Ericeira is an elongated city on the coast. The WoT is central, next to all city amenities/services and close to major roadways. Staff is very welcoming. À few minor items in the room needed fixing which is indication of poor maintenance, but I say again minor things.

Trés déçu par cet hôtel qui est proposé sur le site Hotels.com avec QUATRE ETOILES alors qu'il n'en possède que DEUX,pour le prix digne d'un **** 133,34€ la nuit! C'est un bon hôtel DEUX** mais MAUVAIS QUATRE**** Pas d'ascenseur,pas de parking, pas de verre à dents. Accueil très moyen, petit déjeuner très moyen. Nous avons réservé 7 hôtels dans diverses villes pour notre séjour au Portugal,que des QUATRE ETOILES ,et c'est ce DEUX ETOILES LE PLUS CHER !!!!!!! D'ou notre déception!

The Hotel was just average.A broken step to trip on. I would book else where. I would book elsewhere if I came again. I also stayed at the Wot lodge a few times The first time it was ok the last time very run down depressing and a staff member hit on me.I was traveling alone and it made me uncomfortable and my room key opened other room doors which it shouldn't have.

We booked this hotel because it advertised parking, but upon arrival, the receptionist was surprised—we were told there is no parking at all and had to find street parking ourselves. WiFi was another letdown. We were given passwords for three different networks, none of which worked in our room. Breakfast was disappointing. Although it’s supposed to start at 8, at 8:30 many items were still missing, and they were just starting to prepare the eggs. Staff (4–5 people) were very noisy in the kitchen and kept coming out to take food and plates, clearly eating their own breakfast during service. Another issue: we went to the beach at 9:00 and came back at 20:00, only to find our used towels had been taken but not replaced. When I asked for clean ones, I was told they were still in the dryer and to wait about 20 minutes. The hotel has potential, but the service is unprofessional and poorly organized. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

De um modo geral, as condições do hotel eram boas no que concerne às instalações do quarto e respetiva casa de banho. Não haja dúvida que senti falta de um elevador. No que toca ao pequeno almoço, verifiquei que não houve cuidado na limpeza dos utensílios de cozinha. Além disso, o pequeno almoço é muito básico. Pelo cômputo geral, é precisamente um hotel de duas estrelas.

We stayed for 10 days and our room was clean only on the first 2 day, after that was clean. We had to ask reception a few times for towels and said the wasn't cleaned again. We even ask the house keeping once that was cleaning the room next to ours to do our room and nothing, they didn't do it. I spoke with reception again and one of staff almost doubt it because he had in the system that the room was cleaned until I showed the picture of our dusty the room was. Asked him to give us some new towels too, which he ignored us, we had to go back to reception to get the towels and another lady was nice and gave is the towels and even made herself available to clean the dust and empty the bins of the room. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The A/C filter really needs to be cleaned, it smelt pretty bad whenever it was turned on, it seems like there’s a lot of mold damage in the room. Nice staff though.

Based on the excellent reviews, was surprised how shabby this establishment was. Very basic, although clean in certain aspects. The wardrobe space had mould on the wall, was apprehensive of leaving suitcase there incase of everything smelling if damp. Wi-Fi appauling, on a positive breakfast was good. All in all this was just not for me

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Allerdings ist alles sehr hellhörig. Man kann jeden Schritt der Gäste in den Zimmer neben und über einem hören. Mittags hatte man ständig Baulärm. Das Frühstück war klein und ehrlich gesagt auch nicht gut. Für die Unterkunft spricht meiner Meinung nach nur die gute Lage. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell am Strand und auch schnell zum Essen in irgendeinem Restaurant. Ich habe rund 125 Euro (Anfang September 2024) gezahlt.

Only stayed here for a night and wish I stayed longer. Booked the premium corner room and it had the most beautiful view of the sunset out two sides. Decor was super cute, comfortable and all the ladies working at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Wonderful vibe and experience amazing value for money!

Generally good service throughout our stay. Clean comfortable room with adequate breakfast provided. Only downside was the severe early morning noise ( 5am ) from the towns refuse collection lorries emptying large containers in the nearby square.
