Location: Well located in the centre of town and all the shopping and restaurants are a very short walk. Hotel: Very clean and modern. Quiet rooms that are spacious. Great breakfast included. Rooms: Very nice. Had roʻm with balcony which was nice. Room had plenty of space, very madern. Bathroom was large. Staff: Great and helpful especially when pro iding assistance to access the car elevator to thw parking. I would certainly stay here again.

New and modern property. Rooms are large and comfortable. There is no easy way to park by the hotel and there is construction all around. But it is very central with nice views of the mountains and Main Street.

Hotel muito bem localizado no centro de Andorra la Vella. Quarto muito bom, mas poderia ser mais bem iluminado. Banheiro excelente com uma banheira bem legal. Funcionários bem gentis! Café da manhã maravilhoso, excelente! Estacionamento do hotel muito apertado ao colocar e tirar o carro no elevador

Très bel établissement, chambres spacieuses et confortables, voir même luxueuses. Excellent emplacement et possibilité de pouvoir garer sa voiture en sous sol. Les moins : vitres tellement sales qu’on pouvait à peine voir à l’extérieur, est-ce dû à l’énorme chantier adjacent ? Salle de petit dej sans charme, type salle de réunion, petit dej tout juste dans la moyenne pour le standing revendiqué. Le personnel est impersonnel, dommage.

La habitación la calefacción no funcionaba en recepcion no dijeron q era toda conjunta con las otras habitaciónes a chupar frío,q si eso nos ponían un radiador en el baño el radiador tampoco funcionaba, para un 4* q en su día sería 5* algo incomprensible , la habitación en cuatro días nos la hicieron un día, lo mejor la ubicación,

El hotel esta muy limpio y el personal atento, en cualquier duda que tuviésemos. En el cuarto de baño faltaba bastantes enseres de aseo personal, para la categoría es bastante escaso.

Hotel no coração de Andorra, não sendo necessário uso de carro. Fui de Barcelona para Andorra de ônibus e acertei na minha escolha. Atendimento, limpeza dos quartos magníficos. Além de ter um café da manhã muito farto.

the hotel staff didnt priorizie us when we arrived after our check in time, breakfast was not good very poor options not even eggs. The room was pretty and we loved the jacuzzi but the water in the bath and shower was not hot or very warm so big minus for that. You pay for room and you cant even control the temperature of the water. They also charge 2€ per person per night tax. Location for the hotel is perfect but this hotel is more 3star. Room looks bigger and nicer in photos than real life. I dont recommend long stay in this hotel its too pricey for what it offers so not so good value for money.

A major construction project right next to this hotel. Construction starts at 0630 and continues until about 2000. The noise is lessened with a closed window, but the room overheats because it is impossible to turn off the heater. The air conditioning is not yet functioning. The hotel staff is unhelpful. Breakfast has a small selection. Poached eggs came almost raw. (fried and scrambled eggs were better). Maintenance enters a room without warning, goes away and leaves the door completely open. The sliding glass doors in the room for the bathroom and balcony are very heavy and fast. They could easily be a hazard especially for children. The bathrooms have an usual design that is spacious and includes a jetted bath. The closet is almost impractical with its mirrors and heavy glass doors. The hotel has 4 nespresso capsules per stay. (Two of these are decaf and the front desk is loathe to exchange them for the caffenated cspsules. And, the television would not power on.

This is like a five star property. Rooms are large with plenty of closet space. Wonderful bathroom with jetted tub and amazing shower. Shopping is literally next door. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever fortunate to be travelling here again.

The hotel has a beautiful and innovative design. The rooms are large compared to most European hotels and the bathtub and shower offer next level discs and comfort. the hotel is in the heart of a downtown shopping district and is surrounded by good restaurants and just about everything you’d need.

Der er god lydisolering mod naboer og gaden (i hvert fald på bagsiden af hotellet, hvor vi boede). Men værelsesdøren er meget tynd og med en stor sprække nederst. Så der kommer meget larm fra gangen. Desuden har alle værelser et "walk in closet", hvor døren knirker voldsomt - noget der kan høres i alle de tilstødende værelser (over, under og ved siden af). Så er man uheldig at bo ved nogen, som skal tidligt op, vågner man også selv tidligt. Værelset var også meget varmt - og det var ikke muligt at få en lavere temperatur med aircon'en. Endelig bliver værelserne også sprøjtet med en perfume, der lugter kraftigt af kokos. Så hvis man har parfume-allergi - eller bare ikke kan lide lugten - er det ikke rart. Beliggenheden for hotellet er god - lige ved indkøbsgaden. Morgenmaden er også fin.

