Séjour pro, plusieurs bornes de recharges voiture sur le parking, une seule réellement utilisée, les 10 autres squattés entre un camion garé de travers qui prend 4 places et l’incivilité des autres qui ont sûrement la flemme de se garer à l’arrière de l’hôtel sur le même parking fermé, les pauvres ils auraient du marcher 50m de plus.

On ne peut pas dire « service hôtelier » avec si peut de personnel qualifié… sur les 5 nuits, 2 fois la chambre n’a pas été faite. Le distributeur de boisson en panne (numéro 44 eau) tout le séjour.. avec cette chaleur aucune initiative pour combler ce manque (ex: mettre une fontaine à eau ou vendre des petite bouteilles) non rien … débrouillez vous. Et le dernier jour machine à café chocolat et autre pour le petit déjeuner en panne… toujours aucune initiative (ex: mettre une cafetière toute simple en dépannage ou mettre le distributeur payant gratuit le temps de la réparation) non rien… nous avons pris 2 café à la machine payante… je vous parle pas des œufs brouillés lard et saucisse… Bref n’appelez pas ça un hôtel dites plutôt des chambres en location avec possibilité de vous débrouiller pour déjeuner, boire et peut-être faire votre lit … Merci

Lite slitet hotell, men vänlig personal och helt ok frukost. Hotellrum dubbel för ca 600:- och frukost ca 90:- Gratis parkering på gården med staket och gallerport. Mycket bra i förhållande till priset.

We got to the room. There was airflow but no A\C. We got to talk to on of the employees by the microphone at the entrance who told us to shut it down and start to restart it 30 Minutes later (which obviously did nothing to fix the situation). There were also ants in the room. To be clear, we asked to be changed rooms, but the guy told us to restart the A\C. It was 37 degrees celcius outside.

L’hôtel accepte les chiens dans les chambres mais pas au petit déjeuner. Une terrasse pourrait être prévue à l’extérieur… Il faudrait le stipuler dans le descriptif, cela éviterait aux clients de réserver le petit déjeuner et de ne pas pouvoir le prendre Les escaliers de l’hôtel étaient très sales. We wilden voor een paar dagen naar Aix en Provence. Dit hotel ligt er tegenaan. Met de (elektrische) fiets ben je er zo. Daarom ontbijten we in Aix en niet in het hotel. Bij aankomst gevraagd naar een stalling o.i.d. die was er niet. De receptionist dacht mee en kregen de invalidekamer op de bbg. Geweldige sevice. Helaas was de kamer vreselijk ongezellig en de douche was schandalig. Deze was echt niet schoon. De gootsteen liep niet door en de wc-rolhouder kwam van de muur. Het bed rolden naar het midden. Dus een heel dubbel gevoel. Gelukkig wel airco, want het was héél warm.

i comandi dell'aria condizionata della stanza erano montati al rovescio e per attivarla bisognava metterla al massimo della temperatura. Questa cosa era scritta su un foglio affisso alla porta d'ingresso. In caso di necessità fuori orario l'interfono per chiamare il personale non è visibile. La colazione aveva formaggio e latte vecchi. Per il resto bello, comodo e silenzioso. Camera molto grande e comoda.

Hôtel bien entretenu et facile d’accès par rapport à l'autoroute. Chambre au calme, literie impeccable. Très bon accueil de la part des gérants à notre arrivée: gentillesse et sympathie. Petits-déjeuners complets : du choix et salle à manger agréable. Un seul bémol: par mesure d'hygiène et toujours en période de Covid, j'aurai préféré avoir des portions individuelles de confiture, nutella, miel etc... ( la cuillère dans le pot de confiture qui est touchée par tout le monde, pas top !)

I arrived in town late. Took the bus to the B&B to find out after the bus stopped that there is 2 B&B in town. HAd to walk 4 km to the proper one. Arrived a little before midnigth. Had to be at Gare Routiere by 10. No Bus on sunday until 10:05. Had to walk another 3.5 km to first but. Arrived late. BEST bed i had in a long time. Arriving is all computer. Had no code to open door. the guy on intercom was semi-helpfull. The 2 ladies in morning were super nice. (front desk & breakfast) So all in all if you have a car. very comfortable bed & pillows. If you are with public transportation. Find a better location. I would go again if not pressed by time.

