Lässt dieses Hotel etwas zu wünschen übrig? Definitiv nicht! Begonnen hat es mit den kostenlosen Parkplätzen vor dem Hotel, danach ging es mit dem überaus freundlichen Personal weiter, unser Zimmer ist ein Traum und die einzelnen Stockwerke sind so ansprechend gestaltet, dass man dort gerne lange verweilen möchte! Das kostenlose Gym, sowie die wunderschöne Dachterasse sind wirklich ein Traum!! Der angrenzende Rewe, Rossmann und Bäcker, sowie for naheliegende U-Bahn Station machen auch die Lage des Hotels perfekt. Wenn ich wieder einen München Urlaub mache, dann nur noch im Revo! Großartige Leistung & vielen Dank für alles ihr Herzensmenschen!

Everything was self serve including the check in. The vending machines were not working so we could not get drinks for our room. The room was ok. The bed was not comfortable but the linens were nice.There was nothing in the surrounding area except another hotel. We drove about 10 minutes to find a small town which everything closed at 8pm even on a Friday night.

Really nice hotel with friendly and polite staff. Room was nice and spotless clean. Hotel as some nice touches like gym and mini cinema. Station on your door step for easy transport to city centre or other places. Room nice and quiet. Has restaurant for breakfast and has a supermarket right next door. Would highly recommend and would return.

Since this was my first trip to München I was not sure what to expect but the room was spacious, clean and very easily accomidated our party of 4. The service desk was helpful and the food at the Italian restaurant located in the hotel was delicious. The only hiccup was that the laundry machines were out of order. We packed light so we did require a wash. We were able to hand wash so it did not greatly impact the trip. I would encourage exploring all the fun accommodations on the different floors like the game room, movie room, bike repair room and gym. A grocery store is next door and the train is just a few meters away. Very convenient.

Ett väldigt fint rum med en stor balkong. Stort badrum med en väldigt stor och bra dusch. Tyvärr så luktade det mögel från duschen och rummet hade dammtussar under sängarna och skåp. Wifi var bedrövligt dåligt som var riktigt svagt. Trots att vi sa till så åtgärdades inget. Sen hade resturangen jul och nyårs stängt utan någon info. Hotellet i sig var häftigt och med stora biutrymmen som gym , biorum och spelhörna. Men städning och wifi måste bli bättre.

The location is great, easy access to mobility, the rooms are cozy and have most of the things you need for a trip. The staff are not very friendly and helpful. The cleaning service is poor. Cleaning seems to be once in 5days and it's still not done well. Tissues are not being replaced neither top up for toiletries.

They don’t clean andyservice the room for 5 days. If you want cleaning and service they charge 45 Euro. If you want new towels they charge 15 Euro per set. Terrible!

Service here was terrible! My friend's sink had a leak. They had to deal with constant wet towels for a couple days until they placed a bucket under the sink. They never fixed their sink or offered a different room because supposedly they were "booked." Her family stayed there for 5 nights. My other friend asked for towels and the receptionist said she would have to wait til morning because the cleaners already left and she didn't have keys to the towel area. Well, next day at 11pm (cleaners obviously gone again for the day), a receptionist (different person) walks across the lobby carrying 4 towels for another guest request. Hmmm, how is that?! Then, I asked for a late checkout and they offered a later time for a fee. I asked if i could think about it and let her know in a couple hours. She said to make sure to let her know so they don't sell that room. Hmmm, I thought they were booked?! So, besides the bad and lazy service, our shower floor felt dirty (slimy) and didn't drain well. When we showered our feet were in a constant puddle. I didn't complain and we just dealt with it since we were just there for 2 nights. So, next shower i just put a towel down and at least my feet was in a puddle over a towel and not a slimy shower floor.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit einem großen Fernseher, mehreren Regalen und Schränken. Verschiedene Arbeitsplätze und Sitzmöglichkeiten im 1.OG sowie im EG mit mehreren Steckdosen. Sehr schöne Deko. Super freundliches Personal. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top 👌 Einfach traumhaft. Ich kann's nur empfehlen.

Não fica no centro ou perto dos pontos turísticos, mas em compensação o metrô fica NA PORTA do hotel, o que é excelente. O prédio é moderno, tem estrutura excelente e supermercado e café no térreo do prédio. Mas no quesito limpeza deixou a desejar. Fiquei 3 noites e não tive serviço de quarto nenhum dia. Nem os papéis da lixeira do banheiro foram retirados.

