Booked Junior suite, was ok, noisy fridge and not very sound proof. Could hear people above, then calling to prayer was so loud and people in hotel were praying and making noise. Going back again tomorrow and will discuss with staff to make sure I get better room for noise Prevetion

Accidentally broke a shampoo bottle, charged me 500000 rupiah for it, I could see around 100000 or 150000 but this was shocking, and unfair

Very comfortable stay in the heart of Tunjungan street. Room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was nice with complete amenities. Breakfast has amazing lots of options and good flavours.
