Friendly staff but hotel room was very dirty incluiding the sheets. Made the beds sloppy did not throw away garbage the last two days of my stay. I won’t be staying there when i return to israel. Gave a two star because some staff was very friendly besides that the hotel stay wasn’t nice especially for the price i paid.

Great hotel close to Jaffa gate. Delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay again the next time I'm in Jerusalem.

Great location but entrance is up an alleyway with difficult to see sign. The manager is first class, very helpful and friendly. Interesting history and character of the building. Breakfast is excellent. Good size room. Quite a bit of street noise at busy Jaffa Gate. Bed only a double not a queen and hard. Top sheet was for a smaller bed. Lots of stairs and only a luggage elevator for first level.

The hotel was amazing. The staff there was awesome location was perfect. I will stay there again when I go back to Jerusalem.
