The location was good, but the hotel itself felt worn down and when it rained the roof was leaking in our room. The bathroom always smelled bad, so that was another let down.

The room was large and beds very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and beach was opposite with good independent restaurants .

Perfect location . The most beautiful beach is in Sri Lanka is right across the street. Spacious rooms, with plenty of towels for each individual.

I had top floor and the view of Mirissa beach was spectacular! Location is excellent, right across the road from the beach and surrounded by heaps of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was excellent and had plenty of variety, good mix of western and local cuisine. Few minor issues but not enough to lose a full star for this review, perhaps 4.5 stars if you made it this far. Would stay again if i could secure a high floor, room 506 is prime!
