El desayuno pesimo muy limitado, cobraban aparte lo basico como el huevo, etc. El acceso estaba con terraceria, ensuciaba tu calzado, la puerta principal estaba dañada, en la habitacion, personal de servicio intentó entrar aun y cuando estaba el letrero de no molestar, yo me encontraba en el baño afortunadamente vestido, solo se disculpó y se fue. Pocas y malas conexiones para dispositivos.

We stayed at Las Dunas Hotel after trekking in Torres del Paine. The building itself could use a little upkeep, but the friendly staff and attentive service make up for it. While about 7 minutes away by car or 30 minute walk along the waterfront from the town centre, is literally steps away from the shores of Lago Argentino. The majority of the rooms have a view of the lake, the islands in it and the mountains behind it. There’s also a nearby trail where once can discover the flora and fauna. The massage was also a nice post-trek service that they provide, but must be booked the day before.

The hotel has a new and an old area. The new is remodeled and the pictures are the one you see when you make the reservation. The old area is dirty, the walls are cracked and stained as well as the cover sheets. There was a dead bug on the curtains. We changed hotels

O que realmente vale a pena no hotel é a vista. O café da manhã é bem ruim, mesmo para os padrões de hotéis argentinos. Não servem ovos, cobram a parte. Mas o que mais me incomodou no hotel é sua estrutura: apesar de reformado, tem umas rachaduras imensas nas colunas principais e também nas paredes no terceiro andar. Não fiquei tranquila enquanto estive lá

Let's start with saying that this hotel is good value for money and the views over Lago Argentino are great. The location allows you to walk to the town center in 35 to 40 minutes, but a taxi only cost 2000 ARS. The rooms are a nice size. Ours had an extra 1 person bed, but some also have a sitting corner. Unfortunately we didn't get one of the rooms with balcony, although the strong prevailing winds probably would lessen the use. The bathroom was also a good size. Unfortunately there is no shower curtain, only a small piece of glass.The result was water all over the floor. The breakfast buffet is very good. We didn't use the restaurant in the evening. There is a bar, but you have to ask at the reception for staff to come up there. We used the laundry service, which is relatively cheap, but our clothes came back smelling as if they had been left to dry in the kitchen. We made use of the massage service, again very good value for money. Overall, we had some communication issues but we enjoyed our stay and in the end that is what counts

El Hotel se encuentra en la orilla del lago con una vista increíble y muy buena instalaciones. En realidad está solamente a seis cuadras del centro de la ciudad y de los restaurantes bares entonces tienes lo mejor de los dos mundos.

Tienen 2 partes del hotel, una renovada y una antigua, en la reserva me dieron supuestamente un descuento, pero lo que no te dicen es que es para la parte vieja del hotel. La calefacción no se podía apagar, no tenía perilla, hacía mucho ruido y estaba muy caliente el cuarto. La ropa de cama percudida y un poco rota.

Hotel ubicado frente al Lago Argentino con una vista espectacular. Ubicado a unos 2.5 km del centro. Se puede ir caminando sin problema o por taxi que buen servicio x unos $5.00 a toda hora. El hotel requiere algo de mantenimiento y más acogedor. Pero está bien. Las excursiones te recogen y dejan en el Hotel.

No fue la mejor experiencia, - Habitación (115) con olor a caño - Baño sin ventilación ni extractor - No cumplieron, ni ofrecieron, ni comentaron los beneficios que se supone tenía como cliente Gold - Se es escuchan a través de un conducto de el baño todos los sonidos de la habitación contigua - Hotel aunq con mucho potencial, con varias deficiencias. - Internet desde que llegamos nos dijeron que no funcionaba, no sé qué tan común es eso. -Desayuno sencillo pero cumple -Personal en general cumple -Ducha mal diseñada, se sale toda el agua. Tomar en cuenta que en las fotos yo pensé que esta frente al lago, sin embargo aún que “si lo está” hay una calle y un mirador que los separan, aproximadamente 60 mts de distancia al lago, aunque si, las vistas igual son bonitas solo que con esa vialidad en frente.

Extremely expensive ($175/night) for what you get. The room had sewer smell and was not maintained properly. The balcony was nowhere close to what you see in the pictures. Room Furniture was in very poor condition. No fridge in room. No soap dish in bathroom. Breakfast was underwhelming. No covered parking.

