El alojamiento está bien ubicado, desayuno no muy variado pero muy bueno y abundante. Personal muy amable y joven. Lo peor, temperatura del aire acondicionado, la tv no se podía ver al no tener cable de antena y el baño es algo antiguo, y la habitación algo ruidosa y entraba luz por todos lados. Pero en general esta muy bien. Con aparcamientos reservados para los huéspedes.

Convenient location and clean, comfortable hotel. A bit noisy at night. All the rules were a little over the top (asking guests to not be in their rooms from 10-3, no food or drinks in rooms, etc.)

What an incredible hotel! Only downside they don't allow you to have your own drinks in your room. But otherwise fabulous! Incredibly spacious! Super friendly staff, and very clean hotel. The breakfast spread is basic but Still appreciated that it was included. Beach is in walking distance and free parking out front.

Had a wonderful week with the family at this hotel. A short walking distance from the beach, very friendly staff, decent continental buffet breakfast and the kids loved the bunk beds. Overall excellent value. Absolute highlight was the Halloween Party with the staff! Highly recommended.

L'hôtel est facile d'accès, même sans parking, des places sont disponibles à quelques mètres. Les chambres sont bruyantes, son extérieur et intérieur, mais literie de bonne qualité. La salle de bains fait ancienne époque, pas d'équipements et une douche très petite. Le personnel est très discret. Petit déjeuner à volonté, qualité irréguliere.

Hôtel sympa, pas trop loin de la plage. La chambre est propre, design. Par contre, c’est un peu bruyant car la route passe juste en dessous et la salle de bain est un peu vétuste. A casa de banho do quarto estava suja, com cabelos no chão, com sinais de mofo. Isolamento da rua era péssimo e mesmo os ruídos do quarto ao lado, ouvia-se tudo, as conversas dos vizinhos, etc. Cama dura e pouco confortável. Serve apenas para dormir uma noite.

Long wait at check in to provide code to access my room. No cup in room to drink from& when I asked you would have thought I was asking for a full dinner service. Breakfast very basic. Staff unfriendly. Room not particularly clean. Shower not great. Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. And they didnt even ask me how my stay was when I checked out.

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Handtücher würden jeden Tag gewechselt, sowie das Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt wurde. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ausreichend vorhanden. Würde jedes mal dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Mycket bra hotell för familjen med nära läge till stranden och butiker och resturanger i området. Trevlig personal och bra städning. Frukosten enkel men också hållbar då inte mat verkar slängas i onödan.

I chose this hotel due to the high rating on Expedia. However, for me it didn’t meet my expectations. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel itself is looking a bit tired and in need of a revamp. My room had an unpleasant odour that smelt a bit like nicotine as if someone had previously smoked in the room - I hate smoking! The air con did not work. There was dust build up on some of the skirting boards and the room needed a deep clean. There were signs of black mould in the bathroom - get the bleach out! The safe in my room did not work. I asked for a room in a quiet location and was put opposite the cleaners cupboard and on the main road side of the hotel. There was a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast was very basic - not hot items. My room did not look as nice as in the photos. Overall I don’t feel it was worth what I paid. I have stayed in hotels in the USA for half the price I paid for this and they were much nicer. Sorry not to be more positive but this is an honest assessment.

Property is very old. The shower was tiny and very old. The bathroom was old. They have tried to make the room nicer but it’s old. It was fine for a night and staff and breakfast were fantastic but the property just needs a good renovation.

I enjoyed my first stay here so much that I came back 2 weeks later. This is a sweet little beach hotel walking distance to the beach. My only frustration was some street noise in the room through the windows but after 10pm there is very little traffic. Breakfast was great and fresh with the fun added bonus of a crepe machine. The only frustration is that in order to get from the hotel to major events in Lisbon is 2 hours of public transportation or the use of Uber Bolt or other ride service. These rides depending on the traffic level can be much longer than the app says. Don't let it discourage you from coming here as the rides to WOT from Lisbon were still only about 12E plus tip. Its just something to plan ahead for if you have tickets to see shows in the city. I loved the laid back vibe of the community and the sweet little shops with souvenirs as well as restaurants to enjoy traditional Portuguese food or even some Indian food.

