五反田駅から徒歩約7分周辺にはコンビニやスーパーがあり周囲は閑静でした。暑い時期には冷たいおしぼりのサービスがありとても助かりました。アメニティは必要最低限でタオルは少しだけくたくたでした。1階に洗濯機や電子レンジがありとても清潔に保たれていました。

雨が土砂降りの中到着しましたが、フロントがタオルサービスをしてくれ、また、滞在時間の延長にも即時対応してくださいました。環境的にはモーテルが近接していて、少し心配でしたが、フロントがキチンとしていたので安心して宿泊出来ました。お掃除も行き届いていて、エアコンや換気扇もきれい。窓も環境を十分に考慮されてます。また，宿泊したいです。

掃除が3日毎にしかしないと口コミに書いてるのを読んで、どんな部屋なのか考えてましたがきれいでした。シャワーの蛇口と洗面の蛇口が一緒なので、間違えてシャワーを出してしまってたので、ムリかもしれませんが蛇口は別々にしてほしいと思いました。あと、TVが地デジ放送しかなかったので、CSやBSが見れるようにしてほしいです。

いつもこの系列のホテルに泊まらせてもらうので、特に不満はなかったのですが、この間のホテルの部屋のバスルームはバスカーテンの生乾き臭がすごくて、2泊したのですが、かなりしんどかったです。そこを改善していただければ、他は特に何もないです。

Really good spot, convenient for the trains where ever you are going. Good places to eat. Easy to get to the main shopping areas. Staff always polite and helpful, room was spotless. Would recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo for a few days.

No frills hotel close to Gotanda station and an easy walk to Meguro station as well. Simple accommodation, but clean and well placed for exploring the city. I didn't use the breakfast facilities so I can't comment on the food and service.

五反田駅から徒歩5〜６分程度のところにあり、便利と言えば便利ですが、道を間違えると夜はお店もなく、ラブホテルなどもあるエリアなので若干，寂しさを感じました。今回は価格優先だったので納得の上ですが、部屋に窓はあるもののすりガラスで開放は出来ず、また寒くて引戸を開けると冷気が入ってきたりだったので、予算に余裕があれば恐らく選択しないです。

近くにコンビニや飲食店もあり便利でした。街中にしては静かで、部屋もキレイでした。便利なので機会があればまた利用したいですが、朝食は品数が少なかったので次回は朝食なしでいいかなと思います。

I like that it is very quiet and convenient place. I didn't like that the breakfast starts late. Considering that many people stay because of business trips or work it would be very helpful if the breakfast starts at least 15 minutes before, about 6:00 am or 6:15. Otherwise there is not much meaning in doing the reservation with breakfast (which is one of the reasons many people choose your hotel).

I like that it is very quiet and convenient place. I didn't like that the breakfast starts late. I like that it is very quiet and convenient place. I didn't like that the breakfast starts late. Considering that many people stay because of business trips or work it would be very helpful if the breakfast starts at least 15 minutes before, about 6:00 am or 6:15.
