Excelente localização. Equipe atenciosa. Mesmo pegando o quarto de frente para a rua, não tivemos problema com barulho excessivo. Quarto tamanho normal. Banheiro amplo porém sem box ou cortina. À princípio pareceu estranho mas não foi problema. Nos forneceram taças e saca rolhas quando pedimos. Porém, não deixam nenhum copo à disposição no quarto, nem de plástico, útil para beber água ou tomar um remédio. Tb não houve reposição de sabonete líquido para banho, sendo que ficamos 4 noites.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful, the room is spacious and the location is fantastic. Just wished the emergancy number after 5pm could be reached also by whatsapp and not call only as one night we didn't have hot water after a long day of walking in the heat, and had no one to talk to since we only had internet package, so that was unpleasent, but other than that all was very good

The room was fine, & bathroom good, & balcony excellent. There was not adequate heat in cold night; could have used a glass and a non-bathroom trash can. Staff was very pleasant. San Antoni neighborhood is very good.

We were greeted with great kindness. One of our 3 arrived much earlier than check in and the staff was kind to get the room ready and let her drop off her bags. The larger bed was comfortable and the personal patio was a nice addition to the larger community patio. Easy location to get a taxi and get everywhere in Barcelona with ease. A mini fridge would have made it a 5 star review!

We enjoyed our stay there...it would have been handy to have a small bin in the bedroom.. but that's only a small suggestion to improve it... The receptionist was really helpful & friendly

Mysigt och välbeläget hostel. Lite slitet. Rummet var litet och sängen för stor för rummet men det var rent med dagliga städningar. Snålt med duschtvålen och varken handtvål till handfatet eller schampo erbjöds. Ingen kyl eller frys fanns i rummet. Inte heller en redig AC men fastighetsventilationen var tillräcklig. Rummet hade inga fönster mot gatan och kändes lite klaustrofobiskt. Fantastisk personal!

We got bedbugs on this Hostal! The staff was really unhelpful and didn’t seem to care at all. We had to sleep one more night in the room before checking out the next day because we couldn’t reach anyone working even though we messaged and called them several times (reception close at 5). Beside that, room number 2 was nothing like the pictures, no daylight, the bed was horrible to sleep in and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything and everyone all the time. Would not recommend this accommodation to anyone!!

Pros: The receptionist was wonderful. She was the only good positive of this stay. Cons: everything was very dusty and dirty, and the room terrace was unusable. The reception has limited hours, which causes both checkin and checkout problems. The neighborhood is near two metro lines but not the nicest (cleanest). It's very expensive for what it is. Recommendation for those considering their Barcelona stays: everything central is pricey and subpar (unless you really can afford high-end), and the central areas are super crowded. So consider staying in a hotel slightly off the center but on the metro line since the major attractions are spread out anyhow and you will need to use public transport.

Terrible 3 person room was dirty and woke covered in bedbug bites. Shower was broken and did not work. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Needed to spend hours with Orbitz to cancel our 2nd night and had to wash everything to get rid of bugs the next day. Found great hotel in Plaza Goya with 3 beds and balcony for half the cost that had interior garden and great shower/amenities. Wonderful staff at the other hotel. Would not recommend hotel balconis for anyone.

The bed was so HARD. the pillows were horrendous dirty pilled up. Honestly the worst bed in any hotel in my life. It was also very warm in the room. No ac controls and no fan.

It was not bad, but also not amazing. Our room wasn't that clean and one night we didn't have hot water. It was kinda hard to close the balkony door, but manageable. The service people were really nice and helpful and they tidy up the rooms everyday. The area was nice! Close to two metro lines and a Lidl. For a three day stay it was alright!

Walls are paper thin so would advise you bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Staff however was very nice and helpful. Location is pretty good. Both walkable and near public transport. The only issue for us were past comments about bed bugs which made us nervous to sleep there. We did end up walking away bite free so I think this issue has been resolved

Clean room and good/safe location , however didn’t like that we could hear every room around us - even until the early hours of the morning. The wifi didn’t work and I barely had my own service. The staff at the desk also tried to make us pay for the tourist tax with cash - on two occasions as we didn’t have cash the first time. We did not want to pay with cash

The Informationofficer from Poland, was one of the best i ever met. She was so nice and told us so much intresting things. We like her very much. Don't take the rooms to the street with balkony. It was so loud that you thought that you sleep on the street.