We enjoyed staying at Revo for our quick visit to Munich. We were not able to enter our room right away as we arrived in the morning but were able to store our luggage in a room that was not locked but luckily nothing was stolen. We did not have AC in the room which was a struggle, although the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We would stay here again.

Location: just OK. Good for a business trip to Siemens or one of the other companies in this industrial park area but that’s it. Yes, it’s by the station to ride into town but it feels isolated. Supermarket next door and a few restaurants close though. Amenities: Great. Gym is the best part of the hotel! Laundry room is available in basement as well. I had a salad one night in the hotel restaurant and it was quite good. Bed: horrible. Not a king bed as advertised. It was just two twin beds pushed together that constantly slid apart with any movement. Linens were even twin. Mattresses also not comfortable. Staff: Younger staff members were unfriendly, unhelpful and even rude. Always ready to greet you with a frown. When I complained about the bed, the answer was an abrupt “all our king beds are that way.” Period. Then just murmuring among coworkers as I walked away and a faint sarcastic “sorry” amongst themselves.

Des 3 nuits que j'ai resté là j'ai pas pu utiliser Netflix/youtube sur la télé et la réponse des employés a été toujours: demain on va le réparer. Finalement j'ai été capable de regarder seulement la dernière nuit. Dom

Leider waren die Aufzüge sehr laut und die gewählte Zimmerkategorie (Loft) so geschnitten, dass die Zimmer l-förmig um die Aufzugsschächte gehen. Leider waren zwei der Aufzüge sehr laut, so dass man eigentlich nur zwischen 01:00 - 06:00 Uhr einigermaßen Ruhe finden konnte. Beschwerden und der Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer an den ersten zwei Tagen konnte nicht entsprochen werden. Daher kann ich zumindest in der von uns gewählten Zimmerkategorie keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Schade, da es uns ansonsten gut gefallen hat. Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Lage etc. alles gut. Praktische Lage direkt an der U- und S-Bahn. Rewe-Markt mit Bäcker direkt am Hotel.
Leider waren die Aufzüge sehr laut und die gewählte Zimmerkategorie (Loft) so geschnitten, dass die Zimmer l-förmig um die Aufzugsschächte gehen. Leider waren zwei der Aufzüge sehr laut, so dass man eigentlich nur zwischen 01:00 - 06:00 Uhr einigermaßen Ruhe finden konnte. Beschwerden und der Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer an den ersten zwei Tagen konnte nicht entsprochen werden. Daher kann ich zumindest in der von uns gewählten Zimmerkategorie keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Schade, da es uns ansonsten gut gefallen hat. Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Lage etc. alles gut. Praktische Lage direkt an der U- und S-Bahn. Rewe-Markt mit Bäcker direkt am Hotel.

The front desk staff is amazing.... the rooms are terrific. HOWEVER if you do get a first floor duplex, be forewarned, the beds are in a loft one very STEEP flight up- and the bathroom is downstairs and there is no getting a suitcase up the stairs, so if that's a concern, choose a standard room.

The hotel is nice, close to the train station. We got there at 2pm and they said the room was going to be ready at 3pm. Not a problem, we ask if we could come back at around 10pm. The lady tells us there is someone there all night so no problem. We get there at 10pm, no one is there. A guest opened the door for us, we spent 30min trying to do the self checkin which did not work. We tried calling the phone number on the desk, no one would pick up. Luckily a security guy called the receptionist who was just somewhere else in the building. This was not good. Everything else is great. The hotel is beautiful, clean and nice

Greeted by the very bubbly Deanna upon checkin. She was SO helpful - we had a car but left it parked and took advantage of the u-bahn and s-bahn (trains) right outside the door to make our way to the heart of Munich during our Oktoberfest stay. Deanna helped us navigate the trek to the “weisn” and our best entry point. Oh! Did I mention we received a beer (on tap) when we checked in? Love it! Grocery store within the complex with baked delicacies offered upon arrival; good variety of premade salads. Kitchenette in the room - meatloaf in the restaurant is to be avoided (spam-like) Laundry facilities at garage level (washers and dryers) - must commit to an AP to take advantage. Bring some detergent pods. Highly recommend Revo - super friendly staff, more conveniences than you’d expect. Easy to navigate transport. I would return, 100%

