Everything is awesome in this property. The room the AC is excellent, a very nice pool, breakfast was very good , beach is so nice and all the staff were so nice, I would love to come again

Patio door very hard to move, no cleaning or towels for shower replaced in the 3 nights we stayed. Beach towels very old & frayed. General condition of the room is unmaintained & old. Great location & lovely staff especially the lovely gentleman man on the beach.

Beliggenheten er fantastisk. Sengene er gode Frokosten er bedregelig. Lite utvalg og mye sukker. Ingen frukt. Stranden blir ikke gjort rent fra dag til dag. Det ligger søppel og sigarettstumper overalt. Manglende engelskkunnskaper over hele linjen.

We had a great stay at the Akkan Beach Hotel! The staff were all very friendly and our room was a good size and had good air conditioning. We sat at the beach each morning. There was always enough beach loungers for us and the people working at the beach were very nice and we could order drinks and food delivered to the beach! We usually spent the afternoon at the pool. The breakfast was a buffet with delicious coffee. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The price is good, the location is perfect!

Bom hotel, tivemos um upgrade de quarto sem custos oferecido pelo Halil. Tivemos um vazamento no banheiro que não foi resolvido, mas optamos por ficar no quarto e o Halil foi muito atencioso e prestativo. Café da manhã satisfatório, sem muita variedade, piscina ótima! A praia possue poucas lixeiras e está sempre muito suja pela manhã, garrafas, sacos plásticos, deixam de tudo! O mais impressionante é a quantidade de bitucas de cigarros, horrível!! E não são só os turistas de fora, os locais tb!! Não é culpa do hotel, é claro, mas em toda a região próxima é assim. O mais triste é a quantidade de gatos e cães nas ruas!! Alguns são castrados (tag na orelha), são alimentados por quem quer/pode ajudar e deixam potes imundos com água por todo centro, mas algo precisa ser feito por esses animais! Prefeitura, governo, seja lá quer for... Novamente não é culpa do hotel, mas é muito triste!!

El hotel está estratégicamente bien ubicado 3 minutos caminando y encuentras todos los restaurantes juntos, hay tranquilidad en la noche y una vistas fantásticas desde la misma habitación del hotel, tiene una piscina frente a las habitaciones y con diez pasos llegas a la playa. Lo volveré a reservar. Halil es un gran anfitrión y te recomendará todo lo que necesitas. Perfecto todo!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel and its amenities are great, the location was great, quiet, right in front of the sea and just a short walking distance to the center, and the staff was really really helpful and friendly, they even upgraded our room for a bigger, nicer room with balcony. Wifi, AC, and everything else worked perfectly. We also tried the hotel's restaurant and their burger is to die for. So delicious and for a good price! We traveled for 18 days total in Turkey and Bodrum was the place we enjoyed most. I wish we had stayed longer but definitely coming back to this hotel and to Bodrum.

We had a disgusting terrible stay. 1st morning i went to reception to tell them the drains were smelling in the toilet the manager said its because we are close to the sea.I asked if he could put cleaner down the drains as the smell was so bad it kept us awake.He put a wet towel over the drain in the shower that was it did nothing.We had no bins emptied beds made clean towel or sheets in our 4 night stay.We saw a man cleaning in the room next door i asked why we hadnt had cleaning he said i no English but got manager to be told we hadnt requested cleaning.Upon arrival no information was given about house keeping fire drill information nothing in room.The manager was very rude and was very in appropriate speaking in Turkish laughing at us..I paid for a luxury room with sea view as a company you did not provide me with this..

Ich würde diese Unterkunft keinem empfehlen, die Zimmer sind dreckig, überall Haare auf der Bettwäsche, Bad dreckig, schimmelig, und beim aufdrehen des Wassers kommt braunes Wasser. Die ganze Unterkunft ist schrecklich. Wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer, was uns auch angeboten wurde, das war genau so schlimm! Wir haben 7 Nächte gebucht, und haben nur 1 Nacht dort verbracht! Das Geld futsch. Wir haben uns ein anderes Hotel buchen müssen! Den Hotelmanager hat das gar nicht interessiert warum wir ausgecheckt haben. Ich weiß auch nicht woher die guten Bewertungen kommen

La habitación olía a caño porque el olor salía del baño. La limpieza no es muy buena. La taza estaba manchada de amarillo de donde le salía el agua apestosa Nunca hay nadie en la recepción. Pedimos un taxi y al día siguiente nos dijeron que no había ninguna solicitud. Tuvimos un problema y necesitamos hablar al hotel y después de insistir durante hora y media logramos que alguien nos contestara. Solicitamos una habitación de lujo con vista al mar y balcón y nos dieron una ayuna fel techo del pasillo de entrada con los Leones casi en frente y la jardinera llena de colillas de cigarros, cuando solicité una de no fumadores. Las habitaciones tienen un clóset pequeño para colgar ropa pero no hay cajones o algo para guardar lo demás. Ese hotel necesita que le cambien la tubería y le den mantenimiento. Así como una persona permanente en recepción

Otelde tadilat vardı. Havlu ve çarşaf kılıfları kokuyordu. Çalışanlar iyi niyetli ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı çok zayıf. Banyo duş başlığı paslıydı, yıkanamadık. Kısacası ödenen bedel karşılığını alamadık.

located on the beach and convenient for the Kos ferry port, this hotel has very friendly staff, big clean rooms and is in a nice quiet location.. a good breakfast buffet had local and standard fare with self service juice, coffee and tea.

