エレベーターの待ち時間が長い以外は良いホテルです。

良い点 大浴場つき 地下街直結していて雨でも平気、まあまあ歩くが気にするレベルではない。 地下街も便利な店多く使いやすい アメニティ、部屋の作りも良い 悪い点 エレベーターが一機しかなくちょっと待つ時間が長い

思ったより大浴場が狭かったのが残念

只有洗衣設施可以再加強升級，其他都很棒

名古屋駅から地下道だけでアクセスできること、狭いながらも機能的で不足の無い居室、大浴場があることなど大変満足です。その割にリーズナブルです。

とても綺麗でセンスがよく、チェックインもスムーズでした。 大浴場が魅力で選んだホテルでしたが正解。 出発が朝早く、朝食をいただくことが出来なかったのが残念。(名古屋の朝はどこも遅い) 次回はゆったりしたスケジュールで訪れたいと思います。

The onsen was nice! The staff were kind and thoughtful. There was often a line for the washing machine, so check the app for availability quite regularly.

Have a great stay in a tidy, clean and comfort room. The hotel is located at 8/F, need a bit longer time to queue for elevator in the peak hours, especially in the morning time. Hygiene of the Spa is a concern. Some hotel guests entered the Spa directly without taking showers. I experienced such incident twice. I did not use the Spa facility anymore afterward. I understand that this is not the fault of the hotel, but would suggest the management provides more instruction and guideline about properly use of the Spa facility.

客室、サービス、ロケーション全て素晴らしいと思います。 ただ、大浴場のシャワーヘッドがカビているところがあって、そこが残念でした。 何回か滞在してますが、改善されてないのでホテルの方も気付いてないんだろうと思います。

部屋、大風呂など綺麗に清掃されていて気持ちよくすごせました。 ただ部屋のお風呂に前の人が使われていたであろう石けんがそのまま残っていました。 たあとネットに載っていた部屋にコーヒーのサービスはありませんでした？ そのかわりなのかミネラル水が一本ありましたが？ 概ね満足でした。

清潔で非常に泊まりやすかったです。 フロントの方も丁寧な接客で良かった。 景色も最高でした。また泊まりたい。

We wanted a bigger room but is not available during my trip. Room is small but is well organised and clean. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Nagoya train station is near to the hotel and lots of shops and eateries around. Will book again this hotel next trip.

아침 식사는 하지 않았습니다. 나고야역 지하 통로와 호텔 통로가 이어져있어서 이동하기 편했습니다. 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 일본 호텔룸치고는 넓은 편이라 큰 캐리어를 펼쳐놓고 쓸 수 있습니다. 다 깨끗하지만 침대 머리 맡 나무 부분 모서리 부분에 먼지가 조금 남아있었습니다. 하지만 크게 신경쓰일 정도는 아니었습니다. 다음에도 이용하고 싶습니다. 직원분들도 아주 친절합니다.

Nice hotel near Nagoya station with rooms above 8th floor. Rooms contain everything necessary: TV, big bed, shower and cleaning bath tube, separate toilet. Everything clean and regular clean service that can also be suspended for environmental reasons. Just a bit small if you have a big suitcase for several days. Breakfast with good choices, but you have to catch a suitable time early in the morning or after 9:00am, otherwise you might not get a seat.

お風呂とトイレが別なのがとてもいいです。最上階の部屋で部屋からの景色も最高でした。 また利用したいと思います！

ワーク用に机がない点以外はとても良い設備でした。

部屋のお風呂とトイレが別(ユニットで無い)ので、ゆっくり入れます。大浴場も快適です。

とても快適で気持ちよく滞在できました。シャワーのみのお部屋でしたが高層階で景色が良かったです。また、パンのお勧めのお店を聞いたところ周辺のお店をコピーして下さいました。ありがとうございました！また名古屋に行く機会がありましたら滞在したいです。

Excellent location and friendly staff.

