed with comfortable and space rooms. It’s very clean. I had a room on the second floor and looked directly onto a building. On the higher floors the view is much nicer. It is close to the railway station what’s of course is convenient but it makes in the night also a lot of noise. The breakfast is over priced! €18,- is to much. There are cheaper options close to the hotel. The lobby and bar are nice. The staff is friendly and to the point. There is a convenience center on the fourth floor with washing machines and dryers. There are vending machines for food and drinks. You can also get clean towels, tableware and cutlery. In the basement is a ski room where you can store your ski’s/snowboard and leave your ski shoes in a heated rack. That is if thee is some place left… You can park in the underground parking garage against a fee. You can get a discount of €5,- per day if you choose not to let clean your room. I loved my stay in Harry’s home!

Wij verbleven hier 1 nacht, op doorreis terug naar huis. Alles is prima verlopen, van de check-in tot het vertrek. Kamer modern en heel erg proper. Comfortabele bedden. Heel mooie badkamer. Slimme en degelijke opbergmogelijkheden. Wij zijn erg tevreden. Ontbijt ook alles voorzien en erg lekker.

This is a perfect location for those wanting to have a base and venture out and about. The rooms are perfect with tea and coffee facilities for that cuppa when you just need a drink. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom/wet room is fantastic with toiletries provided. Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options. The hotel has a bar with a great selection and excellent prices. There is a sauna which is available to guests. Highly recommend 👌.