Property was right on the beach but property conditions were fair at best. We had no hot water for two days. Rooms were very small and provided blanket was very dirty. I’d stay somewhere else next time.

Great for its location. Room needs some work-shiped wall,broken board, rusty faucet. Hotel ran out of water twice, which was shocking!. Booked room with pool and sea view, very noisy-kids running around and playing in the pool early morning. Was not able to sleep in comfortably. Beach access is very convenient. Staff were nice. Alcohol from outside the hotel bar is not allowed! Double prices compared to the liquor store just next to the hotel, which is a complete rip off. Breakfast was good. Overall not bad.

We had a great stay at the Akkan Beach Hotel! The staff were all very friendly and our room was a good size and had good air conditioning. We sat at the beach each morning. There was always enough beach loungers for us and the people working at the beach were very nice and we could order drinks and food delivered to the beach! We usually spent the afternoon at the pool. The breakfast was a buffet with delicious coffee. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The price is good, the location is perfect!

We had a disgusting terrible stay. 1st morning i went to reception to tell them the drains were smelling in the toilet the manager said its because we are close to the sea.I asked if he could put cleaner down the drains as the smell was so bad it kept us awake.He put a wet towel over the drain in the shower that was it did nothing.We had no bins emptied beds made clean towel or sheets in our 4 night stay.We saw a man cleaning in the room next door i asked why we hadnt had cleaning he said i no English but got manager to be told we hadnt requested cleaning.Upon arrival no information was given about house keeping fire drill information nothing in room.The manager was very rude and was very in appropriate speaking in Turkish laughing at us..I paid for a luxury room with sea view as a company you did not provide me with this..

Kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmem. Zorla kazandığınız parayı buraya vereceğinize gidin çöpe atın derim. Öncelikle arabamızı zar zor bir yere park ettikten sonra resepsiyon çok ilgisiz ve odalar resmen lağım kokuyordu. Koridordan ve yan odalardan gelen her ses duyuluyor. Çok konforsuz ve kullanışsız bir otel. Asıl bomba ise gece 1 sularında otel sahibi olduğunu iddia eden bir varlık karısını lobide dakikalarca dövdü, biz de tepki gösterince üzerimize yürüdü polis çağırmak zorunda kaldık. Böyle bir işletmede kalamayacağımız için 2 günlük ziyaretimizin ilk gecesinde otelden çıkış yaptık ve kimse ne paramızı verdi ne de bir özür diledi. Asla ama asla tercih edilmemesi gereken bir otel gerek saygısız gerek ilgisiz gerek ise tehlikeli bir işletme.

La habitación olía a caño porque el olor salía del baño. La limpieza no es muy buena. La taza estaba manchada de amarillo de donde le salía el agua apestosa Nunca hay nadie en la recepción. Pedimos un taxi y al día siguiente nos dijeron que no había ninguna solicitud. Tuvimos un problema y necesitamos hablar al hotel y después de insistir durante hora y media logramos que alguien nos contestara. Solicitamos una habitación de lujo con vista al mar y balcón y nos dieron una ayuna fel techo del pasillo de entrada con los Leones casi en frente y la jardinera llena de colillas de cigarros, cuando solicité una de no fumadores. Las habitaciones tienen un clóset pequeño para colgar ropa pero no hay cajones o algo para guardar lo demás. Ese hotel necesita que le cambien la tubería y le den mantenimiento. Así como una persona permanente en recepción

It's a beach hotel at an amazing location which therefore isn't updated or up to date in many ways, think very loud housekeeping staff, a leaking roof etc. The owners lived across from our room in their little rooftop chamber in the hotel, they don't seem to manage the place or care whatsoever. There are staff at the beach who can't speak Turkish or English which is extremely odd. Despite everything, it is one of the prettiest views and that's this hotel's backbone.

Tatilim, söz konusu aksaklıklar ile başlamış olsa da sonrasında gösterilen ilgiden gayet memnun kaldım. Puanlamam gerekirse 10 üzerinden 7,5 lik bir tatil deneyimim oldu. Plaja sıfır konumu ve merkeze olan yakınlığı ile tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel.

Shower clogged, Sink logged, AC barely cooled The room and the room was super humid. They are super particular about not extending check out or using towels at the pool, but no water in the beach shower and no hooks in the lobby bathroom, the bathroom was also filthy. Worst breakfast ever!! Dirty beach chair foams.

Otelde tadilat vardı. Havlu ve çarşaf kılıfları kokuyordu. Çalışanlar iyi niyetli ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı çok zayıf. Banyo duş başlığı paslıydı, yıkanamadık. Kısacası ödenen bedel karşılığını alamadık.
