What a beautiful boutique hotel very well maintained and very clean. Rooms and bed are spacious and comfy air conditioning works like a dream, pool is very clean and good size, the scenery surrounding is stunning have nice drink next to the river the stuff is beautiful and always smiling and really helpful keep up the awesome work well done greetings from Australia (Tek kelime Harikaydi teşekkürler)

I'd booked a deluxe family room foe 1 night with a river view that catered for 4 people as it was more spacious than the alternatives. Upon arrival, the room was a double with 1 bed. This was not at all acceptable as I was traveling with a friend. We were then offered the only other room, a twin, which was smaller and no view. The bathroom was not clean and multiple hairs were visible on the floor. Housekeeping were prompt in cleaning this. The a/c unit wasn't working properly and the room was unbearably hot. No staff appology for this. On checkout, we were charged the same original rate for a smaller room and the staff said that the price was set by Expedia and not negotiable. We were offered complementary juice upon collection of upon bags and shower in the spa following a boat trip prior to our flight back home. This was disorganised as we were told to shower in the gym which was closed for the day. The Spa staff refused to give us towels and sent us back to reception. The one gym shower was gross, unclean, broken shower head and an empty shower gel dispenser. The whole check in and check out process was awful and very disappointing . The other resort staff were very pleasant.

This is a lovely property with a very nice staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good AC to deal with the heat and humidity. Only downside are the mosquitos which made eating dinner in the lovely riverside covered patio very uncomfortable.
