The staff was sensational. Miquel was helpful in many ways. The views from the terrace / garden of the castle were breath-taking. Only 5 minute walk to the castle. And only 5 minute walk the other direction to the cathedral and old town square.

A wonderful hotel in easy walking distance to the Alcazar, Cathedral Square and the Aqueduct. A beautiful hotel, our room was very comfortable and spotless with a lovely outlook over the city walls. Breakfast was excellent with something for everyone. Onsite parking is fabulous and was fairly straightforward navigating the old city. We spent 3 bights and really enjoyed our stay.

I gennem snævre gader ankommer man til hotellet. Indkørslen til garagen under hotellet er på anden adresse, den burde stå i kørselsvejledning. Dejligt lille hotel, nær på det hele.

Comme indiqué précédemment difficultés pour nous rendre à l'hôtel situé dans une rue étroite de la vieille ville mais une fois rendus au garage de l'hôtel tout a été parfait. Chambre fonctionnelle, complète et impeccable , petit dej nickel, personnel à l'écoute. Intérieur de l'hôtel, avec petit jardin , très plaisant. Bref très satisfaits. Driving in Segovia is a nightmare. This is one of the only hotels that has onsite parking. Through my own mismanagement I failed to reserve parking and had it not been for the efforts of the front desk staff I probably would have had to forfeit the second day of our stay. Fortunately, the hotel was able to accommodate me. The hotel is remarkably modern considering its location. It is clean and within walking distance of some nice restaurants.

The hotel locates in the center of the old city in a quiet alley. Clean and tastefully decorates. The rooms are comfy and warm. The receptionist helped us with all our questions with a smile. I would definitely return.

Excellent location. Great view of the Alcazar and valley. Rooms were comfortable but wish they had more pillows. Very clean. Our air conditioner didn’t work. The worker said the air conditioner was off but it worked in my parents room so not sure if it wasn’t on or it was broken.

O hotel me desapontou um bocado. Ficamos três noites. O primeiro quarto que pegamos exalava um cheiro forte, pedimos para trocar e fomos muito bem atendidos. O segundo quarto também tinha um cheiro de esgoto e era super quente, mesmo sendo inverno. Para completar o sistema de ar condicionado estava desligado por ser inverno. Nos deram um ventilador, mas não tinha tomada que permitisse ligá-lo a uma distância adequada. Dormimos todos os dias com a janela aberta. E para piorar tudo desligaram também o secador de cabelo então tive que sair de cabelo molhado com a temperatura de 6 graus. O Café da manhã é estilo buffet e é muito bom. O valor cobrado no estacionamento foi o mais caro que pagamos na Espanha.

Our room had a wonderful view of the Alcazar which you could enjoy from the balcony of the room. The room was very nice and updated. The hotel was conveniently located to the historic attractions which you could walk to. The Alcazar was just a three minute walk away.

Very nice room although for some reason the A/C would cycle off at night and I would wake up hot. I am not sure how it was regulated. Breakfast was not included but I think the cost was ~9E. I did not find the staff particularly friendly and one of the desk attendants on the evening shift seemed particularly surly. When we checked in he provided very little in the way of advice or commentary and during our second night he was even more unfriendly. Perhaps because we were not Spanish and spoke very limited Spanish? The property was nice and the other members of the staff were nice enough but generally I wouldn't say they went out of their way to be helpful. Also, be prepared to pay for everything extra including water.

The front desk manager was extremely helpful on the phone getting us to the hotel. Our GPS wasn’t working correctly and he was able to get us directions to the hotel. Above and beyond job!

I booked on Orbitz and paid for a room. I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM and was informed they had oversold their rooms and they had no accommodation for me. Given the late hour, and the fact that they had not called me to inform me of this in advance, I was not able to find another hotel room in Segovia on short notice. I ended up sleeping in my car. It was a disaster.

This is a lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the Alcazar, and a short walk to the Roman Aqueducts and the ancient Jewish quarter. The hotel is situated between two parallel roads, one of which was being re- surfaced whike we were there, but workmen were helpful in allowing us access. A playground is nearby for those with kids.

Hotel location was excellent for the things we wanted to see, could walk everywhere, all the staff very friendly and helpful, good self service breakfast was good value for money and we were glad we decided to include it. Parking was difficult to find, but following signs to the Alcazar will get you there.

天黑了才到的塞哥维亚，吃了烤乳猪后才去的酒店。定的是带阳台的房间，前台误给了朝内的房间，交涉后很快给调换过来了。房间设施稍简单，但阳台的风景很棒，可看到不远处的“迪士尼”城堡和田野风光。早餐是自助的，9欧元一个人，酒店的性价比超高。早晨惊讶地看到一堆热气球从田野处升起。早餐后从酒店附近的路下到河边的草坪仰望了迪士尼城堡，上来（不用走回头路）又参观了城堡内部（10点才开门），回到酒店休息一会儿后12点才退的房。
