Would have been 5 stars if it was a bit more family-friendly. In every other aspect, the property is superb! The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. We had 2 children in our group ( ages 10, and 7), and only 1 of the 3 pools is available for them, and only between 8-11am. It was a nice pool and they enjoyed it. The rooms were well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. There are no coffee makers or tea pots in the rooms, and nothing available in the hotel until 7:30am. It is very close to the stadium(s). We had a vehicle, so I can't tell you how close it is to other dining and shopping options. We would stay here again if not traveling with the kids.

Very disappointing service, especially at checkout. The first few nights were fine, but whenever we requested room service items such as cups, plates, or an extra blanket, the response was extremely slow and felt unnecessarily complicated. The checkout experience was even worse. The receptionist told me there was an outstanding balance for some beers. I explained that I would ask my son to come downstairs and pay, but instead of simply allowing that, she rudely replied that I had previously said no one was in the room. Her attitude was unprofessional and showed no consideration for the fact that I was rushing to catch a taxi. Requesting an extra blanket was also an unpleasant experience. Two staff members came to the room and questioned why we needed another blanket, as if we had to justify the request. It felt more like being questioned at a police station than staying at a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, the poor customer service during the latter part of our stay overshadowed what had started as a pleasant experience. I expected much better hospitality from a hotel of this standard. Also the room has a big problem there’s a big hole just behind the minibar where your stuffs will get stuck there and you have no access to your take them. I waited two days to get my stuff back
