Wow what a hotel!! Location 10/10! Everything on your doorstep and the skyline of the cyber city was breathtaking (we were on the 37th floor). Room was as you’d expect for a 5* but importantly they had a number of added luxury extras that made it even more special. Staff were helpful and were able to accommodate our requests for hotel transfers and dietary needs. The roof top pool is a must so give that go too!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and efficient throughout my visit. The breakfast had a very good selection with plenty of choices to enjoy each morning. The room is very big n linen very fresh n clean. The top floor restaurant 川上 food is delicious too. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to everywhere I needed to go. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
