Overall is good. Service is nice. The staff is enthusiastic and kind. There is one thing I would like to mention. We booked a "two bed + one sofa bed" room and indicated we have 2 adults and 2 children. However, the room supplies are all for 3 persons. Extra supplies are sent to us after communication but it is a little inconvenient for us. There are washing machines in 9F but the amount is not enough. It is always occupied. Hope you can increase the numbers of washing machines if possible.

Great hotel. Nice room. Huge public bath which open till 1am. You can also monitor the congestion level of the bath via the TV. Apparently they have massage service but I didnt have time to try and it is till quite late and cheap too. Just excellent hotel IMO

In a very convenient location, located on the 9-12th floor of Amu Plaza. Hotel looks very new. Only complaint is there was limited parking lots near the direct lift access to the hotel unless you park further and have to lug your luggages thru the shopping mall. Best to message the hotel for the map for direct lift access parking lots before your trip. There is a Nepresso coffee machine near the public bath.

On 18 Dec morning, after eating breakfast, I used the public female toilet on the lobby floor. I didn’t pay attention to the floor condition and stepped on a feces. This was a terrible , disgusting experience which I wouldn’t have imagined happening in a four-star hotel! I spent 15 minutes cleaning my shoes. I immediately expressed my disappointment and frustration to the staff in the front desk. Apart from expressing sympathy and apologies, the staff did nothing. I’s shocked there was not any compensation from the hotel until I checked out on 19 Dec. This is the worst hotel accommodation experience ever!!!

Absolutely love Blossom hotel chains and Kumamoto's branch didn't disappoint as well. Staff is always ready to help out, room keeping was done impeccably and the location of the hotel is great with bus stations and JR trains right below. The only thing I wish was better was the wifi. It's definitely too slow and having stayed in other Blossom chains, I know it can be better.

Pros: Located right smack outside the tram station, subway which is really convenient when I arrived from Hakata. The Toyota rent a car is also near the area so easy to pick up. Staffs were friendly, rooms are clean. sufficient amenities like shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste. Beside the Amu Plaza which is really convenient for shopping, except that everything closes at 8PM. Bed was really comfortable, I had a good sleep. My room faced the mountain view which I'm grateful for. Cons: Small rooms, I booked Moderate double room and it's really small, I have big luggages so it's a bit squeezy. My room faced the subway station so sometimes you can hear the announcement but it's not very loud but it might be light uncomfortable to people who are very sensitive to sounds.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parked at the basement at the hotel and was given a QR code to discount the parking to 1,000 yen (go in once) or parked at Car Park 1 at the JR station (can go in/out multiple times) at 1,000 yen (with validated ticket from hotel reception). Dinner at the restaurant was very nice and prices reasonable (20% discount for hotel guests). Enjoyed our stay.

We love THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO! We were stunned by how beautiful and elegant this hotel is when we walked into the lobby. The facility is top notch and the staff are friendly and helpful. Location-wise, it is above the Amu Plaza right next to the Kumamoto train station. You can find plenty of shopping and dining options around this are. Plenty of famout restaurants have branches in Amu Plaza and Higo Yokamon Ichba Market. If you would like to stay in a hotel in Kumamoto close to the station, THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO is the best choice.

An average experience. No free room upgrade provided. Staff forgot to provide vip perks until the next day. Was asked to pay for a dinner fee when I did not opt for any dinners. It was probably recorded incorrectly to my room number. Not very elder friendly as well as there’s quite a distance from the mall to the hotel. And you got to change to different lifts in order to access to the lobby.

総じて大変満足到着時の挨拶、チェックイン時の対応、周囲のスタッフの声掛け客室の設備、クオリティ共用部の設備、クオリティ満足しました。強いて言うなら、大浴場について私物を持参する方も多いと思う（シャンプー、髭剃り、洗顔料、サウナグッズ等）が置場が無いので、掛け湯と洗い場の間の壁面などにラックを設置してはどうでしょうか。（転倒防止でアンカー固定か、壁面へ目線高さでの取付等）あとはサウナ利用者は都度水分補給をしに脱衣所へ行くが床マットが入口のみの配置の為、水を飲む度に全身を拭きあげて給水場所へ行く必要がある。マットを給水場所への動線に敷き並べられないか。水風呂が無い所は唯一残念な所ではあったが、総合的に最高で文句なし次回以降、熊本市内の宿泊は其方一択で利用させていただきたいです。

One of the best stays in the whole of Japan. The staff were so helpful, from the first step into the property they treat you like a 5* guest. Checkin was super simple, and they even do bookings on your behalf. Access to the station is next door, and the bus stops and trams are just outside. You get a free gift for your stay from a shop in Amu plaza just downstairs. Breakfast had a variety of Japanese and western. Everything felt like luxury. We would return in a heartbeat. Thanks for an unforgettable stay.

綺麗なホテルで駅のすぐそばで、ホテルにモールが併設されているので、ちょっとした空き時間も有効に使え、便利でした。観光のお得な移動手段もガイドして下さり、対応も満足でした。エスプレッソマシーンがあってフレーバーもいくつかあり、コーヒー好きなので、そのサービスも嬉しかったです。荷物をチェックイン、チェックアウト後も受付ではない場所にセルフの預かりスペースが設けられており、それも良いなと感じました。

Hotel was great and service was excellent but the location was inconvenient vis-à-vis the points of interest in the city unless you had a car (luckily we did). Rooms are spacious and the public baths are good. It’s a bit of a faff going through the car park, then the mall, to then get to the hotel; but you get used to it after a day - however if you have children or elderly people in your group, it would be massively inconvenient just based on the amount of walking and navigation you need to do to get yourself to the hotel from the parking lot and back. So we would probably not stay here next time due to the location and inaccessibility.

Room, hotel staff and facilities were absolutely brilliant. Beautiful room. A lovely place to stay! The hotel is above a plaza with plenty of shopping and food and right next to Kanazawa station and the Kumamoto Tram. You are slightly away from central Kumamoto so if you’re looking for more local eats and to walk around you have to take the short tram in (or bus)

What’s fantastic hotel. Amazing staff, so helpful, we felt very pampered. We had two corner rooms,(well worth the small premium). One room had views of the bullet trains coming and going, plus sunset vistas. The other room had great views of the city and we saw a spectacular sunrise. The only issue we had was the restaurant in the evening, the food was disappointing and our order was incomplete and we were brought the wrong wine. The wine was resolved quickly, given the quality of the food we didn’t bother chasing up the missing dish The breakfast on the other hand was very good, great choice, both local and continental Fantastic parking and we loved the concession price Overall a fantastic stay, that was brilliant value for money in a great location
