I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I was travelling with my teenage daughter and the lock on the door was broken which made the room unsafe for us to stay in. In addition to this the room smelt very bad, was unclean and had stained bed sheets. When we raised these issues with the hotel they were rude, unhelpful and refused to refund our payment. I have never been in a situation before where the standard of a hotel has been so poor that I was unable to stay there. I would strongly advise against staying here.
