Did I say my stay at the Hyatt was excellent? Because it really was. I particularly liked the complementary daily shuttle that takes you to the nearby train station (Shin-Urayasu) and the Disneyland parks (to and from). I also appreciated the bicycle rental at the lobby, which I took myself to the nearby parks, river, and the local mall. The rooms were outstanding, and super comfortable. The staff were outstanding, and very helpful. This location was right beside a big park next to the ocean and a local area. There's a Natural Lawson that is 5 minutes a walk away in a nearby hotel lobby, and a regular one that is 1 minute away in the other direction. I really liked the Shin-Urayasu train station as well, there is an AEON mall right beside it too. The atre mall in the train station had many cute boutiques and food stalls. You will have a wonderful stay here, and it is family friendly. Definitely a premier location to take you or your family and friends to Disneyland, and more!

Completely ripped off by this hotel- be very careful of pricing for this hotel. Questionable availability at time of booking (presumably to force a booking) and hugely inflated cost. Due to hotel not responding to messages ahead of arrival I visited the site again and found my room at a fraction of the price and plenty of availability. My rate didn’t even include breakfast- of which the hotel would not oblige me.

We arrived here for the last two days of our Quik trip to Japan. And we were welcome in with open arms and beautiful smiles, and great culture. This hotels surpasses anything we say that from Hiroshima to Osaka. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, respected, even with tattoos. It was my husband‘s birthday while we were here and the room was decorated. The staff is above and beyond, the room exceeded expectations for a larger hotel, you still felt like you were within a small place.
