The view from the balcony and the private onsen was amazing!

Superb facilities. So many onsen- they had three private ones and two shared ones that rotated between men and women each day so you got to try a different one. I was there in peak season and had no issues getting into any of them. The grounds were so relaxing and the rooms so zen. It was a two minute walk from the bus stop that links you to the place you can get shinkansen or do the hakone loop and two mins from a 7/11! I bought my food there rather than eating at the hotel. I had the single room with western bed and it was so comfy. Totally recommend this place for a relaxing stay in the mountains

Excellent experience. Very supportive staff. The team makes everything to bring a sensational experience. I would recommend it with no doubt!

I didn’t want to leave. We had a private bath on our balcony, the views were breathtaking and the food was great!

The room was by far my favourite on the entire trip. It was comfortable and spacious and having access to sauna and baths on site was incredible. Wish I had stayed longer
