Very secure parking. Staff were excellent. Shower is tiny. Room was nice. Neighborhood itself is hit and miss depending on what street you were on.

Super accueil, l'hôtel est très bien placé avec en prime un parking gratuit à disposition. Nous y sommes allés pour fêter le nouvel an. À notre arrivé nous avons eu le droit à des raisins, des déguisements ainsi que des verres de Cava. Un sejour reposant. Le seul point negatif etait le pommeau de douche qui navais pas beaucoup de presion mais nous avons du coup utilise la pluie de douche. On enregistre l'adresse pour nos prochains sejours à Barcelone.

Nice hotel , clean modern well design, we were very well welcome by a very nice staff . Good breakfast . We really appreciate free coffee and tea by self-service all day . The parking is great and we were allowed to leave our car few hours more after check out time . We will be back and highly recommend !

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Barcelona. It has a very convenient and secure car park. The room was unusual in a good way, with a round bed, jacuzzi and was very spacious - luxury! The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We arrived late to Barcelona from a long vacation trip and found that our apartment had no water because they were doing unexpected repairs. I had to look for two hotel rooms for me and my partner and for my sister and friend, that were visiting us. This hotel was a close distance and had good reviews. At 2am my partner woke up bitten by bed bugs in the leg and neck. He looked on the bed and found the insects on the sheets and in the headboard, and took pictures. We decided to leave the room and when we went to the front desk the attendant had a face of disbelief, like it was impossible that they had bed bugs in the room (my sister's room had to bed bugs and they stayed there for the night). We went back to our apartment without water since it was safer than staying in the hotel room.

Draps tachés, nous avons demandé d’autres draps qui eux aussi étaient tachés . VMC Hors service donc buées dans toutes la chambre due a la douche, l’alarme incendie se met alors en marche et cela dans toutes les chambres car elle a sonné à 3/4 reprises dans la nuit .

Das Hotel war eine Zumutung, wir sind noch am selben Tag abgereist. Die Zimmer sind extrem unpraktisch, es gibt nicht man einen Schrank oder eine Ablagefläche für den Koffer außer den Boden. Die Dusche ist 1 qm2 groß, man kann sich nicht mal bücken (ich bin 1,60m und wiege 55kg also an mir liegt es nicht). Auch im Bett waren mehrere Flecken auf dem Laken und Haare. Wir haben uns tatsächlich am selben Tag noch ein anderes Hotelgebucht und sind abgereist. Wir wollten für die ungenutzten 4 Tage die Touristen Pauschale zurück bekommen und wurden daraufhin an eine Mailadresse verwiesen. Leider haben wir bis heute keine Rückmeldung darauf erhalten, es ist schon eine sehr schwache Leistung gewesen. Generell war das Zimmer als auch die Flure sehr abgenutzt.

Lorsque l’on voit les photos et que l’on arrive dans la chambre l’aspect est vraiment correct Néanmoins ce qui n’est pas mentionné c’est que, bien que situé sur une petite rue, les chambres sont très bruyantes, les fenêtres non isolées, on a l’impression d’être dans la rue. Les chambres ne sont pas très lumineuses également. Roommate was very clean and comfortable. I felt like everything was well decorated and beautiful decor. The walls are thin and there were times we head our neighbors, at the same note they were also loud neighbors. The staff there was kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a large variety but I felt like some items needed to be heated better.

Frühstücken hervorragend. Super Park Möglichkeiten . Am letzten Tag riesige Kakerlake auf Flur gesehen, gehört wohl dazu . Excellent even hot food. and food available for vegans etc Bad Points - (minor though) *No fridge in the room :-( *No coffee making Facilities in the Room. although coffee is available 24/7 in the Reception *The window in the Room, Overlooked other apartments. no privacy. i.e. net curtains or even frosted glass. I had to keep curtains closed whilst getting dressed etc

We had a great room. Everything was amazing until the second night. Our room had a banging noise. A sound not loud, but super annoying when trying to sleep. Good lobby, friendly staff and decent location. Shower is not the best and there is no air conditioner, so you have to let them know to turn the heater off for your room. When you open windows, it is loud and noisy.

Located in a quiet neighborhood that is minutes away from the metro system. The main attractions are only several metro stations away. We had a big bed, feels like king size, that took up most of the room. There were lots of electrical outlets available on both side of bed and around the room. The breakfast buffet is great with a good selection and variety.

