It has a beautiful pool, off street parking, and daily cleaning service - sometimes not available since CoVid. It was quiet, friendly, and a great place for families. Only downside was need to drive/parking for boardwalk & restaurants - there are a couple restaurants in the area in a pinch.

The room was spacious & clean. The pool was nice too. The staff was excellent! They were friendly & informative. And the location was perfect. It was a short, easy drive to Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, where we spent most of our time. I would definitely recommend this hotel & would stay here again.

This property is so nice, very clean, the pool is excellent, the staff is amazing. They’re always so pleasant and so helpful and the rooms are so nice.! It was a great day and we will be back next year! I even left my bathing suit there and they mailed it to me 😊😊

Although this is an older motel, it has been extensively upgraded and is in good shape. The wonderful pool and adjacent area are relaxing after a day at the beach, which is only a few minutes walk away. Very quiet area, and there are three fine restaurants within a quick walk. Staff is helpful and they offer coffee all the time and bagels for breakfast. I highly recommend the Manor for a relaxing weekend on the shore!

Overall very nice. Only complaint is the floors were dirty, you could tell they were probably vacuumed but not mopped. And there was a weird stain on one of our blankets. Otherwise it was a very nice stay, bathroom was very clean and bed was comfortable. Tv had lots of channels. Staff was very friendly. About a 20ish minute walk to the boardwalk but only a few minute drive. Would stay again :)

The walls are so thin we can hear people talking in the next room. The shower was dirty and had mold on the floor and walls. While the location was nice for where we needed to be, the trains made it difficult to get a nights sleep.

The rating was based on expereince/ expectation per its price range. I expect a little more out of the price during the slow season. Little were provided (NO hair dryer, coffee maker or hotwater maker/ cheap soap & shampoo where you see from a one star motel). With that said, the room was clean and warm. The bed was comfortable.

It wasn't quite as bad as The Bates Motel but the staff was accommodating. A coffee pot in the room would have been nice. There was a not so cold fridge and the staff did bring a microwave upon request at no extra cost but it did blow the fuse when used. The room was clean but I would not stay here again.

This was my 2nd time in as many weeks staying there with my wifes service animal who the person at front desk met the 1st time. 2nd day SNOTTY manager pounded on my door like the cops and admonished me that i didnt tell them we had a dog so they could have stuck is in a worse room and TOLD ME im running your card for an additional $100 and left then other desk lady was snotty the rest of my stay. Location is great which is why it cost $250 a night which is fine but appreciate your guests

We always come here and we love it everyone so nice and friendly. wish they hire someone to cook. the one they had before was really good and is convenient to just buy and eat on site. overall very good .
