Great location . Easy parking .communication breakdown with reception not enough instructions re got caught in lift due to reception not explaining the use of key to operating lift my partner suffering a panic attack because doors wouldn't open also wrong room given booked balcony room and received non balcony which was later fixed to balcony room all in all our first stay with quest was not a good one

A very nice room and much larger than I was expecting. We just stayed for 1 night after a party, absolutely nothing to complain about. Loved the free tea/coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby, and also the convenience of the parking elevator going straight up to your floor.

2br apart was great, beautiful outlook onto a lovely courtyard area that lit up at night with an indoor pool but unfortunately you can’t access it. Great location with IGA convenience store next to reception and a quick 5 min walk to Victoria Gardens and tram stop out the front. Close to river walk for those wishing to pound the pavement. Terminus Hotel 2 doors up has beautiful meals. Parking onsite but very expensive, no compendium in the room to outline services, times etc but overall stay was excellent, we will def stay again

We like the central courtyard. No one appeared to use that space and guests weren’t allow to enter that space. Perhaps opening it up to guests could be considered. Need extra pillows in the rooms. WE had a single pillow each most places we stay have two

General cleaning was good except they had left previous occupiers towel and shower cap in the apartment. Amenities was good. Need to monitor how many people in apartment and noise levels as we had a locked adjoining room and the occupants next door were clearly having a party. But they did stop the noise at 10pm. Beds comfortable and location really good and easy to get to and from the city.

We chose to stay at corporate living apartments as we had a function in Richmond to go to . I was very impressed that they called me the day prior to do a pre-check in. They informed me that parking was $30 and I informed the girl that as a hotels.com member I had complimentary parking - that was all fine. On the day of arrival my husband lined up to check in while I parked up the road - there’s no where to park whilst waiting. At check in my husband was told parking was $30 and he reinformed them that it was complimentary as I am a hotels.com member . We got checked in and we located the car park - super tight and though I don’t have a huge massive car it was nerve wracking for me ! The hotel was clean and tidy and staff were friendly . Our room was spacious and surprisingly much bigger than expected . We were able to get Uber eats delivered and enjoyed that . A lot of the rooms are adjoining and we noticed that the room that was adjoined to ours was unlocked via the door from our room - a little concerning for the opportunist . We quickly rectified that and ensured both doors were locked . Great location- right on Victoria Street and close to transport and lots of restaurants and pubs . We would definitely stay here again it was great value for money . Thanks for having us !

The only issue I found was locating the entry to the car park - it is in the back lane behind the building. It would be nice if this information is provided to the customers before they reach there and start wondering where to find car park entry.

We were 6 in a 3br, one room didn’t have air conditioning & although there were windows they were locked and reception didn’t have a key. The 3rd set of towels were in the ensuite bathroom cupboard which we didn’t find at first, we were provided with extra towels. The reception staff were fantastic & helpful. There was a dog owner there at the same time who didn’t wipe up their dogs urine in the hallway & carpark the reception girl had to do that. The dog was witnessed by one of our party. Close to Victoria centre , ikea etc. we had a great meal at the terminus hotel.

The property was a bit noisy. We were able to hear rooms above us. The internal wall are also thin and you can clearly hear the next bedroom. The TV was also not tuned to free to air and we couldn't get it working. We did have access to Netflux though.

Excellent choice for a one night stay. Friendly helpful service from the lady at reception, check in was a breeze. Good price. Room was better than we anticipated and very comfortable. Easy to get to via public transport. Would stay here again

Corporate Living Accommodation was perfect for our family of 4, staff were tremendous and when we needed to request a late checkout due to a sick child they were more than accommodating which was appreciated. Perfect location, close to everything we needed and access by car was easy as well. Highly recommend.

Staff was very nice. Gave me call to ask when I was checking in and when it turns out I was going to be about 2 hours earlier, the room was already ready. Was also given a room upgrade! Also staff allowed me to check out an hour later as I had a very late night before.

Room was very clean and good size. Car parking was easy to access and well lit. Staff were friendly. Great for public transport options and also so close to walking trails along the yarra river. Would have preferred plumper pillows but otherwise bed was comfy.

Quest Abbotsford is in a great location. What we liked it is very close to Yarra walking trail. Across is Victoria's gardens Shopping centre. The apartment is well equipped. Our room overlooked a leafy courtyard. It was perfect for our stay im Melbourne