There is a cafe right opposite the hotel. The shops are 3-4 minutes walking distance. Main bus routes nearby. I had a standard room and upgraded for 25€ to a hamam room with a jacuzzi. Receptionist Luca helped us and made process very easy. The hamam room for 25€ is great and everything worked fine. Very relaxing. Hotel staff very pleasant, hotel smelt amazing. Overall great hotel good location good price and staff were good! Thank you! They spoke English and Spanish while we were there

We were looking forward to four nights in Barcelona. Check-in on Wednesday evening was quick and pleasant. We dropped our bags and went to dinner, but when we returned and began unpacking, water suddenly poured from the bathroom ceiling as if the shower above had been turned on. It slowed to a drip, then started again like heavy rain. We reported it immediately. Maintenance arrived but seemed unsurprised, explaining it was due to the guests upstairs showering and assured us “the ceiling won’t come down.” The front desk said the hotel was fully booked, could not reach a manager, and expected us to sleep in a room we did not feel safe in. We had booked through Expedia and contacted them as well, but they could not get hold of the hotel either. At 10 p.m., we decided to leave. No one should be asked to spend the night in those conditions. Fortunately, we found another hotel nearby with availability. The next day Expedia informed us that the hotel had authorized only a partial refund, keeping $271 for the few hours we were in the room with the leaking ceiling. We’ve contacted the manager twice with no response. The hotel also never followed up to offer a different room or address the situation. We understand cancellation policies, but this was not a choice—it was a safety issue. Maintenance even admitted this wasn’t the first time it had happened in their 90-year-old building. The facade may look nice, but the lack of accountability and management response is unacceptable.

The property was clean and well presented the only issue washaving nobody at Reception for the first 15 minutes, although we did arrive later than we thought because of Taxi issues from the airport. Staff were helpful. Room was quite compact but clean and functional.

The service was amazing at this hotel, they went above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable room and calling a taxi service when we needed it. Extemely welcoming, i will stay again when in Barcelona. The interior design of both the reception area and the rooms is also outstanding!

Nice hotel , clean modern well design, we were very well welcome by a very nice staff . Good breakfast . We really appreciate free coffee and tea by self-service all day . The parking is great and we were allowed to leave our car few hours more after check out time . We will be back and highly recommend !

Absolutely fantastic staff and rooms. Totally exceeded my expectations and I’d absolutely stay here again if I ever go back to Barcelona. Super close to the metro, safe feeling neighbourhood, and lots of shops and restaurants close by. It was a no-complaint stay!

Lovely Botique Hotel. Very well presented lobby and sitting area, you felt like you could sit in and relax. The breakfast was very good, nice selection. Hotel clean, felt safe, walkable to local restaurants and the Metro. Staff friendly. Recommend a stay here.

Really disappointing stay at La Franca Barcelona. We were on a 4 day trip to finalise our wedding details for later in the year. We picked La Franca because of it's location, proximity to the city as well as major roads for travelling and the fact we could park and charge the electric car we had. Firstly the electric car charging point at La Franca is out of use, there was nothing to make us aware before hand. This spoiled one of our nights where we had to find an expensive charging point, register for apps and wait whilst the car recharged. This was an additional cost. Another day we had a make up artist/hairdresser coming to do my wedding hair and makeup trial. Again we chose La Franca because the rooms were large with good space for getting ready with mirrors etc. The reception refused the artist entry to the car park and then the building. They told her she wasn't allowed to visit guests and would have to leave. Only after several discussions with a supervisor was the artist allowed to do my hair and make up. The staff were incredibly rude and she has never experienced such a refusal at any other hotel in the city, ever. Not letting her use the near-empty car park was also ridiculous. On the final night the entire hotel was woken up at 0230 in the morning by one room moving furniture, having a shouting argument and blasting music. This could be heard in reception but staff did nothing until multiple guests complained / took it in to their own hands. Poor experience.

First time in Barcelona stayed at this hotel and it was nice. Pros is the staff is amazing. Probably the best part of this hotel is the excellent service the staff provides. Another pro is that the neighborhood is quite, 3 blocks away from a major avenue filled with restaurants and bars. Cons are that it is a 15-20 minute walk away from the City Center, the coastline, and the all the more "tourist" places in Barcelona. Another thing is hat it's a little dark with not much light. But that's just a personal preference and not really a con. Overall the hotel was a good experience. I would not stay at it again just because it's adults only and I plan on traveling with children the next time and would like to be in a more centralized location.

Located in a quiet neighborhood that is minutes away from the metro system. The main attractions are only several metro stations away. We had a big bed, feels like king size, that took up most of the room. There were lots of electrical outlets available on both side of bed and around the room. The breakfast buffet is great with a good selection and variety.
