Great location, very friendly staff and the rooftop is superb. Be careful if you hire a car though, parking is €25 a night. Parking generally in Malaga is v expensive though, so this isn’t a hotel thing.

Sehr sauberes zimmer. Super lage, hatten ein mietauto, garage 25.- pro tag. Sehr schönes hotel mit rooftop und kleinen pool. Zu fuss 5 min ins Zentrum. Personal sehr freundlich. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen

Fantastic break at the H10 in Malaga. The rooms were modern and super clean,with all the amenities you need. The balconies are gorgeous with blue and white tiles,perfect for a spot of chilling out! The rooftop bar is the cherry on the top-fantastic space with a wide range of drinks and snacks, only negative was the pool was freezing. All of the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Love an H10 hotel and this one did not disappoint!

Dejlig uge på H10. Skønt rent, værelse. Dejlig og professionel modtagelse i receptionen. Værelset i sig selv var super, dog med meget støj fra den trafikerede gade nedenfor. Specielt skraldebiler med høje bip lyde kan få en tidligt op om morgenen og minder ens hoved om sangriaen fra aftenen før. Ellers god stor seng og nyt pænt badeværelse. Meget lille motionsrum med meget begrænset udvalg af vægte/maskiner og super træls musik i højtalerne. Lad folk selv styre musikken med AirPlay eller Bluetooth. - Så hvis du er rendyrket jern der gerne vil holde kroppen ved lige på ferie, så tror jeg der findes hoteller med bedre faciliteter til den slags. Vildt kold pool på 70 cm. Ikke prangende. Ellers rigtig fin rooftop med god plads til alle og god bar. Alt i alt nok lidt i den dyre ende, taget minusserne i betragtning. Men hvis man derimod er lidt ligeglad med prisen og bare ønsker noget der virker, meget centralt i Malaga, do it. Det er så billigt at spise i byen, det går op. 20-26/8-2025

The Hotel location was great. Easy to walk around the city and get to the train station. A modern design, which I like. Staff were friendly. There was a good selection for breakfast. The room cleanliness was poor. On arrival the balcony was covered in what looked like mosquitos. After raising the issue with reception I was told they were not mosquitos. Whatever they were there was still lots of them. Even after getting rid of them all they would return everyday. It was impossible to have the balcony door open as they would invade the room. The room itself was good, but there were signs of wear to the walls. Dirty marks etc. The room floor was very dirty and I don’t believe it was mopped once during our stay. The bed was made everyday, but fresh towels were not provided everyday. This was a problem as there was no heated towel rail so the towels would remain wet. I felt the rooftop bar was well overpriced. Non alcoholic drinks were all small portions. Even the coffee was a tiny cupful.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean the attention to detail is probably the best I have ever seen. Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and well equipped. The views are stunning and we watched the sun go down every night. The staff are very polite, helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend this hotel as a base to explore this beautiful city!

Staff really made you welcome still got it’s new feel to it floor and balcony were not swept all week but other than that no complaints just had to remember to put on the slippers the hotel supplied.

The hotel was first class in every way. The staff were always friendly and courteous, the restaurant for buffet breakfast was excellent and the room in which we stayed for 9 nights was kept spotlessly clean. We would give the hotel 10/10, it was absolutely amazing in every way.

Great modern hotel in a very convenient location in the city. Our room, overlooking the cathedral, was very comfortable with a nice balcony and large walk in shower. We has tapas and drinks in the Sky Bar which was excellent with great service. Breakfast was really good with a large choice. Overall a great stay.

Stayed in cathedral view room, the room was great, large bed and good facilities. The balcony got the sun only in the morning but very noise due the bus stops opposite the hotel. If I return I definitely wouldn’t pay extra for the cathedral view room due to the noise. Can’t comment on food as room only and breakfast expensive at 21€ each.

Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff and excellent service. The only minor dislike is the tv in the room is not smart. A modern hotel like this should have smart TVs for their guests to connect their streaming services if they wish.

Great location and the hotel was modern but very comfortable and designed beautifully. Our room was a superior room, very spacious and well decorated and designed. Everything about our stay was good apart from the buses parked up outside leaving their engines running for long periods of time which you could hear inside the room.

Check in was easy, welcoming, and fast. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable (especially the beds). The location was really the best thing. You're in the heart of the old city, with everything you need within walking distance. There is even a large department store within five blocks. Enjoy!

Wow if considering this hotel just stop and book- if sightseeing shopping exploring Malaga perfect location. Staff great amazing room, great Breakie honestly could want any different. Even gave us a late check out and tailored breakfast to special requirements at not fuss. Helped loads on trips etc

Security is non existing at the hotel. People can walk right into the restaurant right from the street as there are no guards. Also thieves, it turns out, as we got our things stolen in the middle of a full breakfast room on day 1 completely spoiling the trip. The staff delivered nothing but bad service sending us to a wrong police station to report the incident. For others in trouble in Malaga or at the hotel, here is a service announcement: You report this at the Tourist Centre by the harbour. It's sad the hotel does not take security and service more serious, because it really is a nice, new hotel with a great skybar.

First off, very disappointing as a VIP status as a long time hotel.com member, this hotel did not and failed to meet VIP status, we did not get access to early check in and kept telling us the hotel is full which is not true. They did not accommodate free upgrade when we needed a sofa bed instead they charged us more per day. The front staff are not accommodating and no customer service at all. We felt we are not welcomed and just an annoyance them. Hello?! Without us customers they will not have a job right? Tell the hotel manager to amp up customer service. Be nice be courteous to customer who are paying for their salary. Period. Not hard to do.

The staff were amazing. At reception the two gentleman were great and made check in very easy and offered cool drinks on a hot day. It’s worth buying the breakfast package and the variety of food was more than I needed to have a good breakfast. The location of the hotel is very central to everything you need to see in Malaga. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment of our arrival to our departure, all of the staff were courteous, friendly and professional. My wife and I were celebrating our Birthdays on the day we arrived. The staff once realizing this special day for my wife and I came up to our room after check in and gifted us with a bottle of bubbly with glasses to celebrate. The hotel also have a beautiful roof top that we enjoyed. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the historic center and the marina. What a beautiful Boutique Hotel. The staff were wonderful from start to finish and the rooms amazing. Location excellent right next to the Mercado and all the shops, not far walk from the Marina. Thank you also to expedia for VIP treatment with a lovely bottle of red wine, enjoyed on the terrace with a few tapas.

Our first time in Malaga and staying at H10 hotel property. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The hotel is located right in the heart of Malaga, walking distance to the docks, next door to the farmers market with plenty of dinning options and plenty of other options to explore. This is great hotel. Facilities and services are new and rhe rooms a well equipped. Staff is friendly and is walking distance to most attractions in Malaga Centro. The metro is and commuter train is a 5 minute walk so very convenient to get from Airport or explore or explore other towns from Costa del Sol.Great roof top bar and view . Check in was easy, welcoming, and fast. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable (especially the beds). The location was really the best thing. We had two nights here before we went to our villa for the week. Excellent service as soon as we checked in, a glass of cava whilst they did the paperwork and it was throughly needed after a long day travelling. The room was light and airy and very clean with enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, with the added benefit of two balconies. The breakfast was amazing, with something to suit everyone’s tastes. The rooftop bar and pool, is a lovely little area, the pool is just a little plunge pool, but enough just to cool you off. Would definitely stay again when travelling to Malaga.
