Food was very basic. They didn’t have an indoor pool as they said they will have and other services which they said they have they didn’t

Staff is not friendly. Food is not that great and room facilities horrible we had to stay 1 night without AC in Hot weather. And nobody is ready to help.

Hotel is in a beautiful setting, staff are wonderful. The food is not very good, not much variety and basic not what you expect in an all inclusive hotel. Not much variety on drinks. Beach bar electric was down so no drinks available . Would not book again as had to eat out in restaurants in the local town

The hotel needs to offer more variety of food considering it’s all inclusive, particularly breakfast was very poor. Hotel does not offer an airport shuttle service so they need to remove it from its description.

The view of the hotel is amazing. The staff are great.. but I still won't go there again... the food is very poor and unsuccessful. no flavor. The bad smell of the dessert I bought is still in my nose.
