Great hotel, amazing staff, luxurious feel to accommodation and common areas, great location. Definitely recommend

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all excellent without exception. The problem for me was the quality of the food. This is supposed to be an upmarket hotel but the food on offer, even in the 'speciality' restaurants, was poor and something I would expect to see in a much lower standard of hotel.

sehr freundlches Personal, kleiner Teil etwas unbeholfen aber bemüht Zimmer sehr geräumig, Wanne auf der Terrasse technisch nicht OK Alles sehr sauber und fortlafend gereinigt Buffet gute Auswahl, alles frisch und qualitativ OK Restaurantauswahl gut als "Royal" besondere Auswahl undf Pool mit 28 Grad und Süßwasser Ortstypische Abnutzung durch Ganzjahresbetrieb (Fassade könnte mal gestrichen werden) - Kanaren typisch Umgebung erfordert kein Auto - alles vorhanden Strand hervorragend Sportmöglichkeiten und Freizeit-Spass (Wassersport) direkt am Hotel wirlklich rundherum Gut+

The royal level needs more attention. As it is now it's just overpriced The Brazilian needs air-condition
