This inexpensive hotel is pleasant and comfortable. It is conveniently located within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants. It even has air conditioning! It may not be a good choice for someone with mobility issues due to interior stairs and its location on a cobblestone street.

Great place to stay! Restaurants and Coyoacán plaza is at walking distance. My friend and I only stayed one night and it was very pleasant. We rested well. The house was very clean, all the amenities listed on the booking site were accurate. Overall it was an excellent stay. I highly recommend staying at La Casita de Coyoacán.

Booked this cute Casita for 2 nights in Coyoacan. Pros: staff is excellent and extremely hospitable, check in is easy breezy, the house feels safe, it’s clean and has all the amenities and a cute upper deck for morning cafe, they keep filtered water and you can keep your own snacks, cafe y tea is provided (but bring your own leche) it’s super close to lovely attractions, Coyoacan market, parks, etc. and delicious and cheap tacos on the corner at El Rays with Tanya!! Plenty of food in the square of La Fluentes de Los Coyotes (10 mins walk) and amazing ice cream too. Con’s: the neighborhood is very loud at night until almost midnight. The dogs of Coyoacan lose their minds at around 9/10 every night and there is an open food market next door with a live dj that can some days play until late. You can hear most things in the house as the sound carries. If you’re okay with that - this is your place! I would def come back as I am heavy sleeper and most days not getting to bed until around 10 or so. If you’re looking for a tour guide or help with language, ask for Ángel! He is very knowledgeable, helpful and lovely. Thank you La Casita Coyoacan!!

La estancia en general muy cómoda, la cama y almohadas excelentes lo recalco porque es algo que se agradece para descansar, el único detalle en mi personal opinión fue que no sabía que mi habitación no tenía baño y era compartido! sin embargo las áreas se mantuvieron limpias y no fue problema el uso, sugeriría poner un letrero para indicar cuando está ocupado o no, ya que aunque es obvio tocar antes de abrir una puerta el detalle estaría perfecto, también sugeriría en la página hacer la aclaración del uso compartido del baño de alguna habitaciones…. Es una casa muy linda; propiamente no es un hotel como los conocemos. Cuentan con una ubicación extraordinaria, sala cómoda, la atención vía whats siempre muy buena, en la entrada tienen sombrillas para uso de los huéspedes, refrigerador, cocina.

This is a comfortable hotel in the wonderful Coyoacan area in Mexico City. It is a mix of private rooms with rooms with a shared bathroom. There are minimal amenities but the reasonable more than makes up.

Felt like I was at home. Nice change from sterile typical hotel rooms. Felt the comforts and warmth of a personal home Only down fall is a shared bathroom. But a very nice clean bathroom. It wasn’t a problem this time for us but personal prefer private. Would recommend to stay here.

Es un lugar seguro y tranquilo, bien ubicado. Creo que han descuidado aspectos como la limpieza y darle mantenimiento a las instalaciones. Me pareció caro, el cuarto muy pequeño con cortinas blancas, entra toda la luz de la calle, muy mal aseado con pelos en el piso del cuarto y el baño. En la cochera había heces de perro, había que pisar con cuidado. Ojalá mejoren estos aspectos porque era muy buen lugar antes.

I've stayed here numerous times, both as an individual and as a group leader. Each and every time the stay has been wonderful. If there are issues, the staff addresses them quickly and professionally. If there are caveats for choosing this location, here they are... 1. The local area is fine but there are a couple of bars and restaurants nearby that have live [loud] music. That could impact your stay. 2. Most rooms require you to climb stairs. So if you pack that 700 pound streamer trunk luggage, you'll struggle. Apart from that, the Casita is wonderful, the staff friendly and the place is safe with lots of hot water for your morning shower. Enjoy.

Es un lugar lindo, lo qué no me gustó es que tenia que salir al baño, es incomodo, la cama no es muy cómoda, el personal es amable, el baño limpio, toallas limpias, cerca de un seven eleven, muy cerca de hospital apec, escuchaba mucho ruido cuando ya me queria dormir.

Es un lugar seguro y tranquilo, bien ubicado. Creo que han descuidado aspectos como la limpieza y darle mantenimiento a las instalaciones. Me pareció caro, el cuarto muy pequeño con cortinas blancas, entra toda la luz de la calle, muy mal aseado con pelos en el piso del cuarto y el baño. En la cochera había heces de perro, había que pisar con cuidado. Ojalá mejoren estos aspectos porque era muy buen lugar antes.

I've stayed here numerous times, both as an individual and as a group leader. Each and every time the stay has been wonderful. If there are issues, the staff addresses them quickly and professionally. If there are caveats for choosing this location, here they are... 1. The local area is fine but there are a couple of bars and restaurants nearby that have live [loud] music. That could impact your stay. 2. Most rooms require you to climb stairs. So if you pack that 700 pound streamer trunk luggage, you'll struggle. Apart from that, the Casita is wonderful, the staff friendly and the place is safe with lots of hot water for your morning shower. Enjoy.

Booked this cute Casita for 2 nights in Coyoacan. Pros: staff is excellent and extremely hospitable, check in is easy breezy, the house feels safe, it’s clean and has all the amenities and a cute upper deck for morning cafe, they keep filtered water and you can keep your own snacks, cafe y tea is provided (but bring your own leche) it’s super close to lovely attractions, Coyoacan market, parks, etc. and delicious and cheap tacos on the corner at El Rays with Tanya!! Plenty of food in the square of La Fluentes de Los Coyotes (10 mins walk) and amazing ice cream too. Con’s: the neighborhood is very loud at night until almost midnight. The dogs of Coyoacan lose their minds at around 9/10 every night and there is an open food market next door with a live dj that can some days play until late. You can hear most things in the house as the sound carries. If you’re okay with that - this is your place! I would def come back as I am heavy sleeper and most days not getting to bed until around 10 or so. If you’re looking for a tour guide or help with language, ask for Ángel! Esta a 6 minutos caminando de apec, fundacion de la ceguera, lleve mi sobrino a su revision semestral, despues de un mañana de examenes, nos quedamos dormidos, nadie nos aviso que era tiempo de irnos y me cargaron el 20 porciento de lo que pague por la habitacion por esos 40 minutos. Desencanto un poco la experiencia.

No lo recomiendo, avise que llegaría por la noche y nadie me recibió, estuve tocando la puerta y nadie me abrió, el acceso al lugar esta critico por ser un callejón angosto, sin salida y muy solo, por tal motivo y la seguridad me retire a buscar otro hospedaje a pesar que ya estaba pagado el servicio, hasta el momento no he recibido alguna disculpa ni explicación, muy mala atención al cliente

La atención y recibimiento de Victor, fue muy bueno. Toda esa zona de Coyoacán es muy tranquila y segura, por lo que no hay problema si uno llega tarde a la propiedad. Todo bien en general.

What a wonderful home base for exploring Coyoacon and the rest of Mexico City! Our room was absolutely lovely. The hotel is tucked down a very small road, so it's quiet, but it's a short walk to the center of Coyoacon or a quick cab ride to the City Center. The staff was welcoming and the rooms were very clean. Highly recommended.

The staff and the property were both excellent and in a nice location about ten to fifteen minutes walk from the center of Coyoacan. The only issue was sharing a bathroom which was relatively minor. Aside from that it was a great place!

A/C doesn’t work, and when its hot, you sweat all night. They dont clean the rooms throughout the day. They don’t leave towels. So I had to go hunting for one at night, since there’s no staff at night to help. I sent i message to them for towels, all they replied was that there should be towels in my room, except there wasn’t.
