Cavasson was the perfect place to stay for my visit to Arizona for the first time. Everything was clean and modern and all the staff were friendly and helpful and welcoming. the food at the restaurant on the property was really good. The pool area and outdoor area was beautiful and serene. The views from this hotel are nice. However, we didn’t have access to the rooftop which I was really looking forward to. I thought that we would have access to at least hang out up there every night. Fire pits were on by the pool area and patio, which was such a good touch because it was a bit chilly The pool area was great. The pool is heated and the Jacuzzi is huge parking so easy right in the parking garage. I wish that all you can eat breakfast was a one time fee instead of a fee each time. At that point we preferred to eat breakfast outside of the property. Room services speedy, and they take care of giving us fresh towels, and taking out trash and replacing any soap that we’ve used. The hotel is quiet no noise and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a new hotel in an area of Scottsdale that is still being developed. Having a car with you would be a great help, and there is plenty of free parking. The hotel rooms were large. The pool area was nice, but being the summer we were hoping for some sort of shade coverings or even umbrellas pulled up to the edge of the pool so we could enjoy it during the day. Since there were no coverings we enjoyed the pool in the evening. We also would have loved food and drink service at the pool. A suggestion is ti even have a QR code system where guest could order and it be brought out. Overall a great stay!

Upscale feel at a reasonable price. At the time of our stay there was no charge for parking or pool cabanas. Roomy bathrooms and large tv in main room. We liked the floor to ceiling windows, not sure if every floor has them, we were on the 6th floor.

This hotel did not spare any expenses on its decor! It's beautiful and very tasteful! This property is not located on a resort type property like you can find in Scottsdale. However, while you're in the hotel it feels like one of the resorts! The seating around bar, lobby and pool area are excellent! The breakfast buffet was excellent as well.

Free parking, free WiFi. I was told at the desk that they would have sent up more water bottles if I had asked. Nice to know as the tap water is disgusting. Pool and jet warm tub are nice. Food needs improvement. Also good to know that the bar’s happy hour doesn’t work for the pool area. The pool also uses a different menu.

I was very dissapointed in my cleaning service I had to ask for clean towels I was told I didn’t have full service daily. They didn’t refill my room coffee, empty the trash or make my bed. I would think for the money, they would be cleaning my room. That is what I have always had when staying at a nice hotel

The hotel was wonderful, modern, clean, and relaxing with a lovely pool. However the house keeping was very lax and needed improving. We did not get any supplies replenished...water glasses, water, coffee cups and the bed was barely made....possibly because there were new staff. We mentioned this at the front desk when we left and they appeared to be grateful we mentioned it. The front desk staff and valer staff were excellent.

This place was beautiful! Overall great stay and it made you feel like you were at an oasis. Only complain was that the water in the bathroom sink smelled heavy like sulfur but if you let it run for a while the smell went away.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Great location. Great easy self parking. Lovely pool area. Friendly and professional staff. Only complaints - an intermittent bad odor in our second floor room. A confusing shower control knob - difficult to establish a consistent water temperature.

We loved our stay at your hotel. We were surprised how dusty the room was along with the tables by the elevators. When we had our curtains open, you could see all the dust in the room, on the pictures, on the floor, tables, etc. The tables by the elevators - you could write your name in the dust

Amazing time at the Cavasson! Our double queen room with a patio had a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, was clean and gorgeous. Dinner at the Pony Tavern was SO good, and there was an incredible singer in the lounge that really helped set the mood. We alsp took a late night swim and the pool was warm, area was clean, there some pool noodles which was great for my stepson. This hotel is such a steal for the price! Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 2 nights for my birthday and the place was so beautiful! Perfect photo opportunities if needed. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food was also good. I booked the one bedroom suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. If you do rent a car the parking is very easy to access and not far of a walk from the front door, they also have a valet service if needed. Definitely lived up to my expectations!

The hotel is new and very clean. I asked for a quiet room, I was on given the top floor facing the pool. The room was very spacious and clean. I felt the a/c was alittle loud. The bed and pillows were soft. The pool was a good size and considering it is off season only a few people were there which was nice to be able to read a book and not have noise. The negative thoughts were I called approximately 30minutes away and they could not tell me if I could check in early. I decided not to drive all the way there and find out I might not be able to so I skipped that and spent a few hours shopping. Keep in mind I literally saw probably 20 people there my entire visit, they did not appear busy. The checkin is a short distance from where you pull the car around. There was not a valet out at the time(5pm), it was over 100 degrees and not pleasant pulling my luggage in. The woman at the desk did not offer to help nor give an overview of where things were at the hotel. I don’t think she was rude but not trained well. There is a restaurant onsite. I did not try and they did offer music of some sort in the lobby. I would stay again and hope the staff at the desk are more helpful.

After exiting the elevator on the fourth floor we realized our room(411) was about the distance of two football fields down a long hallway. Each time we left the room it was a long way back. For senior citizens that is a lot of walking.

My experience was good! Staff at desert pony for breakfast weren’t friendly at all but only the morning staff as when we came down for different the staff was different and super nice. Restaurant wasn’t the tastiest either.

Excellent customer service. Our flight landed a lot earlier than planned and they were able to accommodate an early check in and a late check out. Customer service was always pleasant, shaded parking was great, and room service was prompt. The rooms were also extremely comfortable.

After a very long & rainy road trip, we waited (wet) over 3 hrs for our room…Front desk, Hillary asked mgr. Geoff if we could be moved to another available room and he said, NO! Throughout this process, we repeatedly went back to the desk & spoke to 4 different staff members and were told each time that they were expediting with housekeeping. Finally, after HOURS the last person told us…oh, your room has been ready! Then they couldn’t find our luggage which was put in the back room , upon our initial arrival. Frustrating to say the least. One bright star in the day was Jacqueline (mgr of F&B) she noticed that we had been sitting for sooo long in the lobby And came over and offered to bring us a glass of water. Due to her kindness, we decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant and she came over again and checked on us & our guests. The front desk staff (especially Geoff) could use a few lessons in hospitality from her. Btw, the food was great at the restaurant.

I had changed my reservation through Expedia, however, upon arrival at the hotel, they had no record of the updated reservation. Even with a confirmation number and proof of payment, the staff took a long time to get us checked in, first saying check in was not available until hours later due to the Expedia mix up. Not a great experience, otherwise the property is beautiful snd new, great location also.

This hotel property was beautiful. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. It is not near the busy shopping district in downtown Scottsdale though- if that is what you are looking for. It is about a 30 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor.

Excellent stay! My husband and I were meeting with friends and the location was convenient right off the highway. The hotel is beautiful! The room and balcony was awesome and the bed so comfortable. We chose a rate with breakfast included. The food was fresh and the staff friendly. Parking was easy and included in the parking garage.

This Hilton was just opened 2 years ago and was set back from Phoenix proper. It was quiet and nice, set off from the highway, but easy access to everything. If you like the quiet within a city, stay there now, because it looked like there are plans to build more hotels around then& then you won’t get the great views and quiet within the city.

Great new facility! Convenient location. Note that there is a large construction site just north of the hotel. Quietest rooms are likeley the south side of the west wing.

This hotel was top-notch. From the minute you walk in the door, you are always greeted. You feel welcomed and appreciated. The on-site restaurant and bar is convenient and serves elevated food and beverages. Heading back from a conference? Instead to searching around town, you can head back to your hotel and finish up your day with food and drinks. It was too cold to utilized the outside patio but it provides quite a bit of seating and ambiance. Also too cold for the pool, but it was pretty to look at and I can envision it a place to hang out with warmer weather. There is a coffee bar in the morning. It's not a Starbucks but everything about it is Starbucks. It was nice to have in the morning The hotel room was basic, spacious and comfortable. This was convenient to the Barrett Jackson auction. We will be staying there next year.

For the most part it was great. Downside--live music is just too loud. We wanted to get out of the restaurant as we could. Chicken was excellent, fish and chips..eh ok Drinks were good!