附近有幾家便利店，也有一蘭、不少食肆，走路10分鐘內可以到名古屋站，甚至能電梯直達國際centre站，交通非常方便，房間也很舒適，也提供了不少備品，工作人員很友善，這次遇上了婦女節甚至送了小禮物！這次之後會令我下一次去日本都住同一集團的酒店。

Excellent hotel and service

Location walking distance from airport train services just need to plan which route got lift and escalators available when hogging large baggage. Staff service was excellent. Press the lift to go down from lobby when they saw u walking towards the lift to go out. Small thoughts like greetings you when u return and leave. Everything was an amazing expirence to.stay at this hotel. Thanks again

It's conveniently located to the station, although Google maps takes you on a really random route. Standard room for two is cosy but, decent enough to have as a base. It's well stocked with good quality amenities and is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't have a chance to try out the spa. Overall brilliant experience for a well reasonable price. Would easily recommend.

Love the convenience location and the friendly staff. I lost my phone on the 3rd day in the taxi and luckily the taxi driver remembered the hotel pick up point and brought my phone back to the hotel. The front desk staff returned the phone to me and helped me called the taxi company and thank them. I used the same taxi company - Meitetsu Group for a ride to the airport today to patronize the honest behavior of the taxi driver.

Room is small as compared to website picture. Finding and getting to Hotel is difficult & confusing via underground mall

名古屋駅から地下鉄で一駅でホテルと直結しているが、敢えて、名古屋駅から地下モールを10分ほど歩いて到着。いずれにせよ、酷暑のなか大変助かるし便利だった。 ホテル施設と備品も清潔感あり、気持ちよく利用できた。

名古屋駅から地下道だけでアクセスできること、狭いながらも機能的で不足の無い居室、大浴場があることなど大変満足です。その割にリーズナブルです。

名駅から少々距離がありますが、直接地下道に出られるので雨でも傘いらずです。全体にこじんまりしていますが清潔感があって良かったです。

名古屋駅でユニモールへの入り口を少し迷いました。 スーツケースを持って歩くなら少し遠いと感じるかもしれません。

Good location with direct lift to underground unimall and train stations, hotel conditions are good, provided a lot of skin/hair care, nice breakfast in small decoated cafe, staff are helpful.

地下鉄駅至近で地下ショッピングモールにも直結で、雨に濡れずにショッピングや移動が出来て便利です。

名古屋地鐵站步行可到達，酒店亦有地下街直通火车站，落雨也不怕。酒店設施新穎，環境舒適，早餐鰻魚飯一絕。

駅からも地下通路から直接ロビーに上がることができます。チェックインもスムーズでした。シャワーブースの部屋でしたが、大浴場（ちょっと小さめです）があるため、室内でのシャワー利用はありませんでした。大浴場や朝食会場の混雑状況も部屋に備付けのタブレットで確認できます。朝食もうなぎが出て良かったです。ただコーヒーメーカーの上部が汚れていたので、残念でした。 とても快適に宿泊する事が出来ました。リピ確実です。

出張で利用しましたが、立地がとても良く、名古屋駅からもアクセスが便利でした。館内は清潔感があり、スタッフの対応も丁寧で安心して滞在できました。大浴場も広くて疲れが取れます。朝食の種類も豊富で、名古屋めしも楽しめて大満足です。また名古屋に来る際は利用したいと思います。

施設・設備、接客応対にも満足 朝食は品数にやや物足りなさを感じたが、概ね満足 カーテンの閉じ方が分かりにくかったですが、問題ではありませんでした

Loved the buffet breakfast. Room was perfect for me as a single traveller. Went to the hotel spa twice to relax. Amenities were plentiful. Definitely want to use this facility when I visit Nagoya.

Excelente hotel, buena ubicación con bonita vista de la ciudad, muy limpio y cómodo. El personal muy amable. Buen precio el hospedaje. Muy cerca de la estación Nagoya. El spa muy lindo y relajante, con todas las amenidades. El desayuno delicioso y con variedad de platillos. Feliz de hospedarme en este hotel.

1. 地點離名古屋車站走路約10分鐘內，緊接國際センター，直接搭電梯可以到B1 2. 房間是一張雙人床，一家三口（二大一小）有點擠，衛浴是分開，還蠻方便的。 3. 早餐是自助吧，總類不算多，但很美味。 4. 有男女湯，沒有進去泡，但有在門口參觀，門口還有附贈冰棒，很棒。

満足した。大浴場や朝食場所が少し狭いと感じた。
