Oud sfeerloze hotelletje in centrum. We hadden een kamer op de 3de verdieping. Geen lift. Kamer had schuine wanden waardoor we constant onze hoofd stootten. Bovendien was onze kamer Direct naast het ontbijtzaal wat erg lawaaierig was. Mijn vrouw werd de eerste nacht rond middennacht wakker gemaakt door overijverig personeel die druk bezig waren borden en pannen in de keuken op te ruimen. Veel herrie van gezin met twee kleine, zeer irriterende kleine kids. (Werden meemalig gewaarchuwd door manager) Douche kop kapot. Kon dus niet normaal douchen. Manager behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook de prijs was vriendelijk.

Newly renovated, fresh and nicely decorated hotel in the old town of Kaş. Free parking right outside the hotel. Friendly and good treatment by the hotel staff. Built-in roof terrace available 24/7 for guests to sit on and watch the view. Access to own swimming area just below the hotel. In the room there is a fridge with a small freezer compartment and free coffee & water.

Everything was outstanding - location, the room at the top floor, the breakfast, the ambience. Ercan was the most welcoming host we met so far, went out of his way to make sure we have a parking spot - thank you so much! The location hard to beat - very central but quiet. Hope to visit Kaš again soon, and will be happy to stay here again

Konum çok iyi. Kaş merkezde. Tur teknelerinin kalktığı limana, merkez çarşı ve restoranlara çok yakın. Asansör yok. Cadde geçilerek ulaşılan plajdan ücretsiz denize girilebilir. Deniz yüzme bilenlere göre. Kayalardan merdivenle giriliyor. Siz istemediğiniz sürece oda hergün temizleniyor. Kahvaltı güzel. Teras manzarası çok güzel. Bizim için tek sıkıntı odadaki kavabodaki çatlaklar ve duşta sıcak su ayarında zorlanmak oldu.

The hotel was perfectly located within a short 5 minutes walk into town. The room we had was comfortable but lacked drawer space such as bedside cabinets or a set of drawers for t shirts etc. The fridge was an adequate size and a kettle with tea,coffee, sugar and 2 waters was provided. The staff were very polite and friendly and even messaged us to see what time we would arrive so they could park our car as the street is one way and not many parking spaces available but we parked it ourselves as we found a space. The only 2 negative things with the hotel we encountered was a constant noise of what we can only describe as a header tank filling with water every 20 minutes or so which was somewhere over our room (201) and inconsiderate guests slamming bedroom doors at night.. echoing on the landing/stairwells but would consider returning at a later date.

Great location, few minutes walk to the Kas town centre. Also just some steps down to the sea! Parking anywhere in town centre is problematic but hotel kindly arranged this for us. Also, due to an accident we arrived very late at night, they stayed in contact with us and checked us in. Breakfast and views were lovely on the rooftop.

Small hotel with friendly owners. We had a room with sea view. The roof top is where breakfast is served and is open to guests for their own use ouside of these hours. 2 minute walk to a beach club with direct access to the sea. 5 minute walk to the port. Beautiful small town.

Wir waren als Familie mit kleinem Hund für eine Nacht da und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Wir haben ein sauberes 4 Bett Zimmer gehabt und das Frühstück war auch toll.

Çok temiz odalar, çok leziz taze yapılan bir kahvaltı sunuluyor. Gelene kadar çok güzel ilgilenildi. Tam Kaşın merkezinde ve genede çok sessiz bir konumda.

I have a hard time giving this hotel a good review. The location was amazing and the staff that checked us in was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was good as well. But the main thing was how thin the walls were.. both nights we stayed there was screaming kids up until 11pm and again screaming at 7am. I feel like everyone could hear them screaming the whole time.. noise travels a lot. Maybe if those other people and their kids weren’t staying there we would have enjoyed our stay a little more. But the thin walls are definitely an issue

Very centrally located. Five minutes downhill to the town centre. Rooms are clean, but minimal. There are no drawers or surfaces to put items on. The breakfast is buffet style but delicious. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, but plenty close by.

Really enjoyed our stay and found it a very convenient place to explore Kaş. Despite being very central the Hotel area was quiet at night. The team were very helpful and the breakfasts were amazing. Would definitely stay again if I visited Kaş.

The hotel itself is nice, very clean with spacious rooms. The young chap that runs it was polite and informative. The young lady cooking breakfast was also delightful. The location is great for Kas. I left 2 days before o was due to as the hotel was very noisy. I was in the room directly above reception where there is an electrical generator behind a sliding door. This generator creates a banging sound all day and night continuously. I never got any sleep, it was like sleeping on a building site. I lost 2 days accommodation and had to pay to relocate just so I could sleep. It’s not fair to paying customers to have to put up with this, I paid for 7 nights but could only stay 5 due to the intense ongoing banging from the electric generator not to mention noisy inconsiderate guests. An expensive experience for me that was not my fault

Great location, few minutes walk to the Kas town centre. Also just some steps down to the sea! Parking anywhere in town centre is problematic but hotel kindly arranged this for us. Also, due to an accident we arrived very late at night, they stayed in contact with us and checked us in. Breakfast and views were lovely on the rooftop.

Very centrally located. Five minutes downhill to the town centre. Rooms are clean, but minimal. There are no drawers or surfaces to put items on. The breakfast is buffet style but delicious. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, but plenty close by.

Really enjoyed our stay and found it a very convenient place to explore Kaş. Despite being very central the Hotel area was quiet at night. The team were very helpful and the breakfasts were amazing. Would definitely stay again if I visited Kaş.

Deniz yüzme bilenlere göre. Kayalardan merdivenle giriliyor. Siz istemediğiniz sürece oda hergün temizleniyor. Kahvaltı güzel. Teras manzarası çok güzel. Bizim için tek sıkıntı odadaki kavabodaki çatlaklar ve duşta sıcak su ayarında zorlanmak oldu.

Für 3* fehlten allerdings einige Aspekte wie z.B. tägliche Zimmerreinigung (Handtücher und WC-Artikel wurden erneuert ), Safe etc. Frühstück gut und frisch zubereitet aber sehr einfach und geringe Auswahl. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern wichtig : es gibt keine Schränke in den Zimmern, nur Kleiderständer und einige offene Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ausblick von Balkon und Frühstücksterasse grandios, Lage für uns perfekt. Parkmöglichkeiten in geringer Laufdistanz vorhanden. Entgegen der Hotelinfo keine Bar und kein Restaurant vorhanden, allerdings in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft verfügbar.

Really lovely hotel, clean and very close to Kas centre. They have access to small but lovely beach. The breakfast option was great. Ilker bey was super helpful. It made our experience much better. Shout out to loveliest dog Charlie as well :)

We were 4 of us, great room for 4 people... Breakfast was so good.. The beach club was excellent,but a bit more steps.. Especially İlker Bey is very friendly, professional and canını, do his job perfect.. Thanks to him a lot for helping us...We can recommend that Hotel to everybody....
