Kitchen only had a set of 4 dishes, and one small pot. No can opener, no paper towels, only 1 dishwasher tablet. Air conditioner was blowing cold air, but couldn’t maintain a temp of 74 in the summer. Workout room was closed and in disrepair.

The apts are bare minimum but works fine. The kitchen is great. Beds are bouncy if you have two people. Sheets are cheap and don't fit well. Love the courtyard in the middle and there is a BBQ. Not many restaurants in walking distance but there is a Target. Easy place though to take a walk. Clean though and it worked for one night. They only have one front desk staff and on the weekends they only come in 9-5. Week days are a little longer. But very friendly.

Spacious apartment! This hotel has large rooms, 2 big TVs and a full kitchen. There was a nice common courtyard as well but we didn't get too use it because of bad weather. My only criticism is that there is no ice maker on the property (there are ice trays in the freezer but that's not useful if you are staying only one night or have warm drinks with you when you arrive). Would definitely stay here again.

Parking was simple , the front desk agent Reginae was amazing. Very kind and welcoming the perfect person to be at a front desk welcoming guests! I was amazed how nice the property was and i loved how secure it was and cannot access the actual inside of the hotel without a room key . The actual room was spacious and i appreciate the separation of the living room and bedroom when traveling with my toddler. It allowed us to be separate while our family slept . Wil stay again 100%

I did not see any staff; however, the response via text was prompt. The room was clean. However, there was a stain on one of the bed sheets. There was no extra sheet or cover to use the pullout bed in the living room. There was also just one cup; despite the booking being for 3 guests, there were 3 of us. There were no plates and no dishwashing liquid. I mentioned this because the previous stay and another location had these items. Other than that, everything was great.

Nice hotel and concept. The room is spacious but the tubs are small and the floors, bedside lamps, shower curtain, sofas, dishes, and bar stool chairs were DIRTY!! It smelt wet or like sitting water in my room.

I stayed here while attending a workshop. It was pretty clean and convenient. In the room, there was a moldy coffee packet in the coffee maker, the living room TV had no picture, and the keypad, while it worked, was broken on the inside. Definitely not a 5-star hotel, but it was cheap and not sketchy.

Very clean and new. my only suggestion is that a safety bar be installed in the shower/tub insert, i am fairly young and healthy and getting into the tub was high and once inside the floor was slippery and there is nothing to hold onto

Loved the apartment style concept for extended stay (4 nights). If there was a downside it would be the noise from the amove room, it sounded like kids were running around all day/evening. Amenities included dish ware and table setting for 4, a small skillet, a 2qt pot and 2qt deep skillet and toaster. Brought some additional cooking supplies from home after reading other reviews to cut down on eating out for all meals. Tons of shopping and restaurants close by, 5 min drive. Target, Walmart, fast food down the road and sit down restaurants. There’s an open patio in the middle for guests that has patio furniture and grill for use. Would definitely look for more facilities like this for stays over 2 nights. Pricing was great, was nice to have two rooms, each had a large tv. The living/kitchen area was comfortable for hanging out.

My stay was good the only problem was that the internet went out for 3 days! The woman at the front desk tried her best to get it back on but it wasn’t her fault it was the companies fault. This was my only issue.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Be aware that the hours are very limited. We left before anyone was at the desk and arrived after staff had left. I had asked for extra towels when we arrived, so we were fine, but make sure to be prepared and read about the self check-in.

Lynn at The front desk was fabulous! She works hard to make sure that guests are well taken care of. The internet went out due to a lightning strike and she had to manually do everything. She had a wonderful disposition as well. Janice is her backup. They demonstrated good teamwork!

Staff checked in with me prior to the trip to inquire about arrival time and the check-in procedure itself was fast and easy. Front desk staff was very friendly! The room is very spacious and definitely had an apartment feel. Very clean and well-maintained.

Great place to stay for events at Orion Amphitheater! Had everything we needed and very convenient location. The kitchen was great for our four night stay. Having a separate sleeping area was really helpful.
Great place to stay for events at Orion Amphitheater! Had everything we needed and very convenient location. The kitchen was great for our four night stay. Having a separate sleeping area was really helpful.

