We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. It is centrally located with easy access to beach. The desk staff we interacted with couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Breakfast was good and plentiful and offering coffee and snacks 24/7 a plus. All and all a great value.

Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels hat einen wunderschönen Aufenthaltsraum, der einlädt auch mal abends dort ein Buch zu lesen und ein Glas Wein zu trinken. Ganz entspannt in der Innenstadt, Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden, also alles top.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr schöne Zimmer. Super gutes Frühstück mit immer frisch zubereitetem Rührei! Reuseable Stoffbeutel zur Begrüßung konnte ich gleich sinnvoll nutzen. Super war die Möglichkeit sich 24/7 Wasser, Tee, Espresso oder Kekse nehmen zu können!

A wonderful stay, hotel is lovely, in the centre of Ericeria. Lots of little touches ie afternoon cake, coffee and tea always available, towels for the beach. Breakfast was great, and always well stocked. Staff always smiling and extremely helpful. Look forward to visiting again

Very nice, clean hotel right in the centre of town. I had no trouble parking but I imagine in high season it might be difficult, but otherwise a great place to stay.

Bien situé en ville, mise à disposition de douceurs et de boissons chaudes gratuites, très appréciable dans un espace de détente cosy. Bon petit dejeuner. Seul bémol, de la moisissure sur le carrelage de douche enlevable au doigt. Mais globalement bonne adresse et village charmant.

Vi fick rum nr 16 och det är ett rum som luktar oerhört mycket mögel och fukt. Det är inte från avloppet som de hävdade utan från ventilationen. Vi skulle bo två nätter men klarade bara av en natt. Utöver det så är lobbyn trevlig och frukosten var väldigt bra.

We stayed in room 26 on the 4th floor - the shower was covered in mold and the shower head and hose were disgusting. The shower was so repulsive my husband and I could not take a shower during our stay. The room also smelled of sewer gas. Not a good outcome for booking a superior suite seaview room... I was offered a dehumidifier which would NOT have removed the mold or the smell. Make sure you thoroughly check out any room/bathroom at this hotel before you accept staying in it. There were no other available rooms in the hotel to switch to or I would have jumped at the chance to leave the room. Shame on FLH for poor maintenance of what I assume is the most expensive room in the facility.

Terrible. It was supposed to be a wonderful stay to celebrate my wedding anniversary and my partners 50th birthday. But so spoilt by the state of our room. Dirty floors, dirty terrace, mould in the shower room, mould and bad smell in the shower making this area almost unusable and wet towels. I spoke to the reception desk and they informed me to email FHL Hotels and ovèr a month later I still have not had a reply.

Frühstück war gut. Könnte noch mehr Auswahl an Tee geben. Klimaanlage war laut und hat gestunken. Fenster sind schlecht isoliert und da das Hotel direkt an der Straße liegt ist es extrem laut. Auch die Restaurants liegen direkt gegenüber und dadurch war dieser Geräuschpegel sehr laut. Hupende Autos und laute Menschen hat man gehört als wäre das Fenster noch offen. Steckdosen sind zu wenig vorhanden da alle belegt sind. Haben die Bettlampe rausgezogen um unser Handy laden zu können. Dusche sehr schlecht zu öffnen da die Tür geklemmt hat außerdem alle Silikonfugen verschimmelt. Generell war die Dusche in einem schlechten Zustand. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Würde nicht mehr dieses Hotel buchen. Haben viel bessere Hotels bereist für weniger Geld. Unsere Betten waren auch nicht die besten. Unbequem und durchgelegen.

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal Gäste in diesem Hotel. Der Slogan "feels like home" passt hier absolut. Ankommen und wohlfühlen. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber praktisch. Das Bett super bequem. Ein stylisches Bad. Übersichtliches, aber ausreichendes und vor allem gesundes Frühstück. Jederzeit Tee, Kaffee und ab nachmittags frisch gebackenen Kuchen. Super freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist unschlagbar - die Stadt lädt zum bummeln ein. Tolle Cafés oder Restaurants. Fünf verschiedene Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Alles andere geht super praktisch mit Uber oder Miet-Bikes/Rollern. Wir empfehlen ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick und werden selbst auch wiederkommen.

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Es war sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr nett und lieb. Die Einrichtung schön und geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist zentral und in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu Shopping, Restaurants und Bars. Auch zum Strand ist man in wenigen Minuten gelaufen. Auch das Frühstück war lecker. Es gab jedoch auch paar Kleinigkeiten nicht so ideal waren. Die Frühstücksauswahl war ohne Abwechslung. Die Fenster sind schlecht schallisoliert, wodurch man jedes Auto auch laut in den Zimmern hört. Und die Dusche ist zu niedrig. Ich passte mit meinen 192cm Körpergröße nicht unter die Regendusche 😅

I loved everything about this property. Great room with beautiful views. Clean, safe, and had a nice breakfast every morning. And the staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Sonja, and Jessica were fantastic and a joy to speak to. My girlfriend and I were thoroughly pleased with our stay here.