Due to fires and airport shutdown in Marseille I was an unplanned visitor to Aix de Provence. Upon checking in , I was told The hotel was sold out but the receptionist did some digging and gratefully figured out a room that had come available unexpectedly. Staff was very pleasant, room was good, shower was nice and hot and I enjoyed breakfast there!! A good Italian place is a short walk away too!!

Due to fires and airport shutdown in Marseille I was an unplanned visitor to Aix de Provence. Upon checking in , I was told The hotel was sold out but the receptionist did some digging and gratefully figured out a room that had come available unexpectedly. Staff was very pleasant, room was good, shower was nice and hot and I enjoyed breakfast there!! A good Italian place is a short walk away too!!

Hôtel bien entretenu et facile d’accès par rapport à l'autoroute. Chambre au calme, literie impeccable. Très bon accueil de la part des gérants à notre arrivée: gentillesse et sympathie. Petits-déjeuners complets : du choix et salle à manger agréable. Un seul bémol: par mesure d'hygiène et toujours en période de Covid, j'aurai préféré avoir des portions individuelles de confiture, nutella, miel etc... ( la cuillère dans le pot de confiture qui est touchée par tout le monde, pas top !)

I arrived in town late. Took the bus to the B&B to find out after the bus stopped that there is 2 B&B in town. HAd to walk 4 km to the proper one. Arrived a little before midnigth. Had to be at Gare Routiere by 10. No Bus on sunday until 10:05. Had to walk another 3.5 km to first but. Arrived late. BEST bed i had in a long time. Arriving is all computer. Had no code to open door. the guy on intercom was semi-helpfull. The 2 ladies in morning were super nice. (front desk & breakfast) So all in all if you have a car. very comfortable bed & pillows. If you are with public transportation. Find a better location. I would go again if not pressed by time.

We wilden voor een paar dagen naar Aix en Provence. Dit hotel ligt er tegenaan. Met de (elektrische) fiets ben je er zo. Daarom ontbijten we in Aix en niet in het hotel. Bij aankomst gevraagd naar een stalling o.i.d. die was er niet. De receptionist dacht mee en kregen de invalidekamer op de bbg. Geweldige sevice. Helaas was de kamer vreselijk ongezellig en de douche was schandalig. Deze was echt niet schoon. De gootsteen liep niet door en de wc-rolhouder kwam van de muur. Het bed rolden naar het midden. Dus een heel dubbel gevoel. Gelukkig wel airco, want het was héél warm.

i comandi dell'aria condizionata della stanza erano montati al rovescio e per attivarla bisognava metterla al massimo della temperatura. Questa cosa era scritta su un foglio affisso alla porta d'ingresso. In caso di necessità fuori orario l'interfono per chiamare il personale non è visibile. La colazione aveva formaggio e latte vecchi. Per il resto bello, comodo e silenzioso. Camera molto grande e comoda.

On ne peut pas dire « service hôtelier » avec si peut de personnel qualifié… sur les 5 nuits, 2 fois la chambre n’a pas été faite. Le distributeur de boisson en panne (numéro 44 eau) tout le séjour.. avec cette chaleur aucune initiative pour combler ce manque (ex: mettre une fontaine à eau ou vendre des petite bouteilles) non rien … débrouillez vous. Et le dernier jour machine à café chocolat et autre pour le petit déjeuner en panne… toujours aucune initiative (ex: mettre une cafetière toute simple en dépannage ou mettre le distributeur payant gratuit le temps de la réparation) non rien… nous avons pris 2 café à la machine payante… je vous parle pas des œufs brouillés lard et saucisse… Bref n’appelez pas ça un hôtel dites plutôt des chambres en location avec possibilité de vous débrouiller pour déjeuner, boire et peut-être faire votre lit … Merci

Lite slitet hotell, men vänlig personal och helt ok frukost. Hotellrum dubbel för ca 600:- och frukost ca 90:- Gratis parkering på gården med staket och gallerport. Mycket bra i förhållande till priset.

Une terrasse pourrait être prévue à l’extérieur… Il faudrait le stipuler dans le descriptif, cela éviterait aux clients de réserver le petit déjeuner et de ne pas pouvoir le prendre Les escaliers de l’hôtel étaient très sales. We got to the room. There was airflow but no A\C. We got to talk to on of the employees by the microphone at the entrance who told us to shut it down and start to restart it 30 Minutes later (which obviously did nothing to fix the situation). There were also ants in the room. To be clear, we asked to be changed rooms, but the guy told us to restart the A\C. It was 37 degrees celcius outside.
