Great location,,lovely breakfast,easy access to central Bodrum and very close to beachfront

Purtroppo sono stata pochi giorni hotel e nel pieno centro la spiaggia convenzionata e a 10 min di cammino abbastanza silenzioso alla notte si dorme benissimo comunque e un posto che fino alle 2 di notte c’è sempre musica ovunque; pulito, lo staff molto gentile ci hanno tenuto i bagagli visto che avevamo il volo alla sera quando tornerò sarà sicuramente il mio posto.

Amazing location and friendly staff 5 out 5. We stayed at the suite which definitely needed better care and repairs, smell of sewage in the bathroom throughout the week of stay which was really terrible. Bathroom faucet was almost falling off and bathroom sink counter was nearly coming apart and it was never addresses/repaired. Shower water drainage needed cleaning which was finally done on third day. View from the suite balcony was amazing. Breakfast was just sufficient, but not amazing. Staff is really nice, friendly and very helpful. Our relatives stayed at different rooms, which were small and sewage smell was definitely noticeable. No elevators, but staff were so great who took care of the luggage upstairs and downstairs. Overall this hotel needs more care to be more appealing.

Konumu çok iyi. Park yeri zor. Ancak personel çok yardımcı ve çok güler yüzlü. Ve düzgün bir şekilde Türkçe konuşuyorlar 😉 Kahvaltı yeterli. Doyurucu

This wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed but definitely not the best. I wasn't thrilled with our room for reasons stated below and I would've talked to the front desk about it and asked for a new room but I knew prior that the hotel was full. Pros: • Great location, steps away from the water, shopping and restaurants • Staff were very friendly and helpful Cons: • The TV is glued inside the wall so we couldn't access the HDMI port to watch English shows before bed (not a big deal for everyone, I know) • The bed was full of what looked like cat or dog hair, not sure if there was an animal in the room or if the sheets were just not clean • Chunk of tile missing from the shower leaving a big hole in the wall • Could hear conversations happening in other rooms perfectly clearly • Patio door lock was broken so we felt a little uneasy about that • Safe did not work Possible Con for some: • This is a walkup hotel with 3-4 floors. If you need access to an elevator for personal reasons, this isn't the hotel for you

Good service and easy to feel welcome. Hotel is placed in the main busy street, with a lot of noise from outside. Woke up at 7, from the sound of a leafblower or something similar outside. My tiny room was okey. But the sound from the other rooms are also very loud. People coming and leaving, showering and so on. Some small bugs running around the bathroom floor, so be sure to check your luggage, so u don’t take any bugs home. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel, besides sleeping. For this it’s okey for the price I paid. Good things is the location. Paid parking close by. All kinds of bars and restaurants everywhere.

Lokasyon harika. Ne istediysek hemen temin edildi. Süit odada kaldık muazzamdı. Konforlu yatak, büyük banyo kocaman veranda bir harikaydı. Bodrumun kalbinde arabamızı otoparktan çıkarmadık bile heryer yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tekrar gidicez çok memnun kaldık.

We really appreciate the staff hospitality and help with local questions. The breakfast was amazing everyday and the ability to use the Akkan Beach Hotel pool and beach was an added bonus. Being right in the centre of the shops and food area was also part of our fantastic stay. We will highly recommend to our friends and family and return when back in Türkiye. Many thanks

The complimentary breakfast was perfect. The staff was very nice and accommodating. While the beach isnt attached to the hotel, you can walk to their sister hotel to access the beach. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts was delicious. The location is perfect. Close to the ocean, restaurants and shops. Available parking a couple of blocks away.

Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen das kein Fenster hatte.Es war ein Fenster im Raum aber zu dem Treppen was man nicht öffnen konnte.Ein mini Fenster gab es auch aber zu hoch.Das Bad sehr eng und verkalkt.Die Amatur am Wsschbecken ekelig verkalkt.Die Betten gingen gar nicht.Kopfteil aus Stoff total verdreckt auf der Bettwäsche Haare und Flecken.Auf den Handtüchern flecken.Auf Bescherde das Zimmer zu wechseln wurde uns leider kein neues Zimmer vermittelt angeblich ausgebucht.Ich empfehle das Hotel nicht weiter da man für das Geld was besseres bekommen kann zumindest was sauberes.Man sollte bei den Bewertungen schauen ob es echte sind oder vondenen selber bewertet wurde.Glaubt nicht an Bewertungen wenn öfters sau er und Personal gelobt wird.

Lokasyon süper. personel güler yüzlü ve işini ehli. Odalarda balkon çoğunda yok ama temiz ve güzel bir otel. Denize 20 metre.

De kamer was super klein, vocht en schimmel op plafond badkamer, had geen raam naar buiten, maar naar het trappenhuis. Smalle en kleine douchecabine, stank in badkamer. Kapotte airco die twee keer zonder goed resultaat is gerepareerd. Lekkage wastafel ( wel goed gerepareerd door een nieuwe afvoer te plaatsen. Op 2 mdw na geen vriendelijk personeel. Absoluut geen aanrader!

Odanın avantajı tam şehir merkezinde,denize sıfır,feribota yürüyerek 15 dk da ulaşabiliyorsunuz.. Kötü yanları kaldığımız 206 numaralı oda inanılmaz küf kokuyordu,duvarlar ve banyodan aşırı koku geliyordu.Temzilik vasattı.banyonun çeşmesi düzgün çalışmıyordu,duşun başlığı akıtıyordu.Karşımızdaki odanın kapısı açıktı o odada bir koku yoktu. Sezon bittiği için bir kaç genç ilgileniyordu,hepsi saygılı insanlardı ama temizlik konusunda otelin daha dikkatli olması gerek.

Hotel location was good, close to beach shops and bars but would definitely be very noisy in high season. It also has a children's play area infront and a school next to it. The first room we were allocated was dirty, the patio windows were difficult to open and then wouldn't close properly and were very dirty. The table and chairs on the balcony were not clean and actually looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The fridge was leaking and had the previous occupiers half empty water bottle in it! We complained and was moved to another room on the floor above The patio doors opened and closed in this room but the table and chairs on the balcony were as dirty as the ones in the previous room. The fridge was ok in this room. There was no electric socket to boil the kettle on the desk where it was situated so had to put it on the floor by the side of the bed. The shower cubicle was very dirty around the drain hole and along the shower doors. The whole place needs redecorating and a good clean. The breakfast was a good choice Turkish buffet but the downside was all of the sliding windows were open so it was cold and so breakfast wasn't a relaxing start to the day as the Winter sun wasn't on that part of the building until later. Bodrum is lovely but wouldn't to back to this hotel again The directions we followed from Hotels.com booking page actually sent us to the wrong Akkan Hotel. There is more than one Akkan....and the name is very deceiving as luxury it isn't

Çok memnun kaldım gerçekten otel sahibi ve çalışanları güler yüzlü ilgililer. Temiz konforlu bir otel kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Rooms were not sound proof

Die Zimmer sind nicht modern, sehr klein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bzw. das Fenster hat in den Gang geschaut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Very ordinary room - needed repairs. Location was excellent. Breakfast was very average- no juices, minimal choices.