It was hard to find this hotel when coming by car. Cellular internet in Andorra don’t really work so GPS was misleading us. When trying to call front desk no one picked up a phone. Once we located the property we were welcomed by staff that could barely speak any english and was hard to communicate. PARKING is a bit difficult and if I knew this I wouldn’t stayed here. What they DON’T tell you and don’t put online is that you have to self park in elevator that takes you then to a garage. I was VERY uncomfortable with this. For measurements purposes I was with Alfa Stelvio that barely fit the elevator front and back and side wise. Talking about inches of space. But getting in was way easier than getting out as the space in garage is too small. Took us 15 min to park in the elevator and get out. Rooms are very big, I liked the balcony. Chairs would be nice to have so you can actually sit and not just stand on the balcony. Simple cheap slippers for the bathroom would also be nice. And a coffee machine. Even much cheaper hotels have them. Hotel is generally very clean, on a great location. I just think staff should get better training in hospitality and it they don’t speak english remove that from your listing.

But getting in was way easier than getting out as the space in garage is too small. Took us 15 min to park in the elevator and get out. Rooms are very big, I liked the balcony. Chairs would be nice to have so you can actually sit and not just stand on the balcony. Simple cheap slippers for the bathroom would also be nice. And a coffee machine. Even much cheaper hotels have them. Hotel is generally very clean, on a great location. I just think staff should get better training in hospitality and it they don’t speak english remove that from your listing.

The hotel has a great location in the middle of town with great shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast buffet served in the morning was delicious. Would definitely stay at the property again!

Lleguemos allí, y la habitación que habíamos pagada y reservada no la tenían disponible, la solución que nos dieron fue que pagáramos un hotel mas caro o que nos buscáramos nosotros el hotel y ellos nos invitaban a un refresco cuando ellos mismos asumieron la responsabilidad de haberse equivocado. Por lo que tengo entendido cuando pasan estas cosas el hotel tiene que asumir el cargo (la diferencia) De lo pagado a lo que te piden en otro hotel o sino ofrecerte aunque sea una habitación de gama superior o inferior ya que aquí yo y mi pareja no teníamos culpa de su error. Total que muy mala gestión por parte del hotel.. Suerte que fuimos temprano a hacer el pre-cheking porque si nos llega a pasar a las 21h de la noche nos quedamos tirados i sin hotel por un fallo ajeno i sin solución por su parte.

El servicio fue maravilloso, al igual que la comida, lo unico malo fue que habia un problema grave de comunicación entre recepción y restaurante. Contratamos media pension y nunca encontraban nuestra habitación en la lista. Venimos desde Mexico y por telefono nos daban informacion de las reservaciones que al llegar no era cierto. Adicional se nos hizo complicado que no habia indicaciones con respecto de los apagadores de la habitación ni estacionamiento. Al final se esforzaron y solucionaron todo pero en general excelente servicio en el resto de aspectos

Location: Well located in the centre of town and all the shopping and restaurants are a very short walk. Hotel: Very clean and modern. Quiet rooms that are spacious. Great breakfast included. Rooms: Very nice. Had roʻm with balcony which was nice. Room had plenty of space, very madern. Bathroom was large. Staff: Great and helpful especially when pro iding assistance to access the car elevator to thw parking. I would certainly stay here again.

New and modern property. Rooms are large and comfortable. There is no easy way to park by the hotel and there is construction all around. But it is very central with nice views of the mountains and Main Street.

Hotel Starc was very convenient to shopping, not too far from the bridge but on the other side of town from the older section. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms are modern and clean.

Très bel établissement, chambres spacieuses et confortables, voir même luxueuses. Excellent emplacement et possibilité de pouvoir garer sa voiture en sous sol. Les moins : vitres tellement sales qu’on pouvait à peine voir à l’extérieur, est-ce dû à l’énorme chantier adjacent ? Salle de petit dej sans charme, type salle de réunion, petit dej tout juste dans la moyenne pour le standing revendiqué. Le personnel est impersonnel, dommage.

the hotel staff didnt priorizie us when we arrived after our check in time, breakfast was not good very poor options not even eggs. The room was pretty and we loved the jacuzzi but the water in the bath and shower was not hot or very warm so big minus for that. You pay for room and you cant even control the temperature of the water. They also charge 2€ per person per night tax. Location for the hotel is perfect but this hotel is more 3star. Room looks bigger and nicer in photos than real life. I dont recommend long stay in this hotel its too pricey for what it offers so not so good value for money.

El hotel es nuevo, con una situación inmejorable en el mismo centro de Andorra. Las habitaciones espectaculares, ya no se puede pedir más. Volvería una y mil veces . Si tengo que poner un "pero", es el precio del desayuno, creo que por maravilloso que sea, no hay nada que justifique los 30 euros que vale.
