Good price friendly staff. Room was clean. No elevator ,

Room was dirty especially the bathroom. Pool was disgusting !!!. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was OK

Door to fitness room was open, unlocked all the time, including all night.

No shamooo in the container. AC leaked all over the floor. Holes in the hallway ceilings. Room # sign was gone for my room. I stay at this property every summer on my way back to Florida. Never had issues…until now. Never again.

I’ve stayed in many quality inns and this place felt so unsafe # 1 strange hole in the door stop that faced the bath room back door to building not locked trash everywhere back there, unfortunately that’s how we got to our room. The toilet scared the hell out of me thought it was going to blow up with each flush.The shower wasn’t clean still soap in it, ceiling peeling with water stains, mini fridge smells.Only thing I have to say is at least the bed was clean and that is what we were looking for after a long tiring day of traveling.

Good Breakfast Back door by woods would not lock if it did you couldnt get out.

I opened the window to see nothing but trash. as soon as I walked in you could smell the mildew in the ac unit. I woke up congested. coffee was gross and looked like water. apple juice tasted like water too. the place just didn't feel clean. and I usually am satisfied with quality inn

1st room had a very bad smell. Desk clerk was very nice and offered another room immediately, that one had no particular smell. However, it’s obvious that the cleaning is poorly done or not at all, bathroom sink and shower are terrible, we didn’t even dare sit on the sofa with the stains!!! Loud noises coming from somewhere inside the building until late at night and beginning early morning.

Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. Room was not clean.

The booking: After hotels.com charging my credit card for a room, I was told at the hotel that they were overbooked for the room size that i paid for and the room was not available. The rude night manager on duty was no help at all, he made me pay for an additional (supposedly larger and $100 more expensive) room. Now I have been on the phone with hotels.com for an hour trying to get a refund for the smaller room that I was charged for but never got to use. after being transferred around from one person to the next I still have no refund. They(hotel.com) only offered me a $100 coupon instead of the $143 that was charged to my card. I want my money back not coupons! The Room: The room was disgusting. There was piss all over the toilet, There were boogers wiped on the wall and the carpeting is so dirty that it is turning black (make sure you wear shoes). The soap bar was opened, wet and laying on the counter. the trash can in the room already contained someone else's trash. Judging by the condition of the rest of the room I doubt if they even change the sheets (which were full of stains). Between the poor customer service and the lack of cleanliness I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

The room in Cocoa Beach was significantly better than the room in Beckley, WV. The WV room had a stain (looked like blood) on the bed cover. The breakfast was not very good and an employee was helping herself to plates of food before she went home. Cocoa Beach was much better.

Shower wasn’t clean, used bar of soap in it. Under toilet seat and rim of bowl had pooped splashed on it(a lot).

The property was clean and quiet. The staff was nice.

For the price this hotel is fine. The bed was comfortable enough and the important thing is that everything was clean. There was coffee, there were toiletries in the bathroom, everything worked well. It was a good place to spend the night on our way to Florida from up north.

AC was a little noisy. Clock radio in the room did not work, so could not use it to set an alarm. No USB ports to charge a phone unless you bring your own AC/USB port. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well, which is unusual for me in any hotel. Overall not bad for the price. I'd stay there again.

We were on our way home, so really just slept here. The room was fine. Our room had motion detector light in front of the bathroom. When either of us got up, a bright light shone into the room-not so great at 4 a.m. Not sure if there is a way to disarm, but we were too tired to try or ask about it.

The room was clean, comfy bed, nice tub/shower, quite and close to getting back on the road. We would stay here again.

It was a nice suze room. Water preasure in shower was good. Bed was real nice. Staff was fine. The tv in room was disconnected to work no matter what we did it wouldnt connect. It wouldnt get to the page to put the whyfi code in. We even hooked our roku in and it wouldnt connect.

The hotel was dirty and the staff were rude. I had the do not disturb sign on the door and the front desk clerk started banging at 9:00 am saying that I’d already checked out. I clearly hadn’t and still had both room keys in my possession. Annoyed, I tried to back to sleep but the housekeeper started banging on my door at 10 am and I still had the do not disturb sign up. The front desk clerk claimed to be the manager and would not give me contact information for me to complain to her supervisor. Everything about this place was so awful that I refuse to patronize any Quality Inns ever again.

We were in town for a friend’s wedding and this hotel was perfect. It was close to the venue, clean, the personnel were all very friendly.

This property has no business being on any booking site. We booked and paid for two days through Expedia. The staff approached our employee and told her she had 1 hours to leave on the first day of the reservation because the manager only wants weekly or walk-in bookings. He will not honor daily reservations. When questioned, the manager stated he needed the room free for those types of reservations. He screamed at our person when she questioned the eviction, then threatened to call the police when she tried to present her reservation confirmation. She was evicted and forced to move into her car until another reservation could be found and booked. Customer service and failure to fulfill the obligation of a paid reservation, for no reason other than greed, makes this property a ZERO.

The General Manager was angry, hostile and irrational. Extremely rude and scared our kids. Would never recommend this hotel.

Beds comfy. Had a leak in the bathroom but they moved us into another room promptly.

While traveling to South Carolina I booked a stay at Quality Inn. This establishments was clean and the staff was friendly. Quality Inn will be my hotel to stay at every time I visit.

The hotel was typical looking from the outside but inside was very nice looking. The hall had that hotel old smoky smell but inside the room was a very nice surprise. Renovated and nice and clean. The room rugs were replaced with a synthetic wood floor. The bathroom was all new and very nice. The beds were hard as wood though and a bit high and hard to get into for me. I’m old and 5’5” and shrinking. But okay once in there. There was just not a comfortable place to sit. Just some dining chairs round a small table. The breakfast was very complete and good. I wished when we got there in the evening that there was hot water for tea or coffee but it was not available. There was a coffee machine in the room and a fridge and microwave though but we ended up going across the street to an omelette restaurant…really a diner with an extensive menu. It was a little hairy getting there we drove across 4 lanes of traffic with u turns etc but we lived through it! The staff was great at the hotel. The hotel was a nice surprise.

Easy to get to. Close to restaurants.The fan on the heater was loud.

WiFi does not work , breakfast is literally cereal or waffles room 4/10 tv 10/10 for the price it’s not worth it

Easy check in. However check out we couldnt get a cup of fresh coffee. Our coffee pot was broken and i asked thebladythat wouldnt get iff her phone if she had a fresh pot of coffee and she said she doesnt make a fresh pot until 4am

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit on the lean side, but that’s true of most hotel establishments these days.

What i DON'T like is the SAME BREAKFAST EVERYTIME I VISIT. TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT
