Nothing but praises about our stay at Maia Hotel Suites! The entire staff was helpful and kind and the service they provided was simply excellent. Two examples: The desk agent placed an order for food and had it delivered, from the restaurant downstairs, on our first night, because we were unfamiliar with the neighborhood. On the day we left, at 3:30am because we had an early flight, the desk agent (different from the first one) came downstairs to check on us after he saw on the security cameras that we were waiting for our taxi! And we had barely been waiting 5 minutes! The three security agents at the door were always cheerful. They provided tips and recommendations that made our 3-day visit even more pleasant. The room was spacious and very clean. Shower, sink and toilet were clean and worked well. Wi-Fi was dependable and fast. The breakfast was copious and delicious. We chose this hotel for its central location and weren't disappointed: 10 - 15 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic...) 20 minutes from the Medina and 20 minutes from Sidi Bou Said. We found taxis within less than 10 minutes each time we left the hotel to visit the city We very highly recommend the Maia Hotel Suites hotel for anyone visiting Tunis. If we ever come back to Tunis, we won't bother looking for a different hotel.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is so friendly and helpful!! This time I discovered a lovely roof terrace. My only complaint is that the hotel is on a busy road and there was some noise. But it is a very convenient location, so it’s a balance.

Très bon hôtel proche de l’aéroport, très agréable petit déjeuner, personnel sympathique et accueillant, restauration proche. Par contre, des personnes situées à l’étage au dessus ont été très bruyantes (chaises déplacées, enfants qui courent dans la chambre) tardivement dans la nuit.

It was great. Easy to find by Taxi. Close to the airport, about 10 mins. Quick check-in. We had a suite with a kitchenette where I made tea. Small sitting area and a separate bedroom. Be a great base for a small family exploring Tunis. Restaurants close by. Good choice at breakfast. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed,strong shower.

Great hotel in close proximity to the airport! I needed to check-in earlier and had been travelling for almost 24 hours - the reception team had a room made ready earlier and also made me breakfast after serving time. So grateful for how they accommodated me after travelling for so long. Highly recommend - the room was spacious and clean. Thank you so much for a great stay! :)

L’hôtel est très bien : chambres propres, confortables, et bien situées. Le cadre est agréable et les services sont à la hauteur. Rien à redire sur la qualité de l’hébergement. En revanche, l’accueil a été clairement décevant. La dame à la réception était froide, pas souriante, peu aimable, et visiblement peu disposée à aider ou à renseigner. C’est dommage, car le premier contact joue beaucoup dans l’expérience globale. Heureusement, le reste du personnel et les prestations ont relevé le niveau. Un bon hôtel malgré un accueil à améliorer sérieusement.

I booked 2 beds room, they gave us one bed. After talking to the receptions explaning that we booked a room with 2 beds. Thy said we can't change it becaseu we used the washroom. OF COURSE I AM GOING TO USE THE WASHROOM ESPECIALLY AFTER A LONG TRIP. the service in this hotel is not good. The only reason I use Expedia becasue I know services in some county are very bad, but even with Expedia I still got bad services.

The staff was super friendly, room was clean and spacious, breakfast nice and tasty. Good Side: hotel near to Airport, otherwise a bit far out in middle of nothing. Bolt is quickly there to take you anywhere you like. I would book the Maia Hotel again.

There are only two bath towels. The room refrigerator is completely empty. There is only one type of soap/shampoo in the room. The hotel is generally small. The breakfast is limited and not an open buffet. There are no meals other than breakfast in the room.
