Nice property with good amenities. Room was clean and up to date. Pool, hot tub and sauna were all clean and pleasant. The breakfast is very basic but still adequate (no eggs, meat, or home fries). Breakfast included: Bagels and bread to toast, yogurt, instant oatmeal, cereals, juice, coffee, tea and fruit.

I recently enjoyed a 1 night stay at this lovely property. The room was spacious, clean, cozy and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, leather couch and fireplace (not that I needed it). The service was very friendly and helpful and the grounds were also very well maintained. Onsite there was a sports court for tennis, basketball and volleyball and sun loungers/benches and a hammock. I would definitely recommend this spot if you are looking for somewhere in this area.

Loved our stay at Dreamz Inn! Check-in was super friendly and quick, and they even gave us a basketball to use on their court (there’s also tennis, and they provide the equipment too). The backyard has such a nice countryside feel. Our room was super clean and comfy - the jet tub was a great bonus. We used the pool, hot tub, gym, and had the complimentary breakfast, and everything was spotless and really nice. Honestly a great spot for couples, families, or even solo trips. Would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful little off the beaten path property!! Clean, safe very quiet..easy parking and room access. Complimentary pop and water in your room fridge. Morning breakfast 😋 was simple but hit the spot. Butter and cream cheese were not frozen easily spreadable !! Excellent quality !! Spent the evening in the hot tub and salt water pool, had a morning infared sauna before breakfast Definitely hit all of our marks !! Well done Dreamz Inn !! Thank you Bryan and Shawna Rockefeller

Great place! Kind of in the middle of nowhere but probably the cleanest place I’ve ever spent the night in! Super friendly staff, decent breakfast and has great amenities like pool and basketball and tennis courts. Would definitely recommend! We will be back!

Great stop in Goderich for a reasonable price. Comfortable bed in a huge room. Nice to have a fridge with free water and pop. Lots of amenities including pool, sauna and hot tub and green space.

I witnessed the staff member use a Dustbuster to vacuum the tables in the breakfast area and then turn around and use the same machine to vacuum the floor and then he went over where you make your breakfast, your toast, etc. and use the Dustbuster again it was disgusting

Check-in was quick and easy. Premises clean and tidy. Room was welcoming and bright and clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean. Pool and hot tub were fabulous. Pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary snacks, pop and water. Staff was exceptionally friendly. We arrived late to (continental) breakfast and were reassured to enjoy and take our time. Beautiful grounds we enjoyed at end of night for a quiet nightcap. Can’t wait to make our way back to Goderich so we can stay again.

Very clean and well maintained property and welcoming staff. They were able to accommodate a late checkout for us. The pool is clean and warm - though shallow and with a step all around the perimeter - so no jumping at all is allowed for the kids. The sauna is very relaxing and the robes and slippers provided are a very nice addition. Mattresses have some kind of memory foam topper - if you’re not used to it, it’s a bit weird and gets really warm - we’re used to sleeping in a cooler room so it was uncomfortable. Washrooms are super clean with good water pressure in the showers. The mini fridge also has a separate mini freezer. Breakfast would benefit from having some non-dairy alternatives (like an oat milk) and an apple slicer as it’s practically impossible to slice an apple with a disposable plastic knife.

The cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed in. There was not a speck of dust on anything, even the plastic plants. Very quiet, we didn't hear a peep from any of the other guests. The saltwater pool and hottub are immaculate. The property is large and the rear yard is landscaped with several private seating areas spread about the property. There is even a baketball/tennis court. The only drawback was the limited breakfast. There was not a big selection and no hot food other than oatmeal and toast/bagels. It is located within 5 minutes of Goderich so if you want a heartier breakfast it is not far away.

Only things we didn’t like was that we only had the one night to be away and we forgot our bathing suits! Everything was lovely. The bed faced the fireplace. They had excellent lighting for reading in bed and something unique - a motion activated low light that came on when you went into the bathroom at night. We usually bring a nightlight when we are in hotels so this was fantastic idea. Just enough light so you didn’t have to turn the overhead light on.

Probably the biggest issues I had were within the room. When you book a room in a hotel and stay there, probably your main concern is getting a good nights sleep. In this hotel that was next to impossible. The room has a small fridge in it and every time the fridge started up you’d hear water dripping onto water, which was extremely distracting when all around the hotel is silent. The constant dripping could drive you mad. Then the air conditioner, which we put on had a ticking sound which also was extremely distracting and kept you awake. As a result, we had to turn the air conditioner off. The body soap and shampoo and conditioner, are attached vertically attached to the wall and to get the product out one has to squeeze these very hard non-pliable bottles which made it very uncomfortable and not easy to use Finally the office chair which was supplied for the desk was broken and wobbly, and I was unable to use it. However, I spoke to the manager and they did replace it for Definitely not a positive experience

Dreamz is a decent hotel , it’s a bit too colourful for my taste but for a night it’s fine . The only real complaint that I did not like about the room is it has no dark out blinds , so it’s crazy bright until it gets dark out and at sunrise bright again . Did not enjoy that aspect . Breakfast was mediocre

We knew there was going to be a power outage so we asked the manager on check in, he said he spoke to Hydro One and he said they said his business wouldn’t be affected. We woke up to no power so the manager fabricated the conversation with Hydro One. No breakfast in the morning, no lights in the room, it was very disappointing.

Very cute hotel. Some great amenities. Front counter and door is mostly unattended so don’t leave without your key. Stayed for 4 nights. No room service at all during my stay. Had to keep asking for towels, ran out of TP, had to ask for that. I am paying for service in a hotel, it’s what sets it apart from an Airbnb.

The hotel was lovely. The only draw back is location. It isn't handy to anything. You definitely have to drive to whatever you want. If you're the type of person that likes to be away from the busy downtown, especially during busy tourist time this hotel is pefect for you. You're basically in between of Godrich and Bayfield. The continental breakfast is just ok. The basics. The coffee machine is tricky and the coffee is ok. We just stayed one night and that's about all I would stay there. It did offer some nice features. Complimentary 2 bottles of water and pop. Bathrobes and slippers for you to use. Not a big hotel, but clean. The rooms are a good size, spacious. The luggage cart needs an overhaul. Tires were flat and not the easiest to handle.

If you have active kids this hotel is perfect for you. Basketball court, tennis court, large grassy lot for soccer and an indoor pool and hot tub. Very clean and well maintained, rooms and beds were great. Only downside but could also be an upside is it located 5k from Goderich so nothing to do close to the hotel. Breakfast was free and enough to get you going but you won't leave full.

Location is in farmland right on the highway but only 10 minutes to either Goderich or Bayfield so very convenient. Rooms quite large, comfortable, quiet and well laid out. Hotel is very clean and with a modern yet tasteful decor. Very friendly and attentive staff. Would highly recommend.
