Stayed 1 night

We booked a suite at The Kings Park Grand expecting a comfortable stay, but it turned out to be disappointing. The room layout was good with two sections and a spacious bathroom, but cleanliness could have been better. The main issue was repeated power failures throughout our stay. About an hour after check-in, the power went off. A technician came and fixed it temporarily, but it kept tripping again and again. In the evening around 7 PM, staff said it was fixed with a direct connection. However, when our dinner was delivered and we started eating, the power went off again. The technician returned and said some internal part was faulty. He was alone, and since the room was completely dark, I had to use my mobile flashlight to help him while he repaired it. It took around 30–40 minutes. Our food got cold, and the entire dinner experience was ruined. Even the TV was not working initially and had to be fixed. What disappointed us most was that no one from reception or management apologized. We paid around a good amount for one night and expected basic comfort. Breakfast was average, but plates and cups had visible soap stains. Overall, I felt I wasted my money and wish I had booked a different hotel.
