Restaurants gutes Essen! Buffet zu wenig Kapazitäten für größe des Hotels, Zustand des Zimmers schrecklich - Feuchtigkeits- und Schimmel Geruch, alles Schranktüren verzogen durch Feuchtigkeit. Kein einziger Schrank hat richtig geschlossen. Schubladen schief, Decke unter den Klimaanlagen gewölbt (feucht), Wasser kam aus ALLEN Wassehähnen erst braun, dann gelb, dann klar,… roch nach Rost !!! Todo estuvo excelente! Vale mucho la pena visitar este hotel…su servicio, instalaciones y atención del personal son buenísimas!

This was our first time staying at Planet Hollywood Cancun Adult Scene. We booked the Directors Suite and it was amazing and big!! The room was very clean upon our arrival and the staff kept it that way during our stay. Upon arrival, we met with our Planet Hollywood Expedia Rep, Jose, and he assisted us with all of our dinner reservations. He also offered to assist us with anything we needed during our stay. Jose proved 5 star treatment and assistance. Mauricicio also assited when Jose was not on property and he provided excellent service as well. The resort overall was beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast and lunch buffets were really good and our breakfast waiter Felipe provided amazing service!! We spent most of our time at the adult only pool. The Castaway Pool Bar was great and our bartender, Maurice, made amazing drinks!! All of the staff that we interacted with were very professional and provided top notch service!! The specialty restaurants that we visited were very good overall but sometimes the food was hit or miss. We will definitely stay at this resort in the future.
