Beautiful spa and pool area (adult only area), only regret is that it is at the front of the property (by the street and lobby) so you may have a walk if you are in one of the buildings at the back. Also very noteworthy is no elevators....so if you don't want to carry bags etc you need ground level

Not so good. We reserved an additional 3 days at this resort and requested the room be restocked and cleaned after being in the room for 7 days. They said they would send housekeeping but never came to fulfill our request. We asked twice. Nothing. Now we’re into our last night here, just disappointed the service wasn’t great! Overall, the pool is very nice! Playground for kids. Nice Mountain View of the McDowell Mtn.

Loved everything about this resort! The condos were beautiful and clean. The staff were more than helpful and prompt and the amenities were great! Loved that they had a separate adult pool from the family pool. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is definitely outdated and in need of repair. Handles falling off of dresser drawers, rips in carpet, dated furniture, etc. The worst of it was the ants in the kitchen the first morning, and the silverfish in the dresser drawers of the next unit that we were moved to. We wasted an evening of a short vacation having to repack, move to a new room, and un-pack all over again. And when we asked for a later check out(noon instead of 10am), as a courtesy for that and the bug issues, we were given until 11:30, even after my husband asked to speak with the manager. Really?? Customer service at it's worse. And beware of the major sales pitch for a time share at the beginning of your stay. I would not recommend this place nor would I ever stay here again. Too bad. The outside is lovely.

The staff is amazing as always. Whatever we need they make sure it’s there quickly. I would say our unit could have been cleaner. Dusted and counters in kitchen and bathroom definitely should have been wiped off.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton property, but probably our only complaint would be that the room has a very damp musky smell to it. Had we known in advance we would’ve brought a candle to burn. We understand it’s an older building with old pipes and things like that And overall it appeared clean, but just the smell was a little hard to get past. Other than that, we enjoyed the amenities and the pool and hot tubs were great! We would definitely stay again, but we will be bringing a candle next time.

1. Room felt dusty and dust did come out of vents when heating was turned on. That is probably an Arizona problem, not a Hilton one. 2. Might be nice to offer humidifiers as a mitigation strategy. Hyatt does that at the property we own with them. 3. Coffee packets were absolutely awful. Small price to pay to avoid literally leaving a bad taste in the mouth of your guests. 4. There was mold/mildew where tile meets the tub- easy to fix but leaves a bad impression. 5. We had a unit facing the road, noise was significant. 6. 100% of staff we encountered were friendly and responsive. 7. I'm not a decorator but things seem dated.

The rooms and the entire unit could have been cleaner. Dusty end tables and main dinning room table. Bathroom counters had a sort of film on them. But overall we always stay at the Scottsdale Links and it is a good place to stay.

Most things were good with this resort based on the Hilton name. All 4 of us thought the beds were too hard and the pillows were so overstuffed that they hurt our necks. All the people working were very friendly and polite. The grounds were well maintained. Unfortunately, the floors in our unit were very dirty. Walking in bare feet or socks turned the bottoms of our feet black within minutes.

Excellent stay overall. Staff, property, pool area, facilities were all great. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything you need. Only negative is some noise that enters the room; walls are very thin with little insulation. Location is very good. Easy access to freeway, many restaurant options, and a Walmart. Would highly recommend!

Very nice resort for a quiet stay. Plenty of room to accommodate a family trip. Full resort style units with full kitchen, formal dining room, balcony, and full laundry room. Resort has adult areas for leisure.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Master/king bed was hard, and the other room's full bed was "springy"-could feel the springs. However, they were replacing all mattresses in our complex when we left the next morning. A/C in master bedroom was not working right. Fan switch on wall didn't work unless the overhead light remained on. We knew how to operate it, because we were successful with the same switch in the living room; so the master bedroom switch had something wrong with it. It was a warm night. Windows in the master bedroom and living room were open and would not close, so hearing the airplanes at the nearby airport in the morning before getting up was quite loud (plus the construction workers outside). The remodel of the room is quite nice, but a tile fell off the baseboard in the kitchen, and some of the outlet and fire sprinkler cutouts were not done well. We still like the Hilton and will continue coming.

Overall the place is satisfactory. Nice pool and hot tub area. Concierge service was good. Location has a lot to be desired. There is an airport right next to the resort which was right out our door. You have to listen to jets taking off and landing all day and night. When we inquired about it, we were dismissed by the staff saying, “Oh, it’s only a small private airport that’s not too busy.” Total BS! We were in building 8, third floor. Another down side is that you have to lug all your heavy suitcases and supplies up and down the stairs. Luckily we are in shape and capable. Bottom line, I’d pick another resort.