Je déconseille cet établissement. La propreté laisse à désirer. Nous avons retrouvé des cheveux sur les deux oreillers. Puis, nous avons constaté une fuite au niveau du radiateur. Enfin, le ménage n'avait pas été fait: de la poussière partout. Quand nous nous sommes rendus à la réception pour demander une autre chambre ou bien que le ménage soit fait, la réceptionniste s'est montrée très peu coopérative. Elle nous a proposé une autre chambre modérant un coût supplémentaire. Chose que nous avons refusé bien entendu. Bien conscients que le prix de la nuitée est compétitif face aux établissements aux alentours, le minimum doit être fait. C'est-à-dire le ménage et des draps propres!

Que lastima del hotel por que es muy comodo y las instalaciones son limpias oero el personal es muy grosero. Je déconseille cet établissement. La propreté laisse à désirer. Nous avons retrouvé des cheveux sur les deux oreillers. Puis, nous avons constaté une fuite au niveau du radiateur. Enfin, le ménage n'avait pas été fait: de la poussière partout. Quand nous nous sommes rendus à la réception pour demander une autre chambre ou bien que le ménage soit fait, la réceptionniste s'est montrée très peu coopérative. Elle nous a proposé une autre chambre modérant un coût supplémentaire. Chose que nous avons refusé bien entendu. Bien conscients que le prix de la nuitée est compétitif face aux établissements aux alentours, le minimum doit être fait. C'est-à-dire le ménage et des draps propres!

We stayed at Las Dunas Hotel after trekking in Torres del Paine. The building itself could use a little upkeep, but the friendly staff and attentive service make up for it. While about 7 minutes away by car or 30 minute walk along the waterfront from the town centre, is literally steps away from the shores of Lago Argentino. The majority of the rooms have a view of the lake, the islands in it and the mountains behind it. There’s also a nearby trail where once can discover the flora and fauna. The massage was also a nice post-trek service that they provide, but must be booked the day before.

Hotel maravilhoso, em frente ao lago! Fiquei na suíte luxo, vista maravilhosa, restaurante e café no hotel! Calefação muito boa! A única coisa que me incomodou foram as entradas das tomadas que não eram compatíveis com meu carregador, mas o pessoal da recepção colocou me pawer bank para carregar! Amei.

This hotel is out of the town, far away from business area. But in front of lake Argentina and City Reservation Park. If you like bird watching or lake/natural views, this is a beatiful place to stay. I run a half marathon along the lake beach, it is the choice for outdoor sports lover.

Avoid at all cost- we stayed here for 3 nights and it was the biggest regret of this trip. Only the views are nice about this hotel. I don’t mind that it’s 3km from the town centre because Lago Argentino is beautiful. Everything else was an extortion 1. Iron- they don’t provide it, I was told I have to pay extra for laundry that would include ironing. 2. Hair dryer was broken on our first day. 3. They put is in room 101 which is on another side of the hotel- you have to walk out for 1 minute in the cold and wind. The key card wasn’t working my friend has to walk back outside into the reception and get it. 4. To eat breakfast you have to do the same- go out of the and walk in the cold and wind, such a hassle- I wouldn’t even call the breakfast basic, options weren’t any good, if you want eggs you have to pay extra 5. We asked for a different room for the day after when we spent a night in El Chalten, to be placed at the main hotel- there were triple rooms available online but we were told we have to change our booking online and pay- this I don’t understand for it was for another triple rooms and not an upgrade. In the end we stayed in the same room, 101. 6. It was pretty cold in the room and when we turned the heater on, it leaked with so much water the poor receptionist have to troubleshoot it and become an engineer for that night The experience has been so horrible, the worst hotel we’ve had in Chile and Argentina!! Would never book here again if if it’s the only hotel i

The lake and mountain View is gorgeous and the room is ver spacious. The bed is very nice. However, some of the electrical outlets did not work at all, the breakfast was poor too.

The view of my unit was over looking the laguna Argentino, which was a great view. Besides of the view, it didn't offer anything. I was disappointed with dining, the restaurant was closed and the breakfast had very little options. If you want have eggs, bacon or sausage, you have to pay for it. The free breakfast stuffs were bread, ham, cheese, slice fruits, and coffee. I don't it's worth of money.

Beautiful view from property. Staff seemed disinterested, and not overly happy to correct our booking to a twin room. Radiator in room broken/not functioning. No shuttle service to town, a bit far to walk 2kms return in the dark and cold conditions. Property restaurant dinner appeared to be reheated - not freshly made, food was not heated through and not very appealing. Breakfast was cold food only - extra charge for eggs.