There is an actual human receptionist! The room was very clean but small staff were nice, check in fast. It’s like 100 feet from the train station- short 1 train ride to old town Odeonsplatz/marienplatz. I gave it 4 stars due to the many many switches that didn’t make sense. Laundromat in the basement- you have to use an app to use the laundry, an internet access for room information, of course the elevator stopped working while I was in the basement and had to walk up 8 floors to my room carrying my laundry because all the washing machines weren’t accepting payment from everyone. Will I come back - no - too techy for me.

Self check in was terrible staff was a mix asian counter person did well. Other female came across crabby. She had run ins with customers while we waited to check in. Male closing bar manager was rude and should be fired. He closed early after waitress said she would be with us. Had multiple other guests complain about the staff especially male at the bar.

Service here was terrible! My friend's sink had a leak. They had to deal with constant wet towels for a couple days until they placed a bucket under the sink. They never fixed their sink or offered a different room because supposedly they were "booked." Her family stayed there for 5 nights. My other friend asked for towels and the receptionist said she would have to wait til morning because the cleaners already left and she didn't have keys to the towel area. Well, next day at 11pm (cleaners obviously gone again for the day), a receptionist (different person) walks across the lobby carrying 4 towels for another guest request. Hmmm, how is that?! Then, I asked for a late checkout and they offered a later time for a fee. I asked if i could think about it and let her know in a couple hours. She said to make sure to let her know so they don't sell that room. Hmmm, I thought they were booked?! So, besides the bad and lazy service, our shower floor felt dirty (slimy) and didn't drain well. When we showered our feet were in a constant puddle. I didn't complain and we just dealt with it since we were just there for 2 nights. So, next shower i just put a towel down and at least my feet was in a puddle over a towel and not a slimy shower floor.

Location: just OK. Good for a business trip to Siemens or one of the other companies in this industrial park area but that’s it. Yes, it’s by the station to ride into town but it feels isolated. Supermarket next door and a few restaurants close though. Amenities: Great. Gym is the best part of the hotel! Laundry room is available in basement as well. I had a salad one night in the hotel restaurant and it was quite good. Bed: horrible. Not a king bed as advertised. It was just two twin beds pushed together that constantly slid apart with any movement. Linens were even twin. Mattresses also not comfortable. Staff: Younger staff members were unfriendly, unhelpful and even rude. Always ready to greet you with a frown. When I complained about the bed, the answer was an abrupt “all our king beds are that way.” Period. Then just murmuring among coworkers as I walked away and a faint sarcastic “sorry” amongst themselves.

Sorry, doch ich bin jetzt eine Woche hier und das Restaurant hatte ohne große Vorankündigung wegen "Umbauarbeiten in der Küche o.ä." an einem Tag geschlossen. Heute komme ich um 16 Uhr und will einen Kaffee trinken: alles kurzfristig geschlossen bis 3. August. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, wäre ich heute abgereist. Nun reise ich morgen ab. Katastrophe. Das Hotel und die Mitarbeiter sowie deren Service ist allesamt gut, freundlich, etc. Ziemlich enttäuscht bin ich vom Restaurant. In 7 Tagen hat man es nicht geschafft, Weißwein geliefert zu bekommen. Am 1 Abend war der 1. Wein auf der Karte aus, am 2. der Zweite und am 3. der Dritte. So etwas ist untragbar. Das war mein Grund für die Abreise! Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort haben die Revo-Leitung jeden Abend nach Alternativen gebeten. Man darf nichts selbst kaufen, es muss vom Lieferanten der nicht liefert abgenommen werden!? Wahnsinn

When we arrived there was a loud noise from the AC that was going off every 20 minutes. I reported to reception and they said unfortunately hotel was fully booked and technicians had gone home, which was understandable as by this time it was the evening but that they would get it looked at the next day. I purchased some ear plugs from the shop downstairs to get through the night and next morning the technicians fixed the problem which I was very happy about. I also availed of the gym which was by far one of the best hotel gyms I have been to, was fairly quiet and the equipment was all fairly new. All in all I was very impressed and would stay again. Thank you and we loved your beautiful city!
