The room was well appointed and very clean. The staff were helpful and it was nice to have our bags delivered to the room. The hotel is al so very handy to Utsunomiya Station making it a great base for exploring.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Service was efficient and thoughtful. Efficient check out system was a good idea. Having the spa was a great experience. Easy access to the station made our trip enjoyable.