The staff were friendly, helpful and amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The only downfall is the bathroom shower is very tiny. The breakfast was good and plentiful with lots of seating. Love the many restaurants around the town square and boardwalk. Also loved that it is about a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach where you could watch the surfers.

Literie confortable et propre. Les chambres vont faire l’objet d’un redesign inclus cabine de douche vétuste. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais mériterait un peu de diversité dans les produits. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très aimable et serviable.

The staff here are extremely friendly and accommodating. This location is perfect if you want to be close to the water for surfing or walks on the beach. At this location you are close enough to city to commute or drive in, but far enough to enjoy the quiet of suburbia. I was there during slow season but I'm sure during peak season the hotel’s events and happy hours would have more attendance.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was really friendly, helpful and easy to access. The breakfast was delicious and served at a reasonable time. The beach was very close, as well as great restaurants. I would definitely go back :)

Lo mejor de este alojamiento es el trato cercano del personal , me gustó mi estancia que es la razón por que la dejo una buena reseña. Siempre con una sonrisa! Lo que no te cuentan de la costa es que las olas son picadas y dificulta el baño, todos los días hubo bandera roja .

It was well located spacious room. Bus coming from airport dropped you off on the stop right out there 10 steps from front door. Food around the area good. Continental breakfast small variety but good and fresh bread love it!. Beach walking distance. Staff nice but extremely nice and helpful were Tiago provided to us with accurate transportation info back and forth from Lisbon and locally he gave us options to use from cheap to high. Ali was great as well with directions, kind and proffesional helping us he was kind enough helping us with our breakfast to go since he had to be early at the train station before breakfast was served. Last but not least a kind Lady at front desk day shift patient and kind to us. Thank you! PS. I would think may having local channels on TV would be great since I like to watch local news

I enjoyed my first stay here so much that I came back 2 weeks later. This is a sweet little beach hotel walking distance to the beach. My only frustration was some street noise in the room through the windows but after 10pm there is very little traffic. Breakfast was great and fresh with the fun added bonus of a crepe machine. The only frustration is that in order to get from the hotel to major events in Lisbon is 2 hours of public transportation or the use of Uber Bolt or other ride service. These rides depending on the traffic level can be much longer than the app says. Don't let it discourage you from coming here as the rides to WOT from Lisbon were still only about 12E plus tip. Its just something to plan ahead for if you have tickets to see shows in the city. I loved the laid back vibe of the community and the sweet little shops with souvenirs as well as restaurants to enjoy traditional Portuguese food or even some Indian food.

Good location close to the beach. Many restuarants, 3 minute walk to bus station (Bus 3710 takes you to Lisboa) .(Lisboa Card does not work in Costa ) Good breakfast. Clean and safe inside Hotel. Polite staff answered many questions in a profesional and friendly way.

They were extremely friendly and helpful stuff even let me borrow a Sun umbrella for the beach. Nice area if you wanna get away from the hustle and bustle and relax for a little while theres bars on the beach very nice place and location.

Property is great as really close to the beach. Note that its a residential area, which was completely fine for us and our preference however in the immediate area of the hotel there isnt a great deal of dining options but more like cafes and take out places. On the beach however there are enough options for a range of dining preferences at reasonable prices between 10 to 15 euros per adult

The staff were friendly, helpful and amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The only downfall is the bathroom shower is very tiny. The breakfast was good and plentiful with lots of seating. Love the many restaurants around the town square and boardwalk. Also loved that it is about a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach where you could watch the surfers.

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Handtücher würden jeden Tag gewechselt, sowie das Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt wurde. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ausreichend vorhanden. Würde jedes mal dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

What an incredible hotel! Only downside they don't allow you to have your own drinks in your room. But otherwise fabulous! Incredibly spacious! Super friendly staff, and very clean hotel. The breakfast spread is basic but Still appreciated that it was included. Beach is in walking distance and free parking out front.

Nice Room but NO A/C While room is nice and clean, there is no A/C and we were not informed. Receptionist didnt even tell us and found out only when we asked why the room is not cooling. And i book hotels with A/C during summer. Right off a red flag. There is no heat relief provision like electric fan. We had to open the sliding doors which we did not feel comfortable and safe but had no choice as we wont be able to sleep without air for outside. And some bugs n mosquitoes went in the room. No ice too when we wanted some cold drinks as relief from the heat. The area is lacking in vibe.