Was in town with friends for an event at the Orion Amphitheater, and arrived after a long drive. The stayAPT Suites was such a welcome, perfectly appointed, and comfortable spot! The suite was spacious and clean, with super comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and professional also.

Solid little hang. If you want to be in the cut in Huntsville this is a great spot. I’d suggest over by the main event for if you want more access to more touristy shops and what not.

Cleanliness ,quiet, modern interior and in a great area . One suggestion is providing some more appliances to use otherwise I enjoyed my stay as a first time guest. I’ll be back and will refer to friends 👍

The staff was friendly. I booked 2 queen beds with sofa bed but was given a king bed with sofa bed. They said that you get what is available. This is not what was expected-I would have booked another hotel or vacation rental if I had known. Be aware that you get a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven but there is no soap (for the kitchen) or kitchen towel. You get bath soap and shampoo but no conditioner.

I love this place, it is my "go-to" when staying in Huntsville, whether one night or several. I prefer to make my own meals, to save money and more importantly eat healthy fresh food. The gym is very small but early in the morning it is usually empty. The neighborhood is quite. Internet and television service all work perfectly.

Guest services were friendly, professional and efficient. Things I would like to see: dimmer lighting option in bathroom - bathing felt like an interrogation shower. A nightlight for the bathroom. Midnight potty break is either hit or miss in the dark, or again, an interrogation-level event. Creamer in the lobby to go with the coffee station!! Love the layout of the unit; not mission critical, but it would be nice to have a pocket door to separate kitchen/living area from the sleeping area in case some members of the party are sleeping (children) while others are cooking/visiting etc. Lastly, and this is something that just kills me: the smoke alarm has a green LED that flashes every 6 seconds. Ask me how I know. You don’t notice it until the lights are out. And then gahhh. Bring an eye mask!!

The apts are bare minimum but works fine. The kitchen is great. Beds are bouncy if you have two people. Sheets are cheap and don't fit well. Love the courtyard in the middle and there is a BBQ. Not many restaurants in walking distance but there is a Target. Easy place though to take a walk. Clean though and it worked for one night. They only have one front desk staff and on the weekends they only come in 9-5. Week days are a little longer. But very friendly.

We live staying here. The fact that it had a sitting area and mini kitchen was wonderful for our group. We will definitely choice Stayapt again if one near are destination.

Loved the apartment style concept for extended stay (4 nights). If there was a downside it would be the noise from the amove room, it sounded like kids were running around all day/evening. Amenities included dish ware and table setting for 4, a small skillet, a 2qt pot and 2qt deep skillet and toaster. Brought some additional cooking supplies from home after reading other reviews to cut down on eating out for all meals. Tons of shopping and restaurants close by, 5 min drive. Target, Walmart, fast food down the road and sit down restaurants. There’s an open patio in the middle for guests that has patio furniture and grill for use. Would definitely look for more facilities like this for stays over 2 nights. Pricing was great, was nice to have two rooms, each had a large tv. The living/kitchen area was comfortable for hanging out.

If you’re looking for plush, a bar or a pool…this is not your place! BUT, if you’re looking for a great value, spacious suite with a full kitchen, large bathroom, cleanliness and a comfy bed…this is the place! Very good experience.

Overall we had a great stay at this hotel. It was very conveniently located near shops and restaurants, with excellent parking. Our room was very clean and well maintained. Really liked having the kitchen. The only issues I had which brings my rating down to 4 stars is, I’m 60 years old and not the most tech savvy. The digital key and self check in took a bit to figure out. I ended up asking for a physical card key which made the stay much easier for me. Also the pots and pans in the kitchen were well worn and quite burnt, our food kept sticking even with oil. Otherwise a great apartment for a short stay. We were there for 3 days.

Non working lights. No internet for days so no way to work or even watch anything from my laptop. No way to work here. There was only lights in front and bathroom. No shower curtain. The coffee maker glass vessel plastic top was broken. Not very helpful staff as they blamed others for all the problems. I cannot recommend this place if you plan to work. The work chair was really low quality with plastic bits coming off. The phone did not work either and if you need emergency then it isn’t easy to call 911. I would have thought that as a health code violation. I won’t be back, esp with no internet.
