Reasonable rates, large rooms, free parking and wonderful staff. Why would anyone stay in downtown Fukuoka in tiny rooms with no service when this place is only a 30- minute drive to Fukuoka airport? It’s also near Dazaifu Tenmangu and some local restaurants. Great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Empire Grand Hotel. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the entire hotel was immaculate. There isn’t a lot in the immediate area. We took a cab to the train, inexpensive, to get around. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

We, a family of three stayed in a clean and spacious room for six nights. We were welcomed by helpful and very polite staff. Quiet area around and a supermarket was nearby. There was covered parking area available. I will recommend to travellers who want to stay away from the busy city center and have a car in their trip.
