Comfortable, well appointed villa in reasonably good condition. We were pleased with the size of the unit, fully equipped kitchenette (including full size fridge), and efficient air conditioner. It was on quite a busy road where traffic started at 6am but we were early risers. When I checked in, a gentleman was checking in at the same time and our keys dropped from the Keysafe at the same time so we weren’t sure whose was whose. When I sent a message to the accommodation to alert them to this, the reply I received related to how to access the free WiFi!

The sort of accommodation for those who are exploring everyday, wanting an overnight stay or travelling for work as there isn’t anything on-site to do. Villas are very spacious. Bathroom on the small side but good enough. Very clean inside and outside of the villas. Gives the opportunity to cook for yourself if you want a night in. Would stay here again.

Ottima stanza. Un piccolo appartamento pulitissimo e confortevole con parcheggio davanti all’ingresso! Ottimo Wi-Fi. Letto molto comodo e stanza silenziosa. Presente un frigorifero e il lavello. La cucina però è in esterna in condivisione.

Could not sit on chairs out the front of villa due to hundreds of ants on grass and walkways TV remote was not working, contacted by mobile, staff not on site, was very good arrived within 15mins, inside remote was coroded, took off site and returned. Later found that we only had access to a few tv channels, menu on remote would not work to allow us to tune other channels in. Reported at 9.30 Saturday morning, when returned back to villa at 7.00pm we had not received any help, issue was just ignored. Bathroom needed tiles etc grouting badly. Initial booking had to be cancelled due to illness, property provided credit but when rebooked cost an extra $60 for 2 nights. Internet access good. With a few changes could be a good place to stay. No staff on site

Maybe we m being too critical on some things but we ended up checking out a day early. The main issue was the mattress which was super saggy. In my opinion it was suitable for slapstick comedy rather than sleeping - It collapsed almost comically when I sat on it. There were other issues with the room but nothing makes a room seem cheap and nasty as a rubbish bed. The linen on the bed seemed clean but the towels were a dark color which didn’t inspire confidence given the state of the bed and the carpet which looked dirty. The remote for the TV didn’t work properly even after the batteries were changed. One of the glasses was cracked, the dining table only had two chairs for a four person room, one of the bedside table lamps was missing a globe. On of the teaspoons had some unidentified black goo on the handle.

The room is next to the busy motor way lot of truck traffic and also the night from outside shinning into the room and no privacy as the shade is not being fixed for the door's window. The air conditioning unit making a lot of sounds as there may be something wrong inside the unit

When i booked online to stay at Canberra ave villas there were pictures of beautiful little inviting cottages. When we got there we were put in the “studio” upon arrival you have to go past all the cottages through a colorbond gate beside reception thats as inviting as entering a prison as you feel like you are entering someone else’s property. There were cigarette butts and a tin used as an ash tray on the ground beside the door which leads you into what we referred to as the broom cupboard it was like we had just been shoved in a spare room out the back. The blind in the bedroom is broken and tied up with string allowing anyone out side to see in when getting changed in the bedroom if the light is on. Speaking of light there are spotlights that light up the Canberra ave villas sign right outside the front door that stay on all night and light up the room. It was advertised as a little cottage and that is what i booked not a broom cupboard you call “the studio” very disappointing to say the least.

This property suited u for our four day visit close to our family in Jerrabomberra. Nice room with everything needed for my wife and myself. Only saw the cleaners with no contact with anyone else. I would recommend as Canberra area has generally poor options to stay from past experience.

Wow, so impressed! It's the gems like this that can make a trip away so much better! Right from ease of booking, then adding a night, communications up to day of checki in and the most ridiculously eaay check in process.. loved the full experience. Then the vill.. its just the cleanest, simplest yet everything you need. Perfect for us and close to all we want.

The property itself from the outside looks great , inside very outdated. Staff were excellent. No one tells you until you are nearly there that the property is NOT manned. I didn’t appreciate turning up and receiving my key via a bloody mechanical box.