Great value for the cost. Modest, clean accommodations for travelers like me that just need a good bed to rest and a decent bathroom. Very well located just 2/3 blocks off the Aerobús stop and closer to the metro station. We saw public busses also pass by frequently but didn’t use them. Toward the south of the hotel is an immigrant area of town, very culturally diverse. Towards the north (Gran Via) more traditional Spanish vibes. We noticed a lot of young college aged people around. I think there is a University nearby. It is not perfect. Bathroom shower door had a strange design that allow for water to easily splash of bathroom floor and A/C as I come to learn is customary here, will keep room fresh but not cold as some of us from US expect. It was not uncomfortable but it was different from expectations. I would recommend it.

Terrible 3 person room was dirty and woke covered in bedbug bites. Shower was broken and did not work. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Needed to spend hours with Orbitz to cancel our 2nd night and had to wash everything to get rid of bugs the next day. Found great hotel in Plaza Goya with 3 beds and balcony for half the cost that had interior garden and great shower/amenities. Wonderful staff at the other hotel. Would not recommend hotel balconis for anyone.

She was always happy and smiling to see us. We ate at Amigo’s just across the street, at her recommendation, and loved the experience. Close to the Metro, and very walkable to a lot of the sites.

The Informationofficer from Poland, was one of the best i ever met. She was so nice and told us so much intresting things. We like her very much. Don't take the rooms to the street with balkony. It was so loud that you thought that you sleep on the street.

We were greeted with great kindness. One of our 3 arrived much earlier than check in and the staff was kind to get the room ready and let her drop off her bags. The larger bed was comfortable and the personal patio was a nice addition to the larger community patio. Easy location to get a taxi and get everywhere in Barcelona with ease. A mini fridge would have made it a 5 star review!

Excelente localização. Equipe atenciosa. Mesmo pegando o quarto de frente para a rua, não tivemos problema com barulho excessivo. Quarto tamanho normal. Banheiro amplo porém sem box ou cortina. À princípio pareceu estranho mas não foi problema. Nos forneceram taças e saca rolhas quando pedimos. Porém, não deixam nenhum copo à disposição no quarto, nem de plástico, útil para beber água ou tomar um remédio. Tb não houve reposição de sabonete líquido para banho, sendo que ficamos 4 noites.

Pros: The receptionist was wonderful. She was the only good positive of this stay. Cons: everything was very dusty and dirty, and the room terrace was unusable. The reception has limited hours, which causes both checkin and checkout problems. The neighborhood is near two metro lines but not the nicest (cleanest). It's very expensive for what it is. Recommendation for those considering their Barcelona stays: everything central is pricey and subpar (unless you really can afford high-end), and the central areas are super crowded. So consider staying in a hotel slightly off the center but on the metro line since the major attractions are spread out anyhow and you will need to use public transport.

Walls are paper thin so would advise you bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Staff however was very nice and helpful. Location is pretty good. Both walkable and near public transport. The only issue for us were past comments about bed bugs which made us nervous to sleep there. We did end up walking away bite free so I think this issue has been resolved

Great value for the cost. Modest, clean accommodations for travelers like me that just need a good bed to rest and a decent bathroom. Very well located just 2/3 blocks off the Aerobús stop and closer to the metro station. We saw public busses also pass by frequently but didn’t use them. Toward the south of the hotel is an immigrant area of town, very culturally diverse. Towards the north (Gran Via) more traditional Spanish vibes. We noticed a lot of young college aged people around. I think there is a University nearby. It is not perfect. Bathroom shower door had a strange design that allow for water to easily splash of bathroom floor and A/C as I come to learn is customary here, will keep room fresh but not cold as some of us from US expect. It was not uncomfortable but it was different from expectations. I would recommend it.
