Fint inrett hotell med trevlig personal. Finns många saker att underhålla sig med på hotellet: golfsimulator, shuffleboard, pingisbord, yatzy eller bara ta en kaffe eller drink i loungen. Avslappnad atmosfär. Trevlig frukost med det man förväntar sig ska finnas plus lite mer (vi saknade dock riktig Nutella). Badrummet hade, liksom rummet i sig, en otrolig utsikt men saknade helt insynsskydd. Man kände sig därför väldigt exponerad vid toalettbesöken och duschandet. I övrigt är vi mycket nöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka igen.

Mycket trevligt hotell med familjär känsla även om det är stort. Överlag en lite mer avkopplande känsla än många andra stora hotell. Trevligt spa och god frukost. Poolen på våning 3 är fullpackad med folk från tidig morgon om det är fint väder.

Jacy’s is the cool place to stay and hang out. Very young and trendy vibe. Pool area outside very popular with the locals and residents. Didn’t have time to try the spa sadly as there were time slots and ours didn’t fit with our plans. Reception was slow! Only 2 people on the desks and lots checking in and locals paying to use the outdoor pool. More staff required at busy times. Parking in underground lot next door. Pay asap through the app as they are quick to give you a ticket. The app doesn’t recognise UK number plates, so we struggled and ended up with a parking ticket. The hotel were not helpful to assist with this as they are not associated with the parking apps. Rooms are small, but have a very comfortable bed. Great cocktails served downstairs. Included breakfast was excellent, lots of choice (including chilli con carne?!) The restaurant upstairs is excellent, we had a lovely meal with attentive service and a great view. Overall a good stay and would visit again if coming to Gothenburg.

From check in to last day it was impeccable, staff where so kind and helpful, rooms where beautiful, spotlessly clean and so aesthetic, the spa was insane, if you do anything, just go do this spa, absolutely incredible! The pools/saunas/atmosphere/staff/food/drinks everything was just incredible!

Receptionisterna 5/5. Vilket välkomnande och service 👌 Frukostpersonalen var inte lika trevliga. Sa inte godmorgon, var mer upptagna med att skoja och prata med varandra, plockade inte undan smutsiga tallrikar trots 45 min ståendes på vårt bord gick de förbi flera gånger med tomma brickor. Många glas var sönder i kanterna där man dricker. Smutsiga kaffekoppar och en del sprickor. All övrig personal både bar och pool club var väldigt trevliga och serviceminded. Fin inredning i rummet, mysiga korridorer med tavlor, upplyst för trygghet och loungemusik. Roligt med bl a pingisbord och biljard. Var en rolig upplevelse att få besöka Jacy's. Däremot frukostbuffén finns det många hotell som har godare, fräschare och större utbud. Förväntade mig mer av Jacy's gällande frukostupplevelse och renlighet på rummet. Ex. vår sänggavel var lite sönder, fläckiga mattor, lösa toaletthållare, papperskorgen på toaletten var inte ens tömd utan låg tidigare gästens binda, smutsig handfat och kran. Stort minus att inte hotellet bjuder på kaffe vid receptionen. Radisson, First hotel, Strawberry, Profile hotel, Tylösand, Skeppsholmen osv gör det.

Allt var perfekt under vår vistelse på Jacy’z Hotel förutom en mycket obehaglig situation med en av vakterna. Han frågade mig och min tjej om vi bodde på hotellet och bad oss visa vårt hotellkort, trots att det fanns många andra personer runt omkring. Det kändes utpekande och väldigt obekvämt för oss. Efter detta upplevde vi dessutom att han fortsatte stirra på oss varje gång vi rörde oss i området, vilket gjorde att vi kände oss ännu mer otrygga och illa till mods. Det påverkade tyvärr vår upplevelse negativt, trots att allt annat var på topp. Vi förstår att det är hans uppgift att ha koll men det ska vara på rätt sätt!

This hotel and the customer service is awful, i got a parking ticket as they di not advise me on the parking requirements at the hotel despite me asking 3 times. Once i got the fine they were no help in trying to get it overturned. Awful experience, first time in 10 years of business i have had such a bad experience!

Fantastisk hotell! Standard hotellrom var små, men det gjorde ingenting når det er så nytt og fresht. Husk å forhåndsbooke tid i bassenget hvis man ønsker å benytte seg av spaet. Dette var ikke vi klar over, og var dessverre da fullt da vi var der. Hotellet ligger litt på utsiden av sentrum, ca 20 minutter å gå inn til sentrum.

This place is hip and has such a great vibe! The only negative is that you must take an uber or taxi to get to the city center (about a 10-minute ride). The first thing that hits you is its decor and then the music. Our room was awesome, and our bathroom's view was very unique. The breakfast was very good....

No information while booking, that the pool area at the top floor cost extra, limited parking space, which needed to be booked in advance, even though the parking house is full of parking spaces with the hotels logo. Then you are forced to use parking apps which charge you silly service fee additional to the parking cost. and on top of that I had a parking ticket on my windscreen the following morning. Nothing seems to work properly. Hotel’s location, far from the city centre. Not much of restaurants around in this area Would not recommend this Hotel, there are plenty of options in the city centre. Think they have to improve in many ways, if they want people to come back.

Mycket trevligt hotell med mysig och cool inredning. Trivsamma rum. Vi hade denna gång modell större då vi tidigare bott i standardrum som är ganska små. Restaurangen på våning 26 blev dock inte som vi hade förväntat oss. Inget fel på maten men det var alldeles för hög musik för en avkopplande middag. Receptionens personal var trevlig och tillmötesgående men vi saknade en hel del relevant info kring bl.a. betalning och förutsättningar för parkering. Väldigt mysig hotell lobby med sprakande eld och gott om sittplatser. Grymma drinkar i baren 👍

Fint hotell, underbart spa. Frukosten var superb. Hotell med 29 våningar vilket ger en väldigt fin utsikt när man bor högt upp. Kommer att bo där igen men då utan bil. Det enda minuset är att man får betala en parkeringsavgift på 369 kr per dygn fast man står på parkering märkt med hotellets namn.

Everything was great, staff are very kind and attentive. Bar staff however wanted to charge me for water but I got it free from the restaurant. Breakfast didn’t have many warm options.