Bei Ankunft vor 20:00 Uhr stand ich im Regen - vor einer verschlossenen Tür. Die Rezeption sichtbar nicht besetzt Die Klingel, die mit einem Telefon verbunden schien, blieb unbeantwortet. Mehrfach versucht, die wackelige Türe zu öffnen, in der Hoffnung, dass sie eventuell nur klemmt und ich ins Trockene komme. Als doch endlich jemand kam, gab es kein sorry fürs Warten lassen und auch kein Lächeln, sondern einen unfreundlichen Blick. Immerhin hat der Mitarbeiter sich dann später freundlich bemüht, mir eine richtige Rechnung auszustellen. Hotel scheint relativ neu renoviert, die Einrichtung ist gemütlich modern. Sehr kleine Zimmer. Auch die Suite zum Arbeiten ungeeignet: nur ein circa 25 cm breites Tischchen u alle Steckdosen belegt. Kissen auf dem Bett sahen zum Teil so aus, als wär schon jemand drauf gesessen. Zigarettenkippen auf dem Balkonboden. Kein Platz zum Anhalten vorm Hotel zum Ausladen, aber öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe. Auswahl beim Frühstück nicht besonders groß, aber ausreichend und überwiegend gute Qualität. Jedoch: Die Kante meines Tisches war siffig-klebrig.

I was so excited to stay here and never been so disappointed . Loud streets and the TERRIBLE service in the restaurant and front desk. Staff was sooo snarky and rude and only smiled at the guest over the age 80 . Smells like piss outside of the hotel and the streets are so loud you can’t sleep. The cleaners were vacuuming the hall way and screaming loudly to on another at 7am. This place is GHETTTOOO under disguise!!! BEWARE!!

Prachtig hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is prima en hotel is erg netjes. Enige min puntje is het parkeren in de buurt. Weinig opties en moesten soms erg ver lopen vanaf parkeerplek

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Es war sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr nett und lieb. Die Einrichtung schön und geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist zentral und in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu Shopping, Restaurants und Bars. Auch zum Strand ist man in wenigen Minuten gelaufen. Auch das Frühstück war lecker. Es gab jedoch auch paar Kleinigkeiten nicht so ideal waren. Die Frühstücksauswahl war ohne Abwechslung. Die Fenster sind schlecht schallisoliert, wodurch man jedes Auto auch laut in den Zimmern hört. Und die Dusche ist zu niedrig. Ich passte mit meinen 192cm Körpergröße nicht unter die Regendusche 😅

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. It is centrally located with easy access to beach. The desk staff we interacted with couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Breakfast was good and plentiful and offering coffee and snacks 24/7 a plus. All and all a great value.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly, couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is perfectly located right in the centre of the old town but it’s completely quiet at night.

As we had a van, parking is hit and miss nearby as it is all in the street. Once we found a park we left the car there for the duration of the stay.

Hotel very clean with lovely room! Feels like the perfect beach hotel! Not easy to find parking though, and the breakfast could be served earlier, so we can grab some food before going surfing!

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr schöne Zimmer. Super gutes Frühstück mit immer frisch zubereitetem Rührei! Reuseable Stoffbeutel zur Begrüßung konnte ich gleich sinnvoll nutzen. Super war die Möglichkeit sich 24/7 Wasser, Tee, Espresso oder Kekse nehmen zu können!

A wonderful stay, hotel is lovely, in the centre of Ericeria. Lots of little touches ie afternoon cake, coffee and tea always available, towels for the beach. Breakfast was great, and always well stocked. Staff always smiling and extremely helpful. Look forward to visiting again

Schönes Stadthotel in idealer Lage. Von hier konnte man schnell im Zentrum bummeln gehen. Nachts bin ich dann und wann bei geöffnetem Fenster von Leuten geweckt worden, die etwas laut redend vorbei liefen, das war aber nicht so schlimm und gehört dazu. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Frühstücksbereich ist zu eng.Das Haus wirbt sehr mit Nachhaltigkeit, das ist gut. Die Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln passte für uns nicht so gut dazu.

The hotel is excellent! It’s in a great location, with a delicious breakfast, clean rooms, and a great layout. The staff is very attentive! The only thing missing during our stay was a minibar in our room, but other than that, everything was 100% perfect! As for parking, there isn't any on the property, but it wasn't too hard to find a spot on a street relatively close by. And best of all, it's free. There's no charge for street parking in Ericeira.
