Place was beautiful, time of year was cold so wish the outdoor pool was heated so could reall enjoy the beautiful property

This place is amazing! All the staff are so great (especially Yosef) and very friendly. I speak no Arabic or French and they tried so hard to communicate. The food was very nice and the setting is insanely beautiful. The tents are so great - the bed in mine was huge and so comfortabe. Bathrooms great too. Well stocked bar for the middle of the desert. The atv and camel tours were very well done. The fact that the tour guides also take such great pictures is a really nice touch. It's very quiet and relaxing. Non guests do seem to pile in around 6:30 but not bad in any way. The dinner overlooking the hills is so picturesque. I arrived at 11:30 am and the day flew by. Highly recommend.

Amazing property that provided us with a very unique experience. Lots of activities on the grounds and everything seemed easy to arrange! Staff was very friendly and interactive with the guests!

Beautiful setting but most definitely a tourist trap. Upcharging for “experiences” at every turn. Breakfast buffet inedible. Loads of tourists coming off buses for dinner meaning it was chaotic and bad service for hotel guests. Some employees limited english/french and difficult to communicate with. dont go to the spa either - left w neck pain.

This outstanding glamping experience was perfect. Na-eem and Hamsa were outstanding members of the team that made sure our stay was unforgettable. Cheers to the staff and the amenities!

I thought the initial concept was great - but I was expecting a 5-star experience. Lack of choices for dining would be my number one strike - I ended up eating the same meals for 3 days! We had a tent in the lower end of the camp and there were seating areas that housed broken furniture and umbrellas, Prices are not clear- and we couldn't even get a print-out of charges when we paid at the end. The Camp had many large events such as a corporate event wih over 40 people which changed the vibe from small and exclusive to corporate. Unfortunately, I will not return.

It has been a magical time in the lodge. We enjoyed our time there. The team is amazing, helping and really nice. Amine helped me resolving all my questions and doubt before my arrival and on location, Nahim was really helpful. We enjoyed the camel ride, the karting in the desert, the stars viewing was an incredible experience. The pool help you to have a relaxing time between activities and meal.

The White Camel Lodge was an above average stay but could have been excellent but they were off the mark. Upon arrival the property is stunning especially with the backdrop of the desert on all sides. It's a bit of an oasis right in the middle of nowhere. At night the entire property is lit with lanterns and candles which is breathtaking. The pool(s) area is definitely the focal point during the day and where most guest hang out, and the infinity pool just drifts into the landscape beyond. The Pros: Beautiful Property -Lodges were not nice and spacious (however showed signs of weathering both interior & exterior) -Property was large and expansive -(2) Pools -Multiple dining halls...I believe 3 different ones as well as outdoor tables as well -Customer Service was good overall Cons: -Showed several signs of lack of organization & confusion -Wife and I booked a couples massage however when it was time for the massage they had NO idea what we were talking about. Then we were driven to the massage building only to find (1) therapist who had ZERO idea that we were coming AND was in the middle of a massage! lol Then there was NO apology, and the driver just asked if we wanted to sit there in this empty waiting area for over a hour until the therapist finished. FOH So we went back to the pool and hung out with friends. Management never said one word even after our complaint. -Day Trippers basically come and take over the pool area so it's best to secure your spot early.

They are ALL friendly and willing to go above and beyond with their customer service. The grounds and room were clean! The main pool was to die for as well as the views from every corner. Will absolutely visit again.

Excellent stay for me and my wife. The staff were really welcoming and went above and beyond for our honeymoon. Whole place was super clean and comfy throughout. A selection of activities too and we took the buggy ride which was excellent and guide was exceptional. Cannot fault anything here.

Le cadre est tout simplement enchanteur. Le lodge bénéficie d’un environnement exceptionnel, paisible et magnifiquement aménagé, avec une ambiance musicale qui ajoute beaucoup de charme. Malheureusement, le service et les prestations ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur du lieu. Le personnel semble nonchalant, peu impliqué, et il faut souvent demander deux à trois fois la même chose avant d’obtenir ce que l’on souhaite. À notre arrivée, nos bagages ont mis 45 minutes à être livrés — après un appel de relance — et un des bagages livrés n’était même pas le nôtre. La chambre est très sommairement équipée : pas de cintres, pas de chaussons, pas de peignoirs. Il y avait une bouilloire… mais rien pour préparer un thé. Et côté entretien, il y a du laisser-aller : la fenêtre des toilettes nous est restée dans les mains en l’ouvrant, la tenture murale est trouée à certains endroits, le ciel de douche plein de tartre… Côté restauration, les tajines étaient bons, mais le reste très moyen. Les grillades étaient fades, les frites servies froides, et le dessert du dîner — un banal gâteau au chocolat — sans aucun intérêt. Un endroit qui facture cher car ils se reposent sur le cadre idyllique, il y à beaucoup de potentiel, mais ce n’est certainement pas « luxury »

We had an amazing stay. The staff, the rooms, the views, the food. All 10/10. If we had more time, we would have stayed 2-3 more nights there!! Can’t recommend this property enough. If you’re going to Agafay, stay here!

A NYE from hell: We booked this months in advance during NYE, with the intent of proposing to my fiance during the last sunset but instead we paid quite the price for what it appears to be the worst value for our money. Getting to our tent, we were surprised but how dirty it was, we expected some dust since it’s in the middle of the desert but the tent had mold all over it and the toilet was not even flushed. No toiletries, no water…we had to climb a hill to go to reception and get it. We requested in advance a hair dryer and an iron since my fiance wanted to get ready for the NYE and was excited about the sunset (without her knowing it was the moment where I’ve planned to pop the question). After asking at the reception and calling multiple times to get the iron and the hair dryer, they finally said that some other room took it and they dont have a spare one, imagine paying 1,000$ and the place doesn’t even have enough irons/hair dryer. Long story short my fiance ended up another wrinkled but black dress and did a hair bun to only miss the sunset and miss the perfect moment to propose. I guess it was never meant to be. This is not an attack against the staff, they were the best, but more criticism of the owners to put more resources i’ve been to 2 stars riads with better equipment. don’t only think about profit and instead try to capture the essence of moroccan hospitality, profit will eventually come later.

The dinner with entertainment was so much fun, and overall, we had such an enjoyable stay that we didn’t want to leave. Thank you to the whole team for the amazing service!

We booked two nights but left after one due to a private party with loud music lasting until late evening. The "mountain view" room actually faced a fence and a small hill—no mountains in sight. Management wasn't upfront about this or the noise issue, and getting a refund was difficult, involving hours of calls with Expedia. Breakfast was disappointing—wrapped in plastic and salads looked stale. However, some staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful lodge in the desert after a long weekend in Marrakesh but the service leaves a lot to be asked for. No one seemed interested to help, bar and restaurant service was terribly slow and kept mixing orders up. They also asked us to pay again for a pre-paid room, which we did not do in the end but it was just way too complicated for a supposed luxury lodge where we just wanted to relax for the last night in Morocco

It is a very peaceful place for a quiet holiday. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The food however was poor. All there was to offer was Tanjin beef/chicken/veg. Nothing more. Got tired of it after the 1st time i had it. Its fine for 1 day but nothing more than that. They need to offer their guest more especially when there's no other place to dine nearby.