Clean. A lot of space in the 3 bedroom with a full kitchen. The internet connection sucks - needs an upgrade as too many users are crashing the router. Check-in is the experience of two counters - the actual check in on one side and the other is a sales team looking to rope you into buying a property. Just be clear on what you want to hear or not.

The property has a great location for our needs, and the 1 BDRM was very BIG, crazy how much wasted space there was, HUGE dining room with a tiny round table with 4 chairs, this could have and should have been a 2nd bedroom, then there was a BIG walk-in closet, crazy big!! Who would ever need a huge dining room closet and big walk-in closet while traveling? These must have been built with another use in mind? Great view of the golf course from our unit on the 2nd floor (no elevators at this property, so if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor be aware of this). The plus was location and great value!! The downside the units had very dated appliancs, DW and Washer/Dryer looks they should go in a museum :)

Staff was always very accommodating, anytime there was an issue they made sure to take care of it asap, when there was a situation with a person acting very inappropriately they promptly responded and that helped me feel I was in a very safe place. Maintenance crew always went above and beyond and they were always very very kind, a couple of the housekeeping gals also went above and beyond and I appreciated that as well.

Nice place, but it is a timeshare property so the staff will swarm you to try and get you to attend a presentation. We said no multiple times and still started shouting times down our throats, finally gave in than proceeded to say we did not qualify. The amenities are nice, we didn’t get to use them though as people hoarded the Ramada's for personal graduation parties all day/weekend. The adult pool is very small, only a few umbrellas doesn’t seem as well up kept as the ‘family’ pool.

When we arrived to check in and kick off our staycation, we were immediately approached by someone at front desk, trying to get us to schedule a meeting. Their pushy and hesitant attitude made the situation uncomfortable, especially since we had just gotten there and wanted to relax. We politely declined several times, and by the fifth refusal, it became clear from their expression and demeanor that they were no longer interested in being welcoming. That kind of energy at the start of our stay really set a negative tone and was disappointing.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was friendly & welcoming. The price per night was as affordable as other hotels. The suite was spacious & gave an ‘at home’ feel. The beds were comfortable & the pillows were of great quality. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this stay. It was worth it.

I enjoyed my stay, the room is more like an apartment, spacious with a separate dining room, living room, laundry facility, kitchen and even an outdoor terrace with table and chairs. I would absolutely stay here again when I get back to Scottsdale. I received daily texts to ensure my stay was going well.

There is nothing I would not recommend about this resort. The staff was amazing, the room was perfect, and the amenities were great. Reed and Reuben went out of their way to help us get settled and answered every question we had about the area. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This hotel met our needs perfectly. The full kitchen was adequately equipped and the bed was comfortable. As the hotel is located in northern Scottsdale, it is fairly close to some great hiking trails. Be aware that this hotel promotes time shares and you are encouraged to attend their presentation but it is not required.

The staff was amazing! Lucas, front desk staff, was the best! I would have given a 5 star rating for just him. One thing to be aware of is there is staff with Hilton vacations that will try to get you to sit through 2 hours of marketing for a timeshare. I thought it was a group event and ended up being a one on one for 2 hours. It was awful!! The hotel is nice...but not the marketing!

It was very clean quiet property with spacious rooms. Difficult to get around without a vehicle. No restaurants on property or within walkable distance. We had to Uber to get around. This property would be perfect for a family or a group that has the convenience of a vehicle.

A great place to be central for things like Spring Training. All ballparks are easy to get to bc the resort is so close to the highway. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby as well.

The service at this property was wonderful. We loved that the pool side cabanas are first come first serve or you may also reserve them for a fee. Front desk staff was very welcoming. We requested a baby crib when we checked in, it made it to our room before we did! The only negative is there are no restaurants on the property, but it's definitely not a deal breaker as you can take your own drinks/snack to the pool. Also, there are no elevators (our room was on the 3rd floor)

Great price, lots of space in our suite for us and our kids. Spent hours at the pool and games area in the evenings after our day outings were done. Loved the bbqs for us to cook ourselves. Great friendly staff!!

We had an amazing time at this property. The staff was kind and attentive. Our suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only thing missing was a bar/restaurant near the pool.
