I’m surprised this hotel is rated as highly as it is. The biggest issue was the complete lack of staff. There was no open door or manned reception when we arrived, and it took a long time ringing a Ring doorbell and repeatedly trying the phone number displayed outside before we could even get into the building. We didn’t see anyone at reception at any point during our stay. Check-in was entirely via a machine, which was made even more frustrating by the fact we had already been asked to submit all of our details electronically before arrival, only to have to enter everything again. It was also unclear exactly how we were supposed to check out, which added to the sense that there was very little time or guidance for guests. There was nobody readily available to ask basic questions about breakfast, facilities or the hotel in general, which made the whole experience feel very impersonal and much more like self-service accommodation than a hotel. The room itself was fine, but fairly unremarkable, and the breakfast offering was very limited. The main positive is the location, particularly being close to La Caleta beach, and it is reasonably well placed for exploring Cádiz. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but it definitely didn’t match the impression given by the high ratings.

The room was clean and the air conditioning was on when we checked in. The bed was comfortable. They had put out too few towels.

Chambre impeccable (206), très propre, très bonne superficie pour Cadix et un personnel aux petits soins, prêt à vous rendre tous les services pour un séjour des plus fluide, merci à l équipe qui a parfaitement gérer un petit soucis durant lors de notre passage, et nous permis de profiter pleinement de la région. Je recommande

Breakfast staff was supper nice. But could use more stuff to watch for breakfast. Check in was bad. Machine asked for my passport. But I live here and I dont care my passport.

Hotel céntrico, a 3 min de la playa, en pleno centro del barrio de la viña y bastante nuevo, sin personal en recepción aunque atienden el teléfono. A las 18:00 el día de llegada no estaba hecha una de las habitaciones, el gerente vino al de 30min y 20 min después una limpiadora, después de 1:30h conseguimos la habitación limpia. Recomendable si quieres salir andando y poder hacer cualquier plan.
