Dog friendly and convenient walk to old town. Staff friendly. Large room, quiet and had a decent size bath. Great buffet breakfast. Hotel provided dog bed and treats! Staff helpful and recommend a good eatery ( El Trebol).

Très bonne première impression qui s’est dégradé avec la qualité de la literie qui ne permet pas de bouger sans réveiller sa partenaire. Le pire, être réveiller à 1H du matin pour déplacer ma voiture garer sur la place prévue et payé 15€ car un autre client avait du mal à se garer. Dur à digérer lors que mon déplacement n’a servi à rien… Pour finir sur un point positif : le petit déjeuné est très bon.

El hotel estaba impecable desde el suelo hasta el techo. Personal super amable y facilitador. La habitacion enorme con bañera y ducha y sobre todo algo que siempre me queje de otros hoteles. Una habitacion con dos butacas. Siempre me he encontrado la habitacion doble con solo una silla y ha sido una alegria tener dos butacas en la habitacion.

A equipe teve boa vontade, porém, o hotel apesar de ter um prédio lindíssimo , está muito precário e precisando de reformas. Reservamos dois quartos q deveriam estar próximos mas um deles estava com um cheiro horrível de esgoto, ao trocar o outro estava com cheiro de cigarro, outro com uma cama muito ruim, e por fim, ficamos em outro andar longe de nossos filhos e em um quarto sujo e empoeirado O café da manhã é bom .

Le hall d'entrée est sympa, par contre je ne sais pas si c'est parce qu'on venait via expédia ou pas mais nous avons eu une chambre très ancienne et sale. Il y avait des poils dans la baignoire et les joints des murs était très abîmés, moisi et noir. Le prix de la chambre n'étais pas cher mais ce n'est pas une raison pour ne pas nettoyer correctement. De plus les radiateurs présents dans la chambre faisait limite peur. Une bonne rénovation s'impose ! Le parking ne donne pas directement dans l'hôtel on dois monter des marches avec les valises. Le restaurant de l'hôtel et ceux aux alentours sont très mal notés avec des commentaires qui dénoncent la fraîcheur des plats... Ça ne donne pas envie.

Tudo excelente! Uma sugestão seria melhorar o acesso do estacionamento ao hotel ou ter mais pessoas disponíveis para ajudar no transporte da mala, mas a estadia em si é excelente! Amamos o quarto que é super espaçoso e os funcionários do hotel, além de sua localização ótima! Outra sugestão, seria quanto aos utensílios do café da manhã, estavam alguns sujos e eram lentamente repostos, pois são poucas pessoas trabalhando. Todas MUITO atenciosas, porém no dia em que estive haviam muitos hóspedes para poucos funcionários.

Underground locked parking was great. Lots of restaurants around, fairly central to Toledo. Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Will be staying here again.

In a good location opposite the bullring with easy walking to the bus or train station and the old town. Room was spacious with separate seating area. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice of hot and cold food. Staff very friendly and helpful

Room fairly basic for a 4 star hotel, close to Toledo old city. Room was clean, bed good, breakfast superb, parking ok. Bit noisy but no real issue.

Bra läge till de äldre delarna av Toledo Har ni bil finns parkering, spärrad med bom på framsidan, tror det finns ett garage under också. En hundvänlig park strax intill. Ingen egentlig restaurang i huset, mer en pubmeny erbjuds.

Originally we had reservations at a different location, but they made it right and we actually got a place closer to where we wanted to be. Very nice staff and great food with their breakfast.

Camas comodisimas, desayuno bufet muy variado. No hay comedor . Al lado esta in Restaurante CALAMBITO muy recomendable. La situacion del Hotel muy comoda, 50 mts parada de bus.

Tudo excelente! Uma sugestão seria melhorar o acesso do estacionamento ao hotel ou ter mais pessoas disponíveis para ajudar no transporte da mala, mas a estadia em si é excelente! Amamos o quarto que é super espaçoso e os funcionários do hotel, além de sua localização ótima! Outra sugestão, seria quanto aos utensílios do café da manhã, estavam alguns sujos e eram lentamente repostos, pois são poucas pessoas trabalhando. Todas MUITO atenciosas, porém no dia em que estive haviam muitos hóspedes para poucos funcionários.

I had a reservation at the Sercotel Rinascimiento but they were undergoing renovations so they moved me to Sercotel Alfonso VI. However they did it wrong so my entire reservation was cancelled. I had to re-book at reception and Sercotel Alfonso VI was fine but the breakfast had no coffee machine that worked correctly so I just had instant coffee in my room. I would not recommend it
