Everyone there was friendly and accommodating, the process of check in and check out was easy. The continental breakfast was great, and everything was clean from the hotel to the pool. Plenty of parking, and the maintenance staff Chris was very nice in helping with our rooms mini fridge. Would stay here again!

Sheets were too small for the beds (however beds and pillows were extremely comfortable/5stars) Toilet would not flush correctly. Front desk was friendly and attentive 5stars. Tvs were small. Housekeeping was outstanding 5 stars. Breakfast was lacking flavor, however a good variety for free* Nice gym,laundry, Large pool and hot tub👍👍

The room was clean and comfortable. They have a good fitness center with newer equipment. The hot tub was hot but we didn't have a chance to go in it. The breakfast buffet with extensive with hot food options including a waffle iron. The first day they had these mini spinach swiss omelets that were very good. The second day was egg on english muffin that was not edible. Overall, I would stay there again.

The young gentleman at the desk was very welcoming. It was refreshing to be able to hear someone say God Bless. I was thrilled and I will use Fairfield more because of this. The room was clean for the most part. The inside of toilet was not, nor was the inside of microwave. The beds were too soft for me. It was a noisy room from the highway #225. Will ask for other side next time. No ice! Pushed my chair at the desk back and it hit the A/C and the whole panel came off. Not too secure!

The front desk clerks were professional and very welcoming. Check in was a very easy process especially after a 15 hour drive. The room was spotless! Parking lot is well lit and over all felt safe walking anywhere around the premises. Will definitely come back!

When we arrived late at night and got to our room, the toilet bowl was dirty and there was so much dust on all the furniture. We did have the service manager come up and look at it so she would know what we were talking about. I understand a lot of places are short staffed, but there’s no reason for that much dust when you’re paying this kind of money per night for a hotel room. I would never go back to this particular hotel I would never refer anybody here because it’s very dirty.

I was very disappointed after seeing this as an "excellent" rating on Expedia. It was not well kept and was not very clean. Shower door was broken and leaked water all over the unclean floor.

Upon arrival to our room we noticed a strong mildew smell. We were able to be move to another room but there was still a mildew smell in that one as well. The towels and linens were stained and of poor quality. Also they stopped breakfast at 9 am. 10 would be better to allow people time to sleep in. Would not stay here again.

My wife and i stayed in room 411 the room is very outdated decor, space was extremely limited barely any room to move around the bed. The pull out couch took up the entire living space. It was not worth the 300 i spent for 2 nights. The photos on google are very misleading on the space in the rooms. Will not stay here again.

Will not stay here again. The shower only had 1 door and a shower curtain which was up so high water splashed every where. Room needs some TLC for sure. The mini fridge froze the items we put in it. The hotel was not full so unless all rooms are like this ,shame on them for giving us this room. Glad we were only there for 1 night.

We faced route 95 (back side of the building) and as expected the noise impacted our sleep. However, we were delighted with the breakfast options and the staff that provided it! Some renovations were going on in the lobby entrance. and the staff performing the work were incredibly engaging and polite! One opportunity for improvement that I would recommend to the hotel management is to clarify cleaning requests for guests. We requested not to have our room cleaned and posted the signage. When we returned our room was cleaned without our approval. The day before we checked out we were told not to worry since the cleaning staff would not clean the room since it was a holiday. However, we were ready to leave for the day and the cleaning service was trying to get into the room?

We stayed here one night because it was close to our destination. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. He was taking a break outside. When we arrived at our room the door was open and all the dirty linen was on the floor. He gave us a dirty room. I had to return to the front desk to alert them and get another room. Again no one was at the front desk. I had to wait. The second room we got the shower door would not stay shut. We reported all this to both the night staff and the morning staff. The both said the manager would call me but no one ever called.

Staff were so nice and welcoming on Christmas Eve. Made sure we had fresh hot coffee and water. Much appreciated after a long drive. Breakfast in the AM was usual eggs, sausage and bacon and cereals. Perfect for a quick meal before getting in the road again.
