Annie from reception was absolutely incredible, she was so friendly and knowledgable, her warmness really made our stay enjoyable. There was a Philippine gentleman working in the bar opposite reception who was also so friendly and lovely, his knowledge about the auroroa was amazing. Sorry i cant remember his name! Thank you to both of these guys for making our trip so memorable!

very over priced and very disappointing rooms were very dirty and cold never got clean towels unless we asked for them very poor standard for the price you're paying on a magical holiday
